I had a great experience today! Got exactly what I wanted and a great deal. Excellent customer service with Carly. The lot is very empty at the moment but when they get more inventory I would definitely recommend shopping around here.

We had a situation that caused us to spend money getting a problem diagnosed at our mechanic, as we suspected it was something not covered by our extended warranty. He discovered that the was a problem caused by Chevrolet to begin with and that a work order had been issued to fix the problem. The truck we purchased from DeLuz did not have this problem fixed before we purchased it. They have since taken care of it, but when we asked to be reimbursed for the money we were out for the diagnosis, their Sales Manager flat refused and didn’t even offer any other alternative solution to our situation. No apology for the inconvenience and money spent for a problem created by Chevrolet that should have been taken care of before we purchased the vehicle. Total lack of respect for us and our problem, horrible customer service, no thinking outside the box to try to somehow appease a customer that Chevrolet put in a very bad situation. We even emailed the CEO of DeLuz and never heard a word. I guess that’s the attitude they have for being the only Chevrolet game in town.

We also purchased a Chevy Colorado having issues with the transmission.They refuse to acknowledge the problem. Do whatever you can purchase a vehicle someplace else.As we increase our service Fleet we will do so with other dealerships definitely not this one.

DeLuz Chevrolet has the worst customer service for warranty work and I will never buy A GM product due to the poor service Ihave received. I never received a call back about my main transportation and a very important vehicle for me and my family.

Deluz Chevrolet has excellent customer service pre purchase of one of their vehicles. However if you end up having problems with your brand new vehicle as we did the great customer service stops right then and there. Take note of the Chevy Colorado and transmission problems and hesitation. So far weve been told by the owner and sales manage this is normal operation for the vehicle while their head mechanic has informed us that there is a known issue with the transmission but there is at the moment no fix.This was the situationcwith out 2020 Colorado. Every vehicle we stopped to check out, he answered our questions. Very helpful, friendly and humble. Lots of patience. Just the kinda salesman I would go back to see. Love my Chevy!

The truck are beautiful. I like the ones that are different colors than silver or white. There is no high pressure salesman. They listen to you. The test drives are great.

Excellent customer service and they were also so nice to my kids. They gave my 4&5 yr old coloring books, crayons and erasers to keep them occupied. Definitely recommended

My fiancee and I are so happy we got to work with him especially after all the sneaky salesmen we got use too lol.

The people working up in the front were nice and polite but theres one particular guy thats not so nice but Im not gonna say his name, he seemed really irritated and it sort of irritated me.

They sold me a rental car after I asked them numerous times how they obtained the car. Of course they said it was a lease trade in. I looked at a car fax report and it mentioned nothing. I only found out a year later when I tried to get rid of the car that I ran my own auto check and found out that it was a rental and bought at auction. I went in my paperwork to find their car fax and they must have taken it back after they showed me. Luckily the car was under manufacturer warranty to fix all the problems I kept having with it. They also give terrible trade it values and wont even get up to look at them. Just keep saying $1000. I also had a salesmen send me a nasty text after he found out I bought the car from another salesmen. I only had a 2 minute conversation with the first. I was in no way working with him.

Pretty good selection of trucks, prices are high though.

Not worth the time. Wasted 4 hours there with my family. Assistant manager told us straight that being approved for an auto loan ment nothing to them and pretty much said that our money is no good. So after hours and trying to find a deal we left with sunburns and crying kids.

Horrible service I bought a new Chevy all star that had faulty tires I took it in to the dealership and they said it was not a warranty item I then took out my warranty which said it was so the service manager said they would order new tires for me one month went by they said they were on backorder two months went by and then they told me that the tires were not ordered then four months went by they said my tires were in I brought my truck in waited all day and then they told me they had the wrong tires they do not care about their customers or if you’re happy or not six months has gone by I still don’t have new tires The service manager is the most laziest person I’ve ever met in Life I will never buy from this dealership again or I will never buy a Chevy again
