I like the way they remodel the space. Very open, very organized n clean. Reasonable prices.

I have shopped at many Salvation Army stores along the west coast for many years. Shopping at this store was the worst experience. Christian music plays in the background, but the employees dont smile, follow customers around the store, and are ready to tackle people who are walking quickly toward a waiting family member on the other side of the store; not everyone is a shoplifter. Get a grip!

Regular employee’s are nice, manager said our literally new couch never used was too “worn” and instantly said no before she even looked at it, Awful customer manager.. Bright Red hair older lady. Learn how to have some fkn respect for people DONATING things to you. Don’t bring your donations here.

The employees there are so nice. It was almost closing time and I never felt rushed. And I found alot of great stuff and the total for it all was way less than I thought it would be! 🤗

I donated. They gave me a 25% off coupon. I did not find anything I needed so I gave it to someone else to use. Everyone was pleasant! 🙂

So sad that the salvation army is being shut down again

The employees at this location can be tremendously rude. I dont appreciate how mean a few employees can be when a customer has a request.

I am going to leave this review as a past employee. I absolutely love the crew here, they are all like family. (though some of them should probably keep their mouths shut sometimes lol) Little bit of helpful information to keep in mind: the family store is directly linked to the Salvation Army ARC center. Their mission is to work with drug addicts and the like. They give them help and hope. All of the money that is made at this store goes to fund that. Expenses such as electric bills and such are all that is taken. Salvation Army is completely nonprofit. Prices have actually been raised because of the raise in minimum wage. Salvation Army is struggling to pay their employees. Every dollar spent helps keep this corporation from going under. It keeps people off the streets. Also, dont shop on Wednesdays, its 50% off but also sheer chaos!

All of the clothes are organized by color, NOT size. It makes it very difficult to find clothes in my size

Great prices. Somewhat good book selection. Clothes are nice. Shoes are on the pretty worn side, but still ok. Service is good.

Its a thrift store.... Isnt the whole idea to be able to get decent items for a couple of bucks? The prices are getting a bit ridiculous these days. Their only saving grace is their 50% off day.

Love this thrift store.

Called and they said they would recycle mattresses unripped and unstained. I took it in and they said I needed to have all the tags for it too. They didnt say this on the phone and it added an hour to my day and made me late to work. They should tell you all the requirements over the phone as to not waste your time.

Fun place to shop. Plan to attend some time rifling through the racks if youre looking for clothes. Prices are generally good.

Because they have great prices and 1/2 Wednesday. And sometimes. They will pick a day on the weekend to all so do half price.

Only once in a while does this store have good deals for furniture. Their CD stock is typically smashed and scratched to pieces, staff are rude, and the lines are not only very long on an average day (stretching around the edge of the store) but are not properly signposted, so you arent aware youre cutting until a staff member shouts to you that youre supposed to be further back. No amount of $2 knick knacks is worth that.

They used to offer good deals here but not anymore. I used to be able to find many good items to share with others but their prices have gone way up.

Wednesday is half price day and its a zoo but fun! A lot better prices than Goodwill.Sumpthin for everyone!

I went today one of the lady that works there yelled at my kids they were standing next to a white board that has their sale of the day .. She told them not to touch because it was very hard to replace .. that the other customer wont be able to read the sale. I said the only thing they had to do is right it again.. the cashier responded it would be easier if unresposable parents took care of their kids .. I didnt buy anything left everything I was going tio buy.. They were so mean my kids didnt even touch the board cant believe they are so unprofessional . When we walked out my friend was in line to pay her purchase she hears the cashier say i hope that lady and her kids never come back so unprofessional and its called family store

Overheard an employee(Harry) having a loud conversation with his friend in the store about how Hillsboro is Sodom and Gomorrah and how he cant wait to south but not to California(cue laughter). Extremely unprofessional and tone deaf! Does this store regularly hire employees that publicly bad mouth the community they serve?

I am only giving this a three star because of there sales other then that they are getting like good will over pricing what they get free .

Quite disappointed. Got there at 8:45. Instead of being greeted, the cashier hollered out that they were closing in a few minutes. And half of the lights were already turned off. So we couldnt see to shop and left without purchasing anything. Wont be returning any time soon.

While they have raised their prices, like other thrift stores, they are still cheaper than Goodwill. The employees there are nicer too.

I went in looking for some plain white t-shirts and sure enough they had 3 of them. On half price Wednesday everything is half price so I got three t-shirts for $7.50 a good deal.
