I love going to Costco because they always have top-quality items for the best prices you can find anywhere. Their return policy is great, their staff is always courteous, and they did a great job keeping their shelves stocked through the entire pandemic (so far). Stellar store with high quality and low prices!

The store and staff are great as always.This visit was to the Hearing Aid Center. Wife test drove KS10s. She said compared to the 8 you ones she has it was like going to high Def.Glen & Shirley are personable and competent.New aids are coming. Can I say they are her Christmas present?

I love to go to Costco! Its fun to look at everything they have to offer. Great brands. Great prices. And a $1.50 for a delicious hot dog. (FYI: Since the pandemic, Costco has removed most of the toppings but its still a good dog!)

Its Costco. Good stuff, good deals for bulk. Clean. Good variety. Dont expect to find an employee to help you unless you are at the very front. Cashiers are often not personable. They just chat with each other while ringing you up, sometimes practically ignoring you, and it makes you feel like you are on the outside of the conversation. Because you are. The pharmacy is excellent. Great customer service and adept at their jobs.

Always love Costco. Usually go to Warrenton, but this one is full of goodness, too! Pick up a pumpkin pie, or my new favorite, Darigold eggnog!

I really enjoy Costco for of course great bargains but also for good customer service. Little odd secret, Ive been in Costco and not been able to find something and a couple times now Ive actually called the customer service number right there in the store and I have had people come out to help me find what Ive been looking for. Of course I am always very polite and positive when I have called them in the store. I am never surprised by people who are kind and helpful. The Optical Shop is my main reason for my visit. Every single time they are amazing. Kristie helped me pick out glasses. Another employee helped me replace lenses. My chosen Transitions lenses worked fine, I opted for a different color which were inherently darker. N/C. Perfect customer care, well done my friends.

I go to Costco about two times a week. I have to say for the most part, I find the cashiers and the people that put the items in the cart not friendly. They tend to have conversations with each while the customer (me) is standing there. Today, I was greeted with a Hi and Thank you while they carried on with their conversation in the middle. Last week, I got nothing from either the cashier or the other person. I have filled out a customer card and last week talked to a manager. She looked at my receipt to see who the cashier was. Not the point. Again, not all of them. They can learn from the emotes checking receipts or better yet get customer service training.

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or freezer so that was a bummer. The only problem with the place is that, even though this is a large facility, there was no elevator. If your room is upstairs, its a workout.

Love Costco! Very busy as usual. A little bummed they didnt have the main item I went in for. I always purchase my TP from here because its so reasonably priced but had none. Of course that didnt stop me from buying a bunch of things I didnt need.

Ive been to all the Costcos on the Westside of Portland and this Costco is the best. It is mostly the aisles are wide and you dont feel like a sardine. The store is much bigger so it seems you have more of a selection.Costco customer service is very good and the Costco pharmacy discount prices are cheaper for the prescriptions I get there compared to other pharmacies.

There was a guy last week. Clean cut. Nicely combed light brown hair. Looked like a manager of some sort. I showed my card. He looked at me weird. No acknowledgement. No the typical thank you. He was looking at my tattoos strangely. I only have tattoos for my genetic condition. They are flowers not the devil. The way he was looking was strange. The white guy behind me received a heartfelt thank you. It seems like the checking in people are not friendly at this costco. 😕

Lol, its a Costco 🙂 but this one is very large. Kept very neat, esp the clothing. All the regular deals. I like cuz its not that crowded 💜✌🏽

This is a good location I do feel like the front end staff are kind of too pushy. I like the selections Costco has for bulk prices and also if you are clothes shopping this is a good location for that too. 4 star review.

I just recently purchased a membership and I have been extremely pleased with the staff at this location. Theyre always happy to help and the store is clean as well as organized.

Friendly staff, fast check-out times. I always go Saturday or Sunday morning and by the time I get to the checkout its getting busy in the parking lot. Unfortunately I always spend 500$ but they got a lot of cool stuff. Costco hack- start your shopping trip near the checkouts by the time your at the electronics youll be too tired and ready to go.

Overall its fun to shop due to lots of stuff. Prices are generally pretty darn good as I have shopped around and most of the time Costco beats others IF they have the same item. Knowing I can return items if need to without hassle is comforting. Customer service is good as well. Item quality is always good too.

Great place to shop. Inventory turns over regularly, and so things can be a little.inconsistent, but the expectation and what you see is that prices tend to be better. Usually bulk packaging as well, so be prepared for large packages. House brands tend to be very high quality too, so keep an eye out for those.

Trying to perform basic shopping tasks with a broken left foot and torn right meniscus presents a series of difficulties. I was so happy to see a small, easily maneuverable riding cart available right at the door, and was able to quickly complete my shopping with a minimum of difficulty. And I didnt run over anyone (though Ill probably need a *few* more practice sessions before I go for my license)!!

2nd time in a Costco and was very impressed at the amount of items that were there. I found items in the Oregon store that I havent seen in my Sams Club where I live, in Tennessee. Bought these items to go home with. Costco where I live is too far to travel to, so we frequent Sams Club. Prices were a bit higher though.

Costco Tire CenterI do not recommend buying tires from Costco because the service is terrible. I bought a set of Michelin Defender tires from Costco 2 months ago. One of my tires has an air leak, so I took it to this location for service.I spoke to a tech about fixing my leaky tire. The service tech said I had to go into the store and schedule an appointment at the service counter to have my tire fixed. I had to wait 15 minutes at the service counter before someone came to schedule my appointment. I was told I had to wait 2 hours to have my tire fixed, and it would take up to 45 minutes to fix my tire. Unfortunately, I had to leave and reschedule because I had my 2 year old daughter with me.

Great selection and lots of great deals. It’s well-organized and fun to shop at. However, the employees at the food court aren’t as great. They finished three orders placed after mine before starting my order.

Im a fan of this warehouse and Costco in general. This warehouse is standard for Costco and leaves nothing to be desired. Its well maintained and offers competitive prices on medium to medium-high quality products and bulk goods. Their return policy is excellent and Costco insists on keeping their rotisserie chicken prices so low that they actually make a net loss on those sales. TLDR: Costco competes well on price as well as on customer service and satisfaction.

We enjoy shopping here. Great service and products, free/cheap snacks. Samples are back!

***Bought quinoa salad on the 8th of July 2021 and found several hairs in it. I threw it away. I will not buy any prepared food here again.Other than that, good people and easy place to shop. It is always busy at this location.

I love costco, and they even still surprise me sometimes with how awesome they are. Jodi in the optical department was epic today. I mean the best at helping me pick my glasses for my thick lenses and get the discount for getting two pair. She really knows her stuff! Plus she helped answer my insurance questions and helped me get contacts the cheapest way possible. AND they had such a great system for letting your try on glasses but still keeping everything sanitary! YES! Thank you guys! LOVE Costco and Jodi so much! Thank you!!!!

Costco has great prices, good sales, great friendly and always helpful staff, whats not to love? This costco (Hillsboro) has a warm and friendly feel to the lighting and isle wide enough for two carts to pass each other.

An employee named Megen who works in the TV department was extremely helpful in assisting me select a TV. Many issues arose during the transaction and she patiently and professionally dealt with each one

My FAVORITE Saturday tradition. This is a 5 start Costco in my opinion. I love wandering the aisles. The place is always clean. The staff always friendly. And of course the food court and samples are unavoidable :-).

Its nice to see a place enforcing masks. Amazing how many people still try to get by but thank you to the staff of Costco for making sure people are wearing them. This made for a very pleasant shopping experience and Ill be it a little crowded to check out the wait wasnt too bad. Most people are intelligent enough to social distance. Although some seem to have an issue figuring out the stickers on the floor for social distancing most of the clerks are very polite and encouraged them to follow the rules.

Costco is Costco. What can I say? I love that they have high quality items and the Kirkland brand never disappoints. If I could just keep my girlfriend away from the wine. Id save a TON of 💰. Well worth the membership!

It is a shame Costco has inflated their deli costs even before covid. Same products with same ingredients such as the soft serve ice cream sundaes and frozen blended mochas yet now they are over twice as much as they used to cost.

Just regarding the pharmacy,Not the store itself. They are understaff. Waiting for a prescription pickup takes sometime more than 30 minutes. Even if you have stuff to grab in the store... still 30 minutes or more. I’ve complained about this several times to the customer service (the waiting time) but as they say, “that’s the time it takes”.If you don’t mind wasting time, that’s the place to go.

Clean and organized place. However if you are relatively new to this warehouse its very hard to find a product no signs and not enough staff to help. Unless you know exactly what you want and can control impulse buying your bill can easily run up hundreds of dollars.

Eye exam was right on time. The latest equipment.Very thorough. The help in choosing frames was exceptional. Altogether a very desirable experience.

The optometry department is wonderful. Ive never been in and out of an eye appointment so fast. We even left with my daughters new contacts the same visit. Very friendly receptionist and doctor.

This is the second biggest Costco from what I am told, it’s got an outstanding selection of stuff that I don’t need but hey it’s Costco! You will find items here that you won’t find in other Costco’s I think that is why I love it so much.

Great place even when travelling. We went recognized the typical stir layout and always look for unique local add-ons... In Oregon alcohol is prominent absolutely not in Utah. Fresh Wild Halibut by the pound for 15.99 per pound.. Try that in Utah!! Honey by local producers and we left with our four day supply of yogurt and granola and raspberries.. Yum.. Love this chain..

We went early and it was pleasant. Not crowded, not stressful. Enjoyed the shopping expierience today. They have wheelchairs with carts that attach which is grand for those that need this. Always a great variety in product and price offerings. We usually come when we want to buy things in bulk. Produce, meats, spices, butter, coffee, organics, baking items, etc. They usually have new and interesting items as well.Customer service has consistantly been positive for us..in store, over the phone, or online.I also like the convenience the gas station located next to the store.Things I wish for....shaded parking as I have a pet that wants to go everywhere I go. The trees provide shade for certain times of day. But that may not be a realistic request.Room for improvement....I miss the SAMPLES...its part of being at Costco. Also NOT crazy about the way the food court is run. I dont like the way orders are placed on computers, No place to sit and eat indoors or out. Always have to go back and ask for a straw, or condiments. Although the food is good, Its totally unpleasent for me, I just avoid it now.

My husband and I went into Costco today, my husband is a disabled veteran and has a service animal. As soon as we entered the greeter stated no pets are allowed, we stated she was a service animal, this was not a good enough answer and she continued to ask if we had proof stating that she was a service animal. Per Title II and Title III you are only allowed to ask two questions. My husband preceded to ask her if she was familiar with the titles and she grew nasty and stated no, I am not and ordered my husband to wait until a manager came to speak with him. We proceeded to do our shopping and were approached by a very hostile female manager who seemed more familiar with Title II and III and asked us the appropriate questions, upon my husbands answer to the second question she was very snotty and said she was not familiar with block and 6 and with that left us alone. We grabbed our items and checked out and while we were getting our receipt checked at the exit the exited asked if our dog was a service animal and that pets were not allowed in the store.First and foremost, the behavior was unacceptable. Secondly, it is appalling that our service members are treated disrespectfully.We will not be returning to this location and I suggest that Costco employees be trained more appropriately in regards to disability and service animal laws.
