Great customers service. Cheap prices. And lots of ample parking.

The African American cashier singled me out when I was scanning my items; she treated me as though I was stealing items from the store. She literally called me a thief. For years, I have shopped at this store and never been treated in such a manner. She really needs to be fired. I was so embarrassed . I felt so humiliated because I was not the only person scanning their items in order to go home. I talked to a team leader named : Amy and she listened to what I had to say . However, I don’t trust anything is going to happen.

This store was nice, clean, well stocked, and I had no wait at the self checkout.

The short skinny latina manager up at customer service is incredibly disrespectful, rude, and dismissive. This person should not be representing management at your store. Good lord.

Waited for over 1hours in the parking lot for them to bring out our groceries. They had sent us a txt that our order was ready got there called and waited. 30 min into waiting called again and got the we’ll bring it out shortly. Another 30 min and as I watch multiple cars come and go I realize the cars had come after I had.

Whatever you do, do not order delivery you will never get it! I purchased walmart+ for the purpose of grocery delivery and have only received my groceries twice out of the year Ive lived here out of the multitude of times i have tried to order. I am disabled i use this for a purpose and if walmart cant deliver their promise whether its their issue or the drivers they deal with it needs to be fixed!

Why does it take an hour to get your groceries brought out to your car? Ive used grocery pickup every week for the last year, and the last 4 times I have sat in my car waiting for 45-60 mins. If I am notified that my order is ready and to head to the store, it should NOT take so long to have them brought out to me! Not using grocery pick up anymore. Disappointing and a complete waste of time.

What to say? The Walmart neighborhood market is a grocery store of average size with all of the goods and services one would come to expect from any similar style store. The prices are competitive, even with the WinCo Foods about a mile up the road. I shop here occasionally for variety. Walmart carries several different store brands and variations or versions of products that other local stores dont carry. Best example being ice cream. The ice cream and novelties are very different from the offerings at the other local stores.Parking is ample, service is good but I cant recall anything I would consider exceptional about it. Walmart is no stranger to retail and this store demonstrates their solid mastery of the industry.

I do online pick up orders here and they are super quick to bring out groceries. They also make good replacements when something is out of stock. I shop at this one mostly tho because they almost always have everything Im looking for. Employees are always friendly. Good store great customer service.

Really rude female manager today. Basically insulted my reading skills because I couldnt read a sign clearly. Some of us are reading impaired. Completely unacceptable!! Wont be back.

Dont really like the business model, but it was a quick stop.

Go elsewhere, if you have any issues management will act like youre the problem and dismiss you completely while falling back on policy. Unreal customer service here, in a bad way. Ill take my needs elsewhere.

The neighborhood stores are my preference. Not as much variety, but calmer. Today I just got Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero sauce. Walmarts are one of the only sources other than the restaurants themselves.

Customer service never opened they have the detergent locked up I go different times a day and they never have anybody at customer service and you have to wait to get detergent and its like youre bothering them to open up and wait for them

Store hours are posted on the door & online stating that they are open until 11pm. I showed up at 9:40pm to an employee turning people away at the door with no reason to why they are closed.

Great staff! Not many healthy options. Half of produce and bakery shelves are empty no matter when you go. Store not carrying many items that similar walmarts have. Talked about this issue to different managers multiple times but none of them did anything. Electric scooters are always hard to get or not working.

If youre trying to returns things expect to wait for someone to help you. Not for a few minutes more like 15. How is it possible you dont have a second person who can manage your customer service desk? Walmart is a huge corporation, hire more help instead of stressing out the couple employees you have.

We had an order for pick up at 6pm. With our 2 little kids and doing stuff around the house we missed out time slot to pickup. A little after 8pm (which is when they close pickup) they called us to make sure we remembered to pick up our groceries! At first I missed the call. They left a message and called back a couple minutes later to try again. My husband hopped In the car and sped over. They waited for him before they finished closing up. So thankful for the amazing customer service! Our family definitely appreciates their patience. The pickup department definitely went above and beyond tonight!

Getting an order for uber wait was way to long employees not helping and just standing around

We get our prescriptions there. Groceries are ok. Its Walmart... clean and well lit. They have a little of everything.

The Greeter usually scowls and nibbles under his mask at you as you walk in.This time he said Welcome and Have a Nice Day as we left. I thought he even smiled... at least I hope he was🤔☺️The staff is getting better acknowledging your presence and asking if you need help.

I love the thought of ordinary on line no contact. This is my 1st time, one bag had a hole in it and I lost my pickles on the porch glass everywhere 😕. I also notice so many bags please try to use less bags. Other than that all good. I will do it again.

Self checkout is nice but it can get backed up sometimes during busy hours. Solid selection of products for a small store. This isnt a giant Walmart with clothes and shoes etc, its just a stop in and get a few groceries type of place. Employees have been very kind to myself and other customers and they enjoy working with each other, there is a sense of teamwork and thats great to see.

Customer service lady, Judy didnt know what she was doing. She asked us to stand 6 feet apart and we already were. She asked after I had three employees walked right past me. Walmart... practice what you preach and hire better employees.

I searched this specific store online for an item and it said there were plenty in stock but there werent any. The associate said it was not their issue but the warehouse so there was nothing she could do. I should think that space checked nearby stores and price match

I had great customer service today and was very grateful for that as I was doing my first MoneyGram transaction and I go in and it says the customer service is closed for the rest of the day which I called the night before and they said theyd be open at 8:00. I figured due to covid and all those other things you know that can happen no biggie I can go to a different Walmart but let me ask somebody first just in case so I did and thank goodness this lady helped me and she helped a few other customers too. 😊

Of the Walmart neighborhood markets near me, this is my preferred store because they have actual cashiers available- not just u-scan. I will deliberately drive just a bit farther to go to this one if I want WalMart exclusive items

Huge store, to many people, got my daughter and myself cool tupuc hoodies, i was impressed that they even had those kinds of hoodies there and at fairly good price.

Always seem to have bare shelves...for a Wal-Mart its not stocked very well

One of the better Walmarts Ive been too, if not the best! It wasnt too crowded and the self-checkout system was very nice.

I don’t know who manages this store but they’re terrible at it. No matter what time of day I order rotisserie chickens, they are never “in stock” for my pickup OR delivery order. I’ve even altered delivery time and pickup time at their app’s suggestion to ensure I get them and still they’re always out of stock. It’s the same with dozens of other items so it’s not just one department like the deli that handles roasting the chickens, the entire store is just an inconsistent mess.

I never have any issues with them. They recently changed their pickup rules and I tried to pickup my product from the guest service counter and they made me go wait in the store pickup area. Which kind of sucks because I only had one item I ordered, but isnt enough to make me upset now i know for future store pickup orders.

Great neighborhood market for picking up pretty much anything you need on a day-to-day basis. it doesn’t have everything that a super Walmart does, but it’s a good place to stop on the way home to get a few groceries.

Stocked shelves are hit and miss here. Dont go with your hopes too high.

If you need to use their customer service desk, I would suggest calling first to see if it is open. The customer service desk is unpredictable when it is open or available and it seems as though no other association can help take care of Customer Service issues I.e, money gram, returns. Either they are not willing or not able/authorized. Even when asking politely when it would be open I could not get a definite answer mixed with a little bit of frustration that I have asked. It would be helpful if Times (or time frame) Could be posted either online or telephone voicemail. I would highly recommend You save your gas and your time and go to Tanasbourne or Forest Grove Walmart/MoneyGram

We checked out in the self checkout line, my wife and 2 kids (2 and newborn). We rang up all our groceries until we get to a 6 pack of beer, my wife showed her ID while I was taking care of the kids. I stated I did not have my ID. Julie then began to raise her voice that I needed my ID as well. I stated I am over 21 but I do not have my ID. She then began yelling at us in the middle of the store. I have never had such an experience in a market with an employee being so disrespectful. As a fellow small business owner I would never tolerate that type of behavior from an employee.

This is the nicest WalMart I’ve ever been to. Everything looks relatively new and clean isles are wide enough.

Understanding this is a market and not a superstore, they still dont have the product selection as the Albertsons across the street. I often have to go to a second store to complete my shopping if I start at walmart.

I walked up to the door at 8:23pm and the door wouldn’t open. There was an employee outside collecting carts. I asked him if the store was closed. He said no. He said the entrance door was broken and I had to go in through the exit. I walked up to the exit door and it also wouldn’t open. An employee then manually opens the automatic door and tells me they are closed. I mention that the sign on the door says they close at 8:30pm. He says there are already people inside shopping that will be there past 8:30pm so he can’t let me in. I tell him I only need to grab one thing and I’ll be quick. He tells me no and tells me his name is Marvin and he is the store manager. I urgently needed feminine pads for my daughter and I was forced to drive down the street to another store because Marvin decided the store should close early.

The pick up groceries app is a time saver. The attendants nice and professional. Aware if a couple of drawbacks. You cant choose the avocados you want, you cant pick and choose, thats just the nature of pick up. Also, check what you absolutely dont want substituted. And you might forget something before you realize you order is ready. But, it cuts down on impulse buying. Always bring your own bags. 10_7;

They need better isle markers.. Took me forever to find the spice part of the isle that is labeled under sugar and flour but all the way in the back of the the store.. Seriously.. Had to ask to actually find it..

Prices as good or better than the other W grocery store but better quality in every way! They take credit cards, also unlike that other place. AND they do pick-up orders... AND my disabled, adult son is on food stamps. He can create and schedule a pick-up order for me to get when I shop and pay with his EBT card!(Theres a $10 off your first pick-up order out there!)

Just went to walmart at 6pm, customer service desk was closed, I asked a worker if it would be open tomorrow. They said they dont know... I tried to call before I went and no one at the store would answer. Really irritated me I couldnt get the money my mom sent for my sisters birthday like can someone do there job?

It was nice enough and people treated me well.

Lots of staff and little help. I was getting something that was locked behind glass and waited there longer than it took me to drive there and do my small shopping trip. Then the cashier took extra long and wasnt communicating with the man in front of me as to why his card wasnt working.

Theyre friendly and very helpful. Prices are mostly decent. You can take your time or run in and out. Mostly groceries here but still lots of useful needed items here, Things you need around the house.

This store used to be great but its run down a bit especially the shopping carts and nothing in stock.shopping carts are important to people especially when youre only one person and you have 15 items including five sodas to carry and your reusable bag can hold all that with your two arms plus other 10 items. since this state of Oregon tends to have more neighborhood markets if you want to beat the competitor sell birthday cakes and I mean the big ones so I dont have to go to Fred Meyer to go get one or Albertsons across the street because you only have little cakes thinking its only for five seven people when youre trying to serve a group of 20 or more
