I needed 2 marine batteries checked. The two gentleman working were friendly, patient and very helpful. They tested my batteries and explained to me how to charge them and maintain them until next boating season. I suggest going here if you have any battery questions.

Asked about a motorcycle battery and I have the proper number, young punk kid gives me an attitude when I tried to inform him, his reply, stop in with your battery and well try yo help you, or not, it doesnt matter. Ive purchased at least 5 batteries here and always had ok to decent service, but this kid needs to be fired. called on 7-8-19 I typed the battery number I gave the kid on the phone into All Batterys web site, and the number I gave the kid popped right up7-23 update-Stopped in and talked to Annette, the situation has been handled. She was appreciative of my time and concern

This place is very friendly, and WAY more than helpful. Nate was knowledgeable and got me the mower battery and charger I needed right away. When I got home I found that the battery was too low to be charged (a volt meter showed only 5 volts). I took the battery back and Nate was going to replace it for me but they didn’t have any more of the type I had purchased. Nate immediately called around to other stores, and then called the owner, Don. An hour later Don arrived at my house (yes – he made a house call to deliver a battery), installed the battery in my riding mower, and I was able to fire up the mower and get my grass cut that same afternoon. The level of service was far above and beyond what you get at most places these days. I have been a customer at this store pretty much since they opened, and I will definitely be going there in the future, as well as recommending them to everyone. Thank you for exceptional customer service and great products!

Love this place. I have visited this location four times over the last two years. So far my Lead Acid battery needs have been completely unplanned and spur of the moment type. They have always had the battery I needed or a more than suitable alternative. Quick, friendly, and helpful staff. On a side note, Im glad they dont have activated motorcycle batteries just sitting on the shelf all the time so you know they have full capacity. The SLA motorcycle products they have come with neat little acid bottles. They can activate them for you or do it yourself at home. Either way, its always a NEW battery.P.S.The green tops look really cool in my truck.

I am not giving a 2 because if their customer service, which was great. The 2 is because of their warranty. Please be aware that the warranty here is not what it seems. I purchased a battery and after less then 4 years it needs to be replaced (it had a 5 year warranty). I contacted this Interstate location to find out how to activate my 5 year warranty. I found out that I can get 25% off a new battery, which I was alright with but... If I do this the new battery warranty will only be extended to the remainder of my current batterys warranty. I understand if you are giving me a new battery for free why you would do this but I am paying 75% of the battery price I should get the full warranty. I will not be using Interstate for my current battery needs!

Highly recommended, exceptional customer service. They jump started my car, tested the battery and also identified the wrong size battery was installed on the car. They walked through the battery options and a new battery was installed, all in about an hour. Great experience, great customer service. Will go back for all battery needs.

First time here. Went in to get a new battery for my cell phone. They had one in stock. They are next to Costco in Hillsboro so was able to go shopping there next. They stated to me that they would match Costco price for any batteries. Woo hoo ! They also have what I need for other batteries for my needs at home. So glad I stoped in to day.

Outstanding customer service. I rarely give five stars, but the sells rep Nate went the extra mile.I purchased a used car and the next day I had to get a jump start because the battery was dead, the car originally come from Texas. It was an Interstate battery, so I brought it in to get tested as I wasnt sure if the battery was the problem or if the cars alternator wasnt charging. The sells rep was very helpful and put the battery on the charger overnight so he could test it in the morning. The next day he called me and said battery was bad and that it was still in warranty. I came in and the same rep gave me a new battery with a new warranty and even carried it to my car. He then discussed with me how to check out the alternator to make sure it hadnt damaged the battery. The alternator voltage output was good, so my guess is that the battery sat to long at the auction yard before the used car dealer picked it up and thats why it failed. The car starts like a champ now.

Best worst morning, ever! Car died at Costco gas, group of fellas pushed my car to nearby Interstate All Battery store, which happened to be open 1 hour early, they jumped me, checked me, gave me a sweet Intel discount and got me back to work before 9am meeting. Hurrah for humanity! I HIGHLY recommend these guys - seriously, for ALL battery needs. So. Many. Batteries. (AND Intel discount, AND they will come to your campus!)

Spent over $300 bucks on a dual 6V setup for my RV and the guy said to bring in my old battery and they would refund my core fee. I bring in the 2 year old RV/marine 12v and they say they can only refund $5 because it’s a different kind of battery. Horrible service on that part. The original purchase was ok, but hey I was spending 100s of dollars. Try Duracell off 185th, much better.

My motorcycle battery was outside of the manufacturers warranty period but had an obvious build quality defect. Chad made sure that I was taken care of, and warranted the battery even though the store was not going to get a warranty credit from the manufacturer.A+ for customer service guys!

Extremely good service by Steve to install batteries despite I was purchasing battery from Costco instead of from him and I came just a few minutes before he closed.

Terrible Customer ServiceTried every trick they could find to avoid standing by the warranty on a 7 month old battery. Refused to do anything, told me to go to Auto Shop that installed the Interstate battery instead.
