I got my oil changed they were quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and the price was right. They put my sticker on my window and I could read it. Some other places dont make it where you can read the sticker to know when you need your next oil change

Called ahead the day prior, they were professional and managed to complete our battery change in a timely manner, would have done it myself however it was a dodge journey where the battery is located behind the diver tire. They said it was possible for it to take 2 hours but they finished it in 45 minutes after they started working on it. Overall great service and friendly employees. Dont give em a hard time and youll get an easy time :)

Fast an pretty efficientBut beware if it matters to you they do not check everything. I had 2bad wipers an knew it because that was my next stop but they checked that they were all good, so just know that check list does not matter.

I had my honey go and get my oil changed and was supposed to only have 2 windshield wipers replaced. Not sure if they even changed the oil but they didnt reset my oil percentage on my dash. Now everytime I start the vehicle this light comes on. I called corporate and they did nothing but tell me that the manager from automotive would call me. Someone called me but was not the automotive manager and he was supposed to get with the automotive manager and take care of my light situation and forcing 3 wipers on me instead of the 2 I wanted THAT NEVER HAPPENED HORRIBLE STORE!!!

We needed new tires. We went there looking at prices with the possibility of purchasing 4 new tires. We talked to the technician. We were told our entire price would be $97 a tire. We decided to go ahead with all 4 tire replacements. They got done, and we were just sitting there (the 30 minute wait was EXTREMELY under estimated). We decided to ask about paying so we could leave, and the lady couldnt find our ticket. The reason? They put the wrong name (something not even close to our name). She rung us up and the total was more than $120 over what we were quoted. Be sure to ask about ALL fees and packages BEFORE you take their word on the end price.

Jist a huge cattle call, shuffle dem in and out. I received an over priced $69. Oil change and no explanation for work done. Just got to a mechanic shop, with your own items and have it done there for 1/2 what I paid!

Waited for over an hour with no cars in the bays and me being next in line while 3 guys worked on changing a lawn mower tire and 2 others guys watched. It was like one of those jokes, “How many people does it take to change a tire?”Don’t waste your time. Ended up leaving after waiting an hour to have my oil changed somewhere else.

Took car in for headlight restoration and noticed hood sprinkled with dots where paint was chipped.

Other than a 47 dollar tire ending up being 70 after all the other fees, it was good service.

They were closed 30 minutes before posted closing time of 7pm. We were stranded.

We waited in line for 15 minutes and nobody greeted us. My husband tried to ask for help but the service rep went to another car behind us first, after he said he didnt know how much longer we were goingto have to wait, (as he kept on walking). It felt like blatant discrimination. I was shocked and upset. We only came to Hillsboro because they were open on a Sunday. We ended up leaving. I guess Johnson County needs our business more.

My Name is Debbie Carter, my daughter who is 19 and is the military, traveling by her self back to herself other home, ran over something on the highway. It tore up the bottom cover of her car, she was all shook up, didnt know what to do, she could still drive her car. So she drove to this Walmart and the put her mind at ease, fixed what little damage was dune and check her car out for her. I as a parent thank you. Great place to get your groceries, but If you need an oil change or tires I definitely don’t recommend.

Very friendly but as usual didnt do all that was paid for. Pulled in with 12 lbs of air in one of my tires and left with 11. Pulled back up and the girl told me it would take me driving a couple miles to register the air..well BS..it registers immediately..been there done that.. obviously..so of course after they actually put air in it, IT REGISTERED!! ALWAYS SOME FORM OF BS..ALWAYS. ALL IF US ARENT STUPID ..WALMART.

First off. Slowest service imaginable. A tire patch doesnt take 45 minutes when its the only car in their bays. Everyone is just standing around talking and laughing. No work gets done at all. The 2 old guys literally just talk. Thats it. If you can avoid this place. Do it. DONT COME.

They were open Memorial Day and solved a leaking tire problem during our road trip. They were clear about what could be done and provided options to resolve the situation.

Not to impressed with the auto service at walmart. Most of the guys including the head guy there were very rude and disrespectful. The guys that change the oil and tires are really not courteous or in my opinion not customer friendly people. I will never go back there again. I would rather drive a little further and pay a little more to avoid being disrespected. These people need to be re-trained.

Took about a half hour to get a new battery in the truck, not bad I guess, they didnt seem to organized seemed oil changes took priority, maybe a volume thing. Like I said, not bad.

Had a tire fixed they were short staffed and even though I was in and out in 45 minutes .

They had two cars in the bay for for oil change I would be next to tell me to take 45 minutes to an hour the cars set there for 30 minutes with no one doing anything to them.
