I have to say this was such an easy great experience. I went to refill my propane tanks and was told that I might have to wait a few minutes but it was shorter wait than I expected. Barely 5 minutes. And Marcus was absolutely friendly, fabulous and fast. Thank you so much and Ill be back here often

Would not recommend this location due to stand in manager.Rented a trailer to drive 1200 miles once I noticed one of the wheels was wobbling bad…I called the location and drove it back. The supposed manager Jasmine was very rude not apologetic and stated “well you have the roadside coverage” obviously she has never towed a trailer before nor did she have any mechanical knowledge. After sitting on hold with her (jasmine) she couldn’t find any other trailer and said you need to call our 1800 number they can help you. This put me a whole day behind on my travel..I called the 1-800 and got Brittany she was amazing and deserves a raise. She found me a trailer to pick up and got me back on the road the next day!If I can give any advise it would be, as a manger you need to put yourself in the customers shoes and under the stress they are already dealing with! Help them and understand why! Don’t just brush them off like a piece of dirt. Jasmine needs some customer service training I could here her eyes rolling when I was on the phone e with her!!!! Uhaul you can do better then that!!!

A big shout out to Josh and Marcus! Earlier this week, my husband and I were testing our trailer to start preparing for our two-week camping trip up in Steamboat and found out that our wiring wasnt working. I called on Tuesday and spoke with Josh, he was very helpful over the phone and said I could come in Friday afternoon and they would troubleshoot. It took about 25 minutes and they were able to figure out what the issue was and fixed it. Great customer service! I am so thankful and highly recommend this location!

The staff had zero sense of urgency, literally no fux given. My appointment was at 1:30. I showed up early at 1. I told them I was waiting for the car, as stated on the appointment. 2hrs later, my car wasn’t even moved. What was the point of booking an appointment? Might as well have only 1 option “leave your car, and we’ll get to it, eventually, maybe.” That was awful. It’s just a 20 minute job people, get it together.

No zero star option... Added 24 hour access.... first access worked after hours... second access did not work...attempted contact with customer service they didnt have the ability to give me access, did not establish contact with the manager, and did not offer any type of compensation, they were no help... manager durrell middleton did not answer to help nor had alternate options to resolve the issue at the time of the dispute... Was not able to access MY stuff needed and caused anxiety attack with my autism. If you need storage I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere and dont do business with Mr. Middleton

My son made an appointment to get a hitch put on his car. We drove to U-Haul 20 miles round-trip for each of us to find out the hitch had not come in. A heads up call the night before would’ve been nice before we both drove over there and I rearranged my schedule. Needless to say I’m not happy.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I dont do negative reviews. But this experience was awful. Horrible. There were 22 people in line. No trucks. Did not honor reservations. Military coyote in front of us was treated so rudely it was embarrassing. The lady was pregnant. Hot. Crying. We were treated with the after effects of her attitude which was combative extremely rude nasty awful customer experience. They refused to return the deposit and gave a hand written number to call and told to leave. Just insane

I have lived in the Highlands Ranch area for almost 30 years. At one time this was a reputable U-Haul dealership, but the people running this store now are unethical, mean-spirited and incompetent – not a good combination! I recently reserved a 26 foot truck at this location to move my son’s business. His company’s lease was up and he had to vacate his building by the end of the month. When I came to pick up the truck on the morning of the move the reservation agent at the store had difficulty locating my reservation because he didn’t know how to properly operate the reservation system. Eventually my reservation was located, but I was told that there were no 26 foot trucks available at this location or anywhere else in the state of Colorado. I was offered the option of using a cargo van or driving to Cheyenne, Wyoming to pick up the truck that I originally reserved and was promised for this move. I chose neither, especially after being disrespected by store manager, Mark Martinez. Mr. Martinez became belligerent towards me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. He treated me rudely, he was unsympathetic and offered no apology for not honoring a reservation that was made over three-weeks in advance of our move. We weren’t able to complete our move on this day because of the unethical practices of this dealership. This resulted in the loss of valuable time, the loss of moving resources that we had arranged for this day, and a significant loss of money. I was able to rent a RYDER truck a few days later from a local Ryder dealer and we completed our move at that time. I highly recommend using Ryder or any rental company other than this Highlands Ranch U-Haul dealer or any other U-Haul dealer, for that matter. I regret not checking out the reviews on this location prior to making my reservation. It appears there are similar stories of unacceptable behavior, poor customer service and hardships that have been created by this dealership. I will never make a reservation with U-Haul again. Please do your research and check out this U-Haul dealership with the Better Business Bureau. It will be an eye opener.

Made an appointment for a hitch 2 weeks in advance. Gave away our parts before we got there. They tried to find it elsewhere with no luck. We had a lot of attitude for having a refund for them not giving us the service. Generally poor experience.

The worst imaginable thing happened - we rented our U-Haul (which was an easy and near contactless experience, with the employees even ensuring that our tire pressure was the correct levels before letting us leave) and we were getting ready to return it, when we misplaced the keys.After nearly two hours of searching (including looking in the dumpster, every jacket and pant pocket, and every corner of our place), we came up empty handed. We called and spoke with Durrell, who was amazingly understanding, and immediately went into problem solving mode.Durrell worked to make this unfortunate mistake into a much better and less stressful experience and I am so incredibly grateful for all their help.Their customer services was excellent and I would highly recommend this location for all your rental needs.

Not sure why they ask you to make an appointment. They do not respect your appointment time in the least and will work on equipment installation when they get around to it. Unless you have an entire day to wait for your work to be completed, do not waste your time.

I had a fantastic experience at this U-Haul Moving and Storage. I had called ahead looking for a wiring harness for my vehicle. I stopped in hoping to buy it to install it myself. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful. When he gave me a quote to have it installed I decided to have them do it. The quote was more than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. In addition to warranting their service. I received the van in short order. And that wiring was installed very professionally. Id like to thank John and the rest of his employees for an amazing job.

Had an appointment at 9am, showed up at 9am was the first person in line and dropped off my vehicle to get a hitch. When I made the appointment I was told should not take more than 3 hours. Came back 3 hours later and my vehicle was not touched, asked why and was told part was not there, now I made the appointment 11 days prior. Came back in another 3 hours and talked with assistant manager who got rude with me. I also called the main office here and was told it will be ready by the end of the day. Again I explained I was the first one there but they didn’t care. Was told vehicle will be ready at 4:45 but wasn’t. Vehicle was finally completed at 5:45, 45 minutes after closing, and do not even get a small discount for there mess up. I would not recommend this u-haul to anybody. Terrible experience and very very poor customer service. When you get a good experience you tell the people you know, about 3-5. But a bad experience you tell not only the people you know but everyone you see you tell them also not to go there. Get the word out not worth going here go to any other place that will treat you right,

Terrible! Unprofessional! RUDE!! Had an 9:00 am appointment on Sunday morning, June 14, 2020. As of 4:00 p.m. still no hitch. We live an hour away And came before they opened. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Talked to customer service and assistance manager and all rude as hell. First thing they told us was they didn’t have the hitch, as they day went on the story changed. We have wasted all day in Highlands Ranch waiting for a hitch. Do not go here. Take it to someone who values you as a person and a customer. I would have given 0 star because that is what they deserve!

I made a reservation two weeks ago. I always use u-haul when I need a truck, never again!I show up at 7:30am. The guy looks up my reservation and says “sorry, I don’t have a truck for you”! I reserved a 26’ for a one way move to the mountains and he tells me “ there’s not one of those in the state of Colorado “. I tell him I need a truck, just give me a 20’ truck and I’ll make it work. He says “ sorry, all out”! After arguing with him for a while as I tried to explain what the word “reservation “ means. He finally says “ oh look, there’s a 26’ in Conifer”, the city I was moving to which was about an hour and a half away. My wife and I, both very frustrated, got in the car to head to Conifer. That’s when we realized that we had no idea where in Conifer we were going. That’s when my wife went in to get the address. He wouldn’t give it to her. He was very rude to her. He was also on the phone talking to another U-Haul that was semi close. Guess what they had? Yep, Not one, but two 26’ just sitting there. We went there, got our truck and those guys were great at the Holly location. Only cost me an extra $38.52 in mileage. The guy in Conifer, Patrick was even nicer when I dropped the truck off! We had a good laugh about the idiot, Jon at County line. That guy needs to be FIRED!

Hitch Install on Audi Q5 - There was some oddity with the reservation time of 2:30 and another car coming in ahead of mine, with an additional 3rd car already on the rack. Alas, they did a great job getting my vehicle up on the rack within 90 minutes of promised time. Better yet, although the car (Audi) provides some technical difficulties, they wanted to ensure it was safe and spent an extra day with the car (sent me home in an Uber they covered). Now I’ve got emergency trailer lights even when the hatch is open to get spare tire: excellent service and forethought for safety. Worth waiting an extra day for. Thanks

Uhaul is normally very good at treating their customer with respect. However that was not the case today. I called to let them know ahead of time that I was headed to turn in the trailer. I have travelled from Texas 18 hour drive w the trailer and moved everything two floor. They made us drive the trailer to the spot needed when it was blocked by a trash can and a fork lift. After 10mins trying to get it I to the spot we had the assistance GM come out after my brother had a ordeal with a rude associate inside. Ask if we needed help jumped in the truck took off in my truck very fast around the building then parked it. Did not apologize for the delay, I had no idea what happened inside until after. I thanked him for helping us after it took so long by ourself and if he needed the paperwork he barely said a word and was on the phone. Guess I am not in Texas hope the area manager sees this and does a secret shop on the whole staff. Being in upper management of hospitality myself I hardly ever leave a review unless the action were completely uncalled for .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY COST ME $1,700 AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!On 6/9/2020, I went into this U-Haul Moving and Storage facility and made a reservation for a 20 foot truck to be used for an Interstate move on 6/28/2020. Les eagerly took my in person reservation and told me the truck was confirmed and will be ready for pickup on 6/28/2020. On the evening of 6/27/2020, U-Haul called me and informed me that they would not have a 20 foot truck available for my use (36 hours before I needed to vacate my sold house). After much back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to take a 15 foot truck only after they assured me that they would provide any needed extra equipment if the 15 foot truck would not hold all of my belongings. I picked up the smaller truck that evening and began loading my belongings. The morning of 6/28/2020, I quickly realized the truck was not going to fit everything, so I went back in person to the U-Haul facility. I had the privilege of seeing Les again and he was incredibly hostile towards me when I informed him of the predicament I was now facing. Les did nothing to help me and was unwilling to provide even a single trailer that we could attach to the truck to compensate for the space I lost by not receiving the 20 foot truck I RESERVED WITH HIM! He was fully aware that I was told over the phone that it would be NO ISSUE for U-Haul to provide MULTIPLE trailers to attach to the smaller truck. He simply did not care and was flat out unwilling to help, so I now faced an immediate dilemma of needing to be 100% out of my home in less than 24 hours, but not having the size vehicle I had reserved in person at their store.Because of their lies, I had to immediately go back home, unload the truck I had already 75% packed, and take a second truck of my belongings to a storage unit. I literally had to leave half my belongings in a storage unit in Colorado while I drove to my new home out of state. Before making my drive the next morning, I went back into the U-Haul location at 7am to speak with the general manager (Mark Martinez). He had been informed of the issue by Les and was aware that I was not able to take all my belongings with me as I moved out of state. Mark was equally as unpleasant and did nothing to help the situation. He would not issue any credits towards my reservation and did not help with the situation in the slightest. Mark claimed to not have the authority to issue discounts or refunds even though he is the GM of the location.. He even threatened to throw my a$$ F*&k^%g out when I started to really express my displeasure with their service. I even got in touch with U-Haul Corporate and they did not offer any discounts or other compensation for the lack of fulfillment of my reservation.U-Hauls egregious service has now cost me an additional $1,700 to perform a 2nd move. I had to take time off work to fly back to Denver and rent a 2nd moving vehicle (obviously used Penske for the 2nd truck) to get my belongings that were left in the storage facility. I will never use U-Haul again, and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. This U-Haul location is run by the dregs of society.LES AND MARK WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE.

I was installing a trailer hitch on 2018 RAV4 Adventure which proved to be much more difficult than expected due to the unique layout of the Adventure model, there was no hitch available in the store that would’ve fit the vehicle, so we had to order the proper hitch through U-haul order management service which took a week to complete. However, some random computer glitch messed up our order of the hitch, and we did not get it. Luckily, Jae Lee and the team found a way to get a fitting hitch. They stayed focused on resolving the issue, and the hitch was installed way before my move out date with a time buffer to spare. I totally recommend this U-haul location, and I’m going to use their services once again, specifically for renting a trailer for my hitch.

As the saying goes, first time shame on you, second time shame on me. After my experience two weeks ago i had someone from uhaul reach out to me about how to make things right - that’s customer service I thought but I failed to capture the individuals name or contact info. Because the highlands ranch location was still the closest and least expensive, the only thing I could ask for was the very first “appointment” of the day - 0700. Of course my logic was if I’m first there’s no reason I shouldn’t at least be the first car in the cue.Today was the day we agreed upon so I showed up at 0655, waited outside (second in line) until the store opened at 0700, and was the first to check in for a hitch job. Of course the first thing Manager Mark said was “end of the day” meaning that’s when they guarantee the car being done. I left well enough alone thinking - what more could i have done? I’m first.As I was walking out, feeling optimistic, I heard the gentleman who was behind me in line also state he had an appointment for 0700 and start pleading his case. Low and behold, his car was pulled in the bay at approx 0720. Because the location only has one bay and one person for installs, I waited thinking there’s no way I’m not next... At least it worked out for one of us.About two hours later his car was pulled out, a couple of minutes passed, and another car (not mine) was pulled in. When i went into the office and inquired about how vehicles were prioritized the gentlemen assured me the vehicle that was pulled in was a “quick fix” and he would make sure I was next.Well.... he was right about the one car being a quick fix but then I watched another car go in. I returned to the office and ultimately learned it’s the Hitch Installer that sets his own schedule / priorities and he opted to pass over my car. Even after the gentlemen that assured me I was next approached the installer, the installer held his ground (despite the fact that I’m almost certain he’d pulled the car in and went to the bathroom before starting any real work). I thought this odd since Manager Mark was on site however, when speaking with Mark he insisted it wasn’t his responsibility and if he were to make the schedule he would limit the amount of jobs and force people to go elsewhere.Trying to reconnect with the gentlemen i spoke with almost two weeks ago, Manager Mark called Asst Manager Les who had zero recollection or record of speaking to me. He conveyed something along the lines of “i get 100 calls a day, I can’t keep track.” I should have known better.With the manager not willing or able to intervene on my behalf and the general feeling of indifference among the team I think I’ve finally learned my lesson and will turn to another location or rack attack.**initial review from two weeks ago - should have taken a hint from previous reviews. Mark (the guy I was told is in charge) is all but incompetent and the least bit helpful. He is a manager in title only! His response to hearing that it was two hours after my appointment time and my car remained parked was ok. I watched at least two people in line turn around and walk out as the cashier seemed frazzled and overwhelmed handling routine tasks. If I had to guess, the place remains open because people just dont have other options and would rather not go through the hassle of rescheduling elsewhere. Word to the wise - drop your car off in the morning and clear your schedule for the day because theres no telling when the work will be done. According to Mark, everyone (but me) is told that upon arrival...After waiting for over 2 hours and being told my car was next, I sat around to watch another car get pulled into the bay. Doing rough math and having been lied to at least twice, I couldnt afford to hope they got the car done before closing. The last thing I wanted was a rush job.

Not super thrilled with this location. The staff was taking personal phone calls on their cell phones, texting and overall not friendly when I was trying to be nice and ask how their days were going. Additionally, they were all chit-chatting over the radio and laughing while I was trying to get my rental check-out completed. Not very professional or personable, not sure Ill be coming back to this location or recommending them.

For you own sanity and time, do not use this company or this store location. We moved in September out-of-state. During our entire rental process this store locations computer systems were not working properly. The staff could not find receipts, contracts, or reservations; sell products; or keep track of their inventory.We initially reserved a car trailer and truck, but later canceled the car trailer before pickup. U-haul charged us for the car trailer anyway. I have talked to two in-store employees and two corporate employees, all of which agreed the trailer charges should be refunded, however the charges were still not refunded. After hours of lost time on the phone and in person, I finally gave up and disputed the charge through my credit card (~1 month later). Now U-haul is contesting my dispute, even with their internal paper trail showing we cancelled the car trailer and the charges needed to be refunded. They cannot seem to keep track of anything. Every person I talked to, just told me to wait longer and someone would call me back. Not surprisingly, no one has ever called me to resolve this issue in the month and a half I have dealt with them.After all the trouble we have had, I strongly recommend you chose a different company to help you with your move.

John at County Line and his little mistress Cassandra need to be fired. Add Jennifer in there as well! I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life! They think they are gods gift and they are worse than Satan! I have rented from Uhaul for over 7 years and John and Cassandra and a different breed of human, honestly by the way they deal with customers I dont even think they are human, horrible horrible people who make it very clear they hate you no matter who you are. Its cute to think they want to cancel your reservations on the spot and rent to people next to you at their conveniences.Never got my refund on my dolly that wasnt in the truck. Thanks for that when I drove 35 miles and had to lift 200 pound wooden furniture.This location should be shut down or the front of house staff needs to be replaced and John has got to go!

I had a decent experience up until it came to moving out of my storage units. I moved out on Saturday 5/25/19, had my monthly payment posted to my credit card on 5/23/19. I was never told that Id have to go through so much hassle to be pro-rated. Why would you keep nearly $235 when I didnt occupy my units for this next full billing month?Update: I never received return calls. They never did prorate my month. I paid for an entire month of storage even though it was occupied for 2 days.

Besides the mobile pick up program not being updated and wasting an hour waiting to get the truck; way after having my pick up location change twice, Allison also took it upon herself to change the drop off location for me. Not a problem, until when I drop off the truck all the employees are standing outside smoking with the doors locked before 7pm, and still got charged extra for it, a little more transparency on pricing and customer service would have helped.

Our storage locker had an attempted break in that left the door damaged, and they never fixed it. Weve been unwinding a house near by which has required multiple truck rentals. They always have a long line Saturday mornings but never staff properly, despite it being totally predictable. They recommend online check in, but you have to wait in line to pick up they key anyway. The one time I did try to just grab the key like they say to, the person was very rude. I would be cranky too if I worked here under these conditions.

Best Uhaul experience ever! The owner John was the best! We grabbed the wrong size trailer and he made the switch out as easy as possible. His employees are great too.. they even moved our mattress between trailers. Highly recommend!

Worst manager ever. I shipped a pod with uhaul to this location. On Saturday I was told my pod had arrived. I asked if I could come on Sunday to unload. He said I could but should call 1-2 hours in advance to make sure the could move the pod. Sunday morning I call at 9 knowing I only have a couple hours available to find out how soon it would be possible to unload. I was told they can definitely have it ready within the hour. I showed up at 10 and they not only dont have it ready, but they dont know where it is. 30 minutes later they say theyve found it. At this point Im now running short on my available time. So I tell them since they didnt do what they promised they should waive the $15 trailer fee so I can just tow it to my place and unload later when I have enough time. The kid at the counter was nice and apologetic and says he can give me half off. At this point my mom is upset about waiting so long and calls the manager asking to authorize the whole thing. He repeatedly tells her its not their fault that were waiting because typically they require 24 hours notice. And we only gave them an hour. She tells him that that is irrelevant because we called ahead and were told 1 hour. He suggests we should just come back later as though were way out of line for thinking anything is wrong at all. She says he should be willing to help a customer out but he refuses. After the phone call, he actually called the store and told the employees to take back the 50% off and not give us anything. I have never seen a manager not only disregard customer needs so completely, but actually try to spite them... Needless to say, they will never have our business again. I suggest you save your money for a store that actually cares about you and your experience.

I’m currently standing in line and have been for about 15 minutes. Despite the fact they have 5 registers and plenty of employees, they seem to be in no rush to get through the line. I’m a fan of customer service and this is not a good start.Just trying to drop my car off for a hitch installation. This could be so much easier!Now, after being told this would take an hour, I am being told that it will take two hours even though I have an appointment. For this reason, I planned on waiting around. Thank you for wasting my day, U-Haul.I will say it didn’t take as long to get installed but I returned to another long line with 1 register open.Here’s an idea...have 1 line for rentals and another for quick services like dropping off cars or buying boxes.

Terrible experience here. Reserved a 26ft moving truck from here. We called 2 days ahead of time to confirm they would have a truck we could rent. 1hr before we were supposed to pick up our moving truck, they called to tell us they did not have a truck for us to use. Later that day, they charged us for the truck we never got, and then told us it would be 5 business days before they would refund our money. If there was a 0 stars option I would have given them that.

I made a reservation for a truck at this location a week and a half in advance. The day before my reservation I received an email stating the location had changed to almost 30 miles away, each way. That would of added an additional $60 at .99 a mile plus the cost of the gas. When I called U-Haul dispatch I was greeted with an extraordinarily rude employee by the name of Dorinda. Dorinda proceeded to yell at me for almost 15 minutes. I asked Dorinda towards the beginning of the call to speak to her supervisor where she replied she Was the supervisor. I the customer had to ask the U-Haul employee Dorinda to stop yelling at me several times. As the call escalated her tone and professionalism became worse and worse. When I asked about the $50 guarantee that is posted on U-hauls website she refused to give it to me. When I stated that was fraud, she threatened to hang up on me. I have rented from U-Haul several times before but will not anymore. I called Penske and was greeted with amazing customer service, a Veteran discount, the truck I wanted, cheaper mileage and a location that was in the same zip code. I would recommend you exhaust all other efforts before renting from U-Haul. Good companies hire good employees...The recorded call speaks for itself.

If you read other reviews, all their mistakes could have been remedied by simply them confirming with U-Haul. I just rented a 20 ft van and everything went very smooth. Did not charge me 2 hour delay since I got it back 26 hours later. Truck worked well and customer service called 2 hours past my deadline to ensure it was going to be returned that same day.Truck was clean and drove well.

Cheap propane here ladies and gentlemen! Also they have friendly staff who are very knowledgeable too! Definitely recommend this place! I never tried anything else here though, only the propane.

They hit me with a fuel charge even though I returned the truck at the same level as I got it at. Apparently their system did not have the right level when I checked out. I made 5 calls to correct the mistake and each time the manager (Jorge) was unavailable. He once left me a voicemail asking me to confirm that my address was correct so they could issue a microcheck. I did but nothing ever came in the mail. This place is disorganized and incapable of resolving routine stuff.

Do not...I repeat do not do the express check in. There is ZERO cell service here.. it took my husband 33 minutes to get us to the end of the check-in and then it kicked them out (as he walked around the parking lot trying to find signal). The guy inside also said that he couldnt help us unless we fully cancelled our reservation and started over again. Not a good experience at all to the start of our move.

Talk about lacking customer service and basic kind interactions. The guy inside was nice, the guy outside was awful! His tone, the way he was talking to my mother and just his demeanor in general. It takes a lot to get me fired up but this guy..... I will never come back to this location. I will never recommend this location. And by the looks of reviews already management could give two sh***. Go somewhere else.

I reserved a trailer and they got me the wrong one.I went back to get the correct trailer and the charged me three times.I call this store in highlands Ranch asked them to correct the charges and they kept transfering me to customer service when I asked them not to transfer me because they cant fix my the problem.Customer service is terrible.

Amazingly rude and incompetent employees. Would not make eye contact, would not answer questions. When I was sent outside to get my trailers which was not there, I asked an employee what I should do. He flat out said he didn’t know and just walked away. Horrible service, go somewhere else.

I needed to move a large leather couch and measured it wrong and brough home the wrong size pull behind enclosed trailer. It took me 5 minutes to drive back and 5 minutes to switch with a larger trailer with no hassles. The total rental for two day weekend was less then 40 bucks. Drop off was a dream also, I came back from mountains at 9pm Sunday night, left it in their parking lot! Fast, Cheap, they bend over backwards to get you what you need. Ill be using them again.

Just moved and used Uhal. There were too many changes in our reservation. We reserved a truck about a month ahead and 3 days before the move we got a call that the truck would not be available. We ended up having to use a smaller truck (so we had to take two trips) but they did give us the extra miles for free.

Don’t rent a truck from this place. They messed up my contract twice. Once, they put the miles wrong on my contract, and when I returned the truck, they said that I used the truck for 400 miles. How the f##k can I drive 400 miles in 2 hours. Next they put wrong return date on my contract, and charged me $70 more for 2 extra days. They suck big time. The representatives at this center just try to rip people off.

Do not rent a truck from here. This store was absolutely awful with customer service and their vehicles. We rented a 26 footer truck that was supposed to have us move in a day, and surprise it broke down. Now I understand when bad luck strikes, but when the uhaul mechanic comes out and pours in oil that dumps right out, and says this truck should have never bee rented out then I know it was not bad luck it was horrible service. The mechanic had to also say, He is not surprised that a truck broke down from this location, he gets calls all the time of trucks malfunctioning. I will never go back to this Uhaul and it makes me not want to go to any other Uhaul. It took six hours just for them to come out and tow the truck to our destination. I could not even get ahold of this store in highlands ranch to tell them what happened! I urge many of you movers to go with a different location, this store needs to realize how awful they really are.

The service couldnt tell me if they had a trailer there unless I paid with a credit card first...then a supervisor would call back in an hour. When the girl realized I was not going to give a credit card to her while I was driving, she got pissy and hung up on me. No U haul for me...not ever, after that. The call was made at 1:45 pm on Sat 8/8/15. Nice system you have there Uhaul!

Pretty terrible experience with U-Hual as a whole. I received a truck at the location off Santa Dr location, but the day of I was told my reservation was changed to this location. The service was terribly slow and wasnt helpful at all.I do not recommend.

Complete morons. I specially ordered and had overnighted a hitch for my car, which was approximately half a grand. I ordered this product DAYS in advance, and they are now saying never received it. They also messed up my order for the trailer that was supposed to be attached to the hitch that did not arrive. Now I am having to pay extra to stay in my apartment while I am waiting on them so I can evacuate my apartment and move out of state. Completely incompetent and lazy, with no explanations of why they did not keep their word to have what I needed to have ready to pick up. Moving is stressful enough already.

Our realtor bought some boxes and dish packing materials for us from this store. We didnt need the dish pack items and were able to exchange them here for some regular packing paper and bubble wrap. I didnt even have a receipt but the staff was very HELPFUL and FRIENDLY! I was pleasantly surprised and couldnt have asked for better customer service.

Terrible to deal with. When you call them they barely speak its like pulling teeth getting any info from anyone. They do not volunteer any info.When i got there there was a line of two people ahead of me, that line took almost 30 min. Finally when it came time to rent my trailer that i had already set up online, i had to give all of my info that i had already gave for the rental. After that i was told to go outside and park my car near the trailers so they could hook it up for me. They gave me the crappiest trailer on the lot.I asked the guys who hook it up if i had the right on, previously ive always been given the heavy duty trailer and there was one right next to it. They simply asked for my paperwork, looked at and said Nope, this is yours. and pointed to the decrepit looking trailer. After that it was stone faced silence to any question or statement that i made.I had a problem with the trailer hitch wiring so some adjustments needed to be made. The guys sat there and silently watched for a few minutes, then they silently went under a tree for shade, then they silently disappeared. Which was frustrating since they supposedly needed to be around to verify that the trailer was hooked up correctly. I can understand wanting to get out of the heat, but how about you tell someone.We hooked up the trailer and did our thing. And I dropped it off without incident. Until the next day....They next day i wake up to a bill twice what i was quoted! I had to call multiple times, after getting transferred to dead air, getting disconnected, and just plain incompetence. Why the manager onsite where the billing is done cannot handle billing issues is beyond me. So after spending an hour getting abused by Uhaul employees I did manage to get someone to correct the issue. But daaamn! I shouldnt have had to do any of that! If they werent the only trailer rental game i know of i wouldnt use them. And i used to work for them when i was a kid! TBH the company hasnt changed much... :(

Do not go to this U-Haul. They are thieves. We left something in the truck, my husband called right away to see if they found it. we werent able to turn around and get the item we lost, because we were late for an appointment. He called them three times with no return calls back. When he went in the next day to see if they had the item we left in the truck, they said they never found it. They are liars and thieves.

Called and made appt for a hitch installation. Was told that they had ONE hitch assy left, gave them my credit card info. The morning of the appt., they call and tell me that FedEx didnt get the hitch assy there.I made an appt under the impression that the hitch they had in stock would be installed. Now, am under the gun to find an alternative that fits my timeline. Going to this place now, is NOT one of those alternatives. Ill pay more to avoid giving them my business going forward.Unprofessional behavior. Unprofessional processes. Never again.

Staff was abrupt and lacked basic customer service pleasantries and manners. When I left something in a truck I called the manager and he told me he wasnt on the property.
