DO NOT RENT HERE! Made a reservation online, got multiple confirmation emails and texts about my rental. When I showed up to move in, they had no record of my rental nor did they have the size unit I needed. All they said was sorry. Complete waste of time.

The management needs help. Any time my insurance expires I have to physically bring it in at least twice before they can find it and not charge me. I went today and no notice they were going to be closed all day and everything was locked up. The elevator has been out several times in the last year. What good is a storage unit if you cang get into it? Glad I didnt have a moving truck coming today.

I rent 2 units here for about 2 years. I moved out and informed Will in the afternoon of April 20th, 2021, 6 days ahead of the bill day(Apr 26th). There was another charge on my credit card for the rent of the unit. I dropped by the office and ask Will. He told me that I need to contact with the customer service. I Contacted with them three times every three days. They told me the customer service or the store manager would contact with me within 3 days but nothing happened. It looks like that they wont refund me.

This was a great storage facility. Easy to get setup, convenient auto-pay, clean units in a climate controlled space. We used a couple of units while we were in between houses and it worked out perfectly.

Will at SecurCare was so helpful and understanding. He was professional and answered all my questions. He made the storage experience easy. This property is very clean! They have easy access and a elevator.

Jeremy is fantastic! Would not be storing my valuables without him there. Super clean storage that I have access to at all times, which is very convenient for me to load all my gear into after gigs. I know my gear is safe with Jeremy at the Highlands Ranch location and he is professional and super cool to talk to. Thanks Jeremy! This past year having you keep my gear safe has been amazing.

I just edited my original review, I had had an issue with billing, but they pulled through and got it taken care of. Other than the one billing issue I had (the automated system charged me after I had left). It was a good experience here, and I have stored with them several times, they are close and convenient. Pretty clean overall and even supply moving stuff. I would store with them again.

If youre looking for a storage place then just go here. Set up was easy, the place is clean and secure, access times are convenient, theres even equipment on-hand to help you unload/load at the front door. As far as customer service goes, MJ is fantastic. You really cant go wrong here.

Worked with Emily for a long time. Loved her! She was obviously great because she was promoted. Have known Jeremy for only a short time, but was very helpful while my movers were there.

Poor management.The facility is not kept up. Elevator does not consistently work.

Very personable and professional to provide the best customer service that if you go to your storage area - you literally feel as if you are home as they are both welcoming and a joy to be around. Companies often lack the personnel that are clearly people persons as well as great managers of a facility that houses the most important items that you have. I cannot thank them both enough for all their assistance during my move as well as the professionalism that is topic notch. This place is clean, well lit, and very secure. Jeremy was great in getting me the best unit at a great price. I feel confident that my stuff is safe and that he will take care of me as a customer.

I looked at 3 different storage areas in the Highlands Ranch area and hands down SecurCare Storage was the best. In fact I cancelled a return appointment with another facility after touring SecurCare!This is a brand new facility that is spotless, well located, very secure and professionally managed. Their management is resident on site and therefore there 24/7, which is also very important. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and they had some nice move-on deals.

Clean facility and easy to access when we needed to. Well be back here if need storage in the future.

SecurCare self storage in Highlands Ranch was a pleasure to do business with. They had the type of unit I was looking for at a price that was in line with other palces. The fact that they offer outside access units is a rare find in this area. Clean units, friendly and helpful staff made this a great choice!

Andrew was extremely nice and helpful with the process. Paperwork was quick and simple and he showed me the facility and where my unit was. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Theyre priced higher than some other places around Highlands Ranch and many of their large outdoor units dont even have a real wall on the side. They have a flimsy piece of metal door material screwed on which allows a lot of dirt to blow inside your unit. They offered to fix the problem but never did because their maintenance guy is very busy.In the end they offered me a discount of $8.50/Month. No thanks.Currently looking to move to a climate controlled storage unit at another place thats the same price as Securecares non climate controlled.

First let me say the manager, Emily, at the Highlands Ranch location is both highly professional and very pleasant/nice at the same time... a GREAT combination! The facility is well maintained and convenient to anyone in Highlands Ranch. The interior units are climate controlled and the lighting is excellent. I highlly recommend SecureCare in Highlands Ranch.

While searching for a storage unit, I drove to 855 sgt jon stiles (Secure storage) and I had the absolute best experience!! The manager at the storage facility was the most helpful person that I’ve encountered in a long time!!
