Hands down best customer service you can find. You looking to do anything Verizon?? Go here! We walked in to get a new phone for our friend, but ended up making two new friends instead. The manager Darsh helped us get the phone we wanted and was very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend, and will be back if I need anything from Verizon. Now stop reading this review and get yourself over to this location ASAP!!
Savannah was absolutely amazing in helping me get a new phone, new plan and help our family save money. She spent hours with me going over everything in detail and was so kind and supportive, she went above and beyond! A shout out to her associate Cody as well for stepping in and helping when she was not there as well. Great customer service!!
Typical bait and switch. We went to check on upgrading our phones and were told by Josh after spending some time going over what our trade in values were and it seemed to be a good proposal. Fast forward a few days and returned and our phones had been sold. We dealt with Savannah after that and she ordered the phones that were sold and promised everything would not change. However, when we returned the promotions had And I quote! (ENDED, But she promised that the credits would show up before the next billing cycle.) Here we are a month later and still have a full balance due on the phones we purchased with NO credit to the account, meanwhile Verizon is still showing adds for the trade in credit. I thought going to an independent store would have better results but definitely got rick rolled. We should have kept our working phones and not gotten sold into a new contract.
Take the advise the manager of this location gave me, Go somewhere else. In a word, incompetent.

Darsh is an awesome representative for Verizon! I had an issue with my bill that was related to a trade-in. Even though the trade-in grace period had expired, Darsh went the extra mile to get the issue resolved with Verizon billing.He would be a major reason that I would continue to be a Verizon customer. He is very knowledgeable about the service and products, patient in dealing with customers and has a great personality. Snappy dresser too!
One of the employees there literally sat there and told me lies. I have a line with three other people on it and he try to encourage me to get my own independent line stating are bill was so over due the service would be turned off soon. Not only was this a lie when I called Verizon later but also embarrassing. He then told me at the time the iPhone 11 would be sold out and could not order the specific color I wanted. Two weeks later after ordering it online it came in the male. Go figure. Not a good experience at this location.
This review is specifically for Jorge at this site. I was dealing with an issue that our rebate was not applied to my account from the purchase of my new phone. Jorge sat with my wife and I for an hour and a half dealing with corporate verizon with us to ensure the proper rebate was applied.

I went there to get help to recover a message thread I had erased by mistake. The young man who helped me reviewed the phone and mentioned phone had been backed up an hour before I got there and the texts a couple of days before so they would be recovered. He suggested to do a reboot. Not being familiar with what this meant I asked again if phone would be as it was with all the information in it and asked if it was backed up in its entirety as I had important legal documents in it plus videos and pictures from the last 3 years. He checked again and mentioned everything would be recovered including the apps and what it was in them. He reset the phone and I came home. When I called him I mentioned that there was a little 25g backed up, and I remembered having much more in it. He again asserted I would get my info back once everything had been recovered.Here I am a week later with a phone that its just like I purchased it yesterday. I LOST absolutely everything, nothing had been backed up, not to the verizon cloud, google, nothing. Had I known I was going to losing important information plus all my videos/pictures/documents from the last 3 years I wouldve never handed my phone to them.Dont trust that they know everything they say they know. I wished he had run the phone through another back up system to double all the phone had been backed up. I wouldve even paid for a new phone right there if I knew I would lose all my legal/personal information and I would still have my old phone today.Im just floored, still not recovering over this loss.

This Verizon store has THE most knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had a few little quirks after my phone purchase and required extra help. Both Jorge and Brandan went above and beyond what I needed to educate me and fix everything to my full satisfaction. You cannot go wrong working with Adam, Jorge or Brandan. I cant say this from past experiences at other stores, but having made several purchases at this Verizon in the last year, I wont go anywhere but here. A+ customer service

WARNING! DO NOT BUY from here! They claim to be a Verizon store but ARE NOT! If you have any issues with a product Verizon sells you, they claim to have no affiliation with Verizon. Im thinking Im probably going to switch to Xfinity wifi after this bs corporate separation from people who are actually buying Verizon and spend a few grand doing so. I will definitely never recommend Verizon to anyone ever again in my life

I stopped in this evening to upgrade my phone as my current phone is damaged The only store representative on the floor was busy with another customer and told me someone would be with me shortly. We waited 10 minutes while the representative bantered with the other customer about everything other than anything relative to buying a phone. I had someone watching my toddler at home and didnt have a lot of time and so I approached the representative to ask if there was anyone else that could help. He ignored me at first and when I finally got his attention to ask, he curtly told me that there were other representatives in the store just not on the floor. When I asked if he know if he knew when theyd be available to help, he rudely told me he had no clue as to an ETA. Its been along time since Ive experienced customer service this bad. I walked out and will never go back.
Called to inquire about upgrading an Apple Watch. Representative insisted I come to the store so we can discuss options. Went to the store and met with the representative but was less than impressed. He wanted to upsell me on all my products and bragged about all the wonderful deals that he could get me... except he had no inventory for what I wanted. :( he was willing to order me the product. Frankly, if I wanted to order my merchandise, I would have done so myself. When I voiced my disappointment, I was gaslighted and made to feel like I was being unreasonable that I wasn’t willing to drop $300 today for a product I could get for 3 or 4 days, and I surely wouldn’t get “his good deal” if I ordered online. He continued to tell me how “busy” they were and created the great “urgency” sales tactic, yet he had no merchandise. Very disappointed in Verizon and this store.

We came into Verizon on 01/10/2021 to receive some help as we thought we’d lost all of our emails. The Verizon employee, Brandon calmly listened to our situation and took a look at our phone and within minutes had taken care of and resolved our issue. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. The customer service at this location is great. I had the pleasure of working with Victor and Yabets. They helped me quickly and went above and beyond to provide me with the information that was helpful.I have had one negative experience in the past here with another gentleman who refused to wear his mask properly, but Victor and Yabets more than made up for the bad experience. I will definitely go back to them if I need help again.

The atmosphere at this Verizon store was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Darsh was very knowledgable, friendly, and quick to set up my new phone. Not only did I get the new IPhone 12 Pro Max at the same price i was paying for my old phone every month, he made the entire experience flawless. I don’t ever write bad reviews, but I’m a bit peeved with our experience.Not pleased with our experience buying phones from Chance. He blatantly lied to us to get us to buy 60 dollar chargers, saying that the new iPhone 12s don’t take the old iPhone charger. Right when I got in my car, my old iPhone charger worked. 🙃🙃For my boyfriend, he said that he would be able to turn in his iPhone 7 to get the 12 mini and use the 100 dollars that he got from his 7 to buy a new case (I did the same a few years ago when I got a new phone) and then towards the end said that we had to buy a case with our own money, and that the 100 dollars would go to his bill in a few months?? Not what we agreed to but ok.THEN, he highly recommended the new liquid screen protector (50 freaking dollars btw) instead of us getting the normal screen protector for our iPhone 12s. Well, not two days later a tiny scratch appeared on my phone from my keys being in my pocket with my phone. Barley touched at all. And now I have a permanent scratch on my BRAND NEW iPhone. Love that.Last but not least, I have been going through the freaking ringer trying to get the shipping label that Chance said he sent to an email so I can return my old iPhone to Verizon before they charge me. We never got the email. Have checked multiple times. So now I have to talk to multiple people to figure out my order number and get the shipping label elsewhere because he won’t answer my texts asking for it, even though he said that we can text him if we need any help.We feel a little bit scammed and ripped off. Which is incredibly disappointing given all his good reviews on here.

The people at this location are incompetent. I wanted to transfer from my ex-husband’s account to a personal account. They could not figure out how to do this. I’ll likely be leaving Verizon soon.

I had to exchange 4 iPhones12s, mini, 12,12 pro and 12promax because of dropped calls. It was unbelievably frustrating!!! Darsh took incredible care of me through this entire process! His customer service and genuine concern about my situation was truly helpful!!!! He even gave me his cell phone number during exchanges if I needed help.I want to applaud Darsh and let the higher ups that he is an outstanding associate!!!!!! Brandon did a wonderful job working out our issue with receiving texts getting us to level two support directly which would have taken hours by ourselves. AT&T didnt even want to talk to us, so we switched and are much happier now.

Highlands Ranch Cellular sales is the Cats Meow. I needed a new phone and was fully expecting to wait forever to get this done. Apparently the lines these days are for toilet paper not operational phones. Anyways, I was greeted by Jason Drury, who was like an extremely knowledgeable sales associate mixed with Mr. Rogers and Willie from Duck dynasty. Mainly because he wore a fantastic sweater and had a nice beard. But seriously, he went above and beyond to get me into a new phone. The transaction was painless the customer service was fun and I would highly recommend anyone to this store. I now have a functional phone so I can surf social media to see how I’m supposed to react to the pandemic....next stop Costco to buy more toilet paper.

After showing up to a prior store that couldnt provide and googling another near-by location I drove over here not expecting much. Ive dealt with typical cell phone vendor stores before, I figured it would be no different here. However, Yabets sat down with me immediately and helped me walk through some customer service issues regarding a trade in I tried to make online that fell through at another store location. After all was said and done we were back on track to get a trade-in at this store location. Yabets was cordial and explained every aspect of contracts and was able to clarify any questions. He was able to assist me and my girlfriend upgrade both our phones through a specialVerizon was offering. The best part after everything was said and done he said hed be around for any follow up concerns we may have down the line. Very informative, friendly, and wholehearted. This place is the bees knees and isnt your typical cell phone vendor. 10/10 would recommend
Dishonest staff at this location. Went in to change my data plan and upgrade my phone on 2/13/20. Was able to change my data plan but due to my Verizon bill being linked with Centurylink bill, I was told that I would have to wait until after 2/16/20 to upgrade my phone. No problem. I was told by Jason and two other representatives there I would get a $300 trade-in credit on my old iPhone when I upgraded to a newer iPhone and that this promotion was valid until 3/1/20. I went back to this store on 2/18/20 to upgrade my phone and was now told that the promotion ended on 2/17/20. All three staff members were there and remembered that they told me the promo was good until 3/1/20, but Verizon had now changed the promo dates. When I expressed my frustration, their only response was that there was nothing they could do. Total disregard by Jason and the two others for what they had told me and doing right for the customer. There is something that you can do . . . learn how to do your jobs and honor what you tell your customers. Went to the Apple Store later that same afternoon and they took care of my needs with 5-star customer service. Consider where you do business when it comes to your phone service.

I went in there a couple weeks ago because I was having trouble with my bill. I was waiting for maybe 2 hours on the phone so I decided to come in. Yabets ejigu helped me within 15 minutes and solved my problem. He is very professional!
Apparently only capable of lying and messing up phone bills.Previous reviews showed they charged well above retail price for phones, and charged additional setup fees.On 7/3 we went in to purchase new phones. The sales associate was told repeatedly, under no circumstances were they to change our plans. After choosing our phones, we went over the finance details (since they wont just let you buy phones outright anymore), and were given a price of $21.25 per new phone. This morning I woke up to a bill THREE TIMES THAT AMOUNT.These guys are nothing more than liars. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store.

If it was possible to give this store zero stars I would. I was absolutely appalled by my entire experience. First off, we are in the midst of a pandemic and only one worker in the entire store wore a mask. I voiced my concern to a manager who laughed in my face. My phone was not functioning properly. I explained all of this to the employee (who also refused to wear a mask). I told him the steps Verizon online support had done and how it hadn’t worked. He began to do the exact same thing they had already tried. When I explained to him that these steps (resetting the phone, turning it on and off) had already been tried and failed he replied that “it hadn’t been tried by him”. Mansplaining would be a kind way to describe his behavior. While attempting to fix my phone he took multiple calls to try to assist others. He was unable to fix my phone and sent me to a different Verizon store (where they were incredibly helpful and had everything solved in less than 15 min). When I voiced my concerns to the manager his response was “We aren’t really a Verizon store. We just sell Verizon products. I know that’s f-cked up”. I certainly would expect a manager to not use profanity with his customers. Bottom line- you couldn’t pay me to ever enter this store again.

My boyfriend and I came into this store to pick up our new devices we ordered online and was told by Brandon that it would be an easy transfer from one phone to another. Unfortunately there was a lot of issues transferring over all my data so we came back into the store and Yabets Ejigu was absolutely amazing. He took his time to actually listen to what our issues were and spent a good hour to almost two hours with us until we figured the issue out. He was so friendly, great personality and definitely knew his apple products. Christian helped me out a couple months ago while I was switching from sprint to Verizon. He was super helpful and informative and made sure I was definitely leaving with the best deal and best phone I could get on the market. Knew about all the details and features on phones and how the public has been responding to them which helped me out to know I was making the right choice for myself and my lifestyle. I ended up with an iPhone 8 Plus which is simple and classic for me! Any questions I have about the phone or software of it he is always happy to help and eager to get things done right the first time. Definitely recommend this store and this employees customer service!

The salesmen wanted to pressure me into a phone I didnt want and wouldnt stop trying to get me to buy it. When I left I tried ordering the phone over the phone. It took about a month and 4 tries to order it and when it showed up it was not the right phone. If you are considering to switch to Verizon for the love of god dont do it.
I got my phone upgraded yesterday, I wanted the iPhone 11 Pro but they didn’t have the 64 gb. Brandan was more than happy to make a call to the sister store and the guy there dropped it off to this store. Brandan was so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. From Androids to Iphones to cases to car mounts. He was so nice and easy to talk to, he stayed late for us last night and he even came in on his day off to activate my phone for me. We had every single question answered, and he made sure we got what we wanted. I felt like I was talking to someone who actually cared about what I wanted and didn’t just want to make a sale. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely coming back again for accessories.
