Poor experience. I needed to get my iPad screen repaired. They told me it was going to be 5-7 days. It took them 7 weeks to get it back. When receiving it back, there were fingerprints underneath the screen they just replaced. I had to take it back to get cleaned. The communication between each employee is poor. No one knows what is going on. It’s extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

My phone inadvertently went into the water and we brought the phone to Jeremiah and Brandon and received thorough, informative, kind service. They were able to fix my phone and then werent even going to charge me for the fix, but we refused to allow them to do that. Both spent time with us and then time fixing the phone. Please support this great business and conscientious thoughtful workers! Thanks so much for your help! If we need help again we will go to you guys for sure!!

I came in last month with an iPad that the Apple Store couldnt help with. A rep, Sean, helped me out. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem (issue with stuck debris in the charging port) in less than 5 minutes and I was grateful. He was patient and very courteous while I waited. I am hoping I dont have electonic issues going forward, but I wont hesitate to go to them again if needed. Thanks.

After getting my replacement from warranty, I was super bummed that none of my data was transferred because the screen was badly damaged and I wasnt able to get into it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I gave them my computer for a diagnostic test. They said that the test should be done in a couple of days. This was not the case, they finally contacted me 4 days later telling me that the there was an issue with where my power cord plugs into my computer. I told them to go ahead with the repair and they said it would be done in 2 days. This was also not the case, I call them in 2 days later and they said that it would now be done in another three days. I call them AGAIN in 3 days and they said that it would be done in another 2 days. After that, I call them again and they said it would be done the next day. I told them that if the repair wasn’t completed by the next day I would just be picking up my computer. Finally, Saturday rolls around and they finally have a verdict. THE PROBLEM WAS THE MOTHERBOARD. This wasn’t even the worst part. When I took my pc home I contacted another repair shop. They told me that no wires of any kind were plugged back in. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!

So Im kinda old and not great with computers (not a complete novice, but not great) I took my laptop here because i thought i was having software problems. The tech could have told me anything and charged me a couple of hundred bucks...instead, he showed me that it was running fine, the problem was my connectivity, gave me some ideas on how to fix it...which worked...and didnt charge me at all. The tech was very nice and very courteous. This is my new computer/phone repair place!

I had a problem that I tried solving via Google and it didnt work so I thought this was going to take a few hours to fix it. The technician was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes! It was a pleasant and fun experience. This will definitely be my go to place for future problems.

Please stay away from this place. The guys are all super nice but they have no idea what is going on and the incompetence is real. They’ve had my iPad for over three weeks and I’ve stopped in twice to reclaim it and they have no idea where it is. They initially told me it would be a few days to fix the iPad and that was almost a month ago. They told me a manager would be reaching out and that was now several days ago. I am not even sure what to do. Clearly they have lost the iPad and no one wants to admit it.

Took a Dell laptop to have the screen replaced. They had it for 6 weeks and when I got it back, the bezel was broken and screws stripped out. Had to take it to another shop to repair what they broke. Would not trust them for significant repairs.

I would not recommend using this place. They had my 2 laptops from May til July and only one is fixed, both power cords were lost and the hard drive for one of them was lost.

My iPhone X was having difficulty charging, and the tech person just looked inside the church porch, hand took it back to clean it out. It charges very well now.And he did it for no charge! Excellent work, excellent techie guy, I would have no trouble bringing other work to them.

I had a horrible experience with this location. Dropped my laptop off 6/14 I was told repairs would be completed 1 week later. I retrieved my laptop 7/19 unrepaired and no answers of why not repaired. In 1 month of having my laptop I received 2 status calls. I had to call for status. The store closed and I as a customer was not notified. I also was told my laptop would be repaired. After 2 weeks of silence I called and no update. Once I complained about the lack of communication, my laptop was suddenly available for pick up unrepaired and no explanation of why. So they basically baby sat my laptop for a month.This is the text I received from them regarding repairs of my laptop, after I called multiple times: “I cant get any answers from them about whats going on. To be honest I would maybe a get another opinion from another shop, because at this point I don’t know what that team is doing”Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service. Poor communication regarding repairs or lack of repairs.I would not recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience...brought in my phone that wouldn’t turn on. It turns out that it was my Face ID. It costed me 325 dollars which was quiet expensive. After I left my Face ID wouldn’t work at all. My screen quality is also poor...also they asked me to sign up for a membership that would last a whole year for 25 dollars, but guess what? IT RENEWED last night!!!!! I took in my phone last month. NEVER RETURNING EVER AGAIN!

My wife and I are beyond frustrated and appalled by the service and faulty product we receive from You Break We Fix. My wife brought her IPhone in a few days before Christmas to get her cracked screen fixed. First the repair staff did not complete the item in the time she was told it would be done...frustrating but it happens. However, less than 48 hours after the replacement of the screen the new screen cracks on its own. My wife didn’t drop it or leave it in the freezer. Initially, she thought her phone case had come off. However, it was the glass that had popped out. Because of this, it her screen has sections that are blacked out, my making it difficult to use. When she brought it back, she was told that she would have to pay to get the screen fixed again. They said that even though it seemed that he screen was not put in correctly, because it broke they would not apply the guarantee to the phone. If you have an issue with your phone, we highly recommend that you pay the extra $10 and go to an Apple store.

HORRIBLE. This is the second time they messed up our devices MORE than when we came in. They had no excuse as to why they didn’t fix it and made a crack in my computer where there wasn’t one. They kept it there for WEEKS without doing a single thing on the computer. They basically told us “sucks” when we complained and told us to leave the computer for longer. Never go there.

These guys were wonderful! I cracked the screen of my new phone and called them up to make sure theyd be able to fix it. I was able to drop it off the same day that I called and also pick it back up 2 hours later good as new.

I brought my phone in because the battery wasnt charging correctly. I was told when I dropped it off that it would be 2-4 hours if the battery had to be replaced, or perhaps the next day if they had to order parts. I never heard anything from them, so I called 2 days later and was told they were still waiting on parts. 3 days later, with still no phone call from them, I called back and was told the parts would be in the next day. The next day, I called around 6:30pm and they said my phone was ready and I could come pick it up. The phone seems to be working properly, and they gave me a (5 year old) loaner phone, or else this rating would be lower. I just would have liked more communication from a company when they dont fulfill promises of service time.

Was passing by on my way to lunch next door and the glass covering my camera on my Note 8 needed to be replaced. Walked in asked a few questions said they could fix the issue for only $60. As for the time turn around they said it would only take 2 hours.Fast and very reasonable on price!

Replaced my Dell laptop battery (warranty expired). It was swelling and pushing out the touch pad to the point it was unresponsive. uBreakiFix gave me an accurate estimate on how long it would take to get the parts and fix it. My phone charging port wasnt working properly. I couldnt plug my phone in to charge. Verizon online wanted me to get a replacement phone and my insurance would have been $199. I took it into the Verizon store in hopes it wasnt that serious. The guy looked at it and said he recommend me take my phone to uBreakiFix bc it didnt look too serious. He even called for me to make sure they were open. I took it. The gentleman at the desk looked at. Walked to the backroom and used an air compressor to blow out lint and dirt that had clogged the port up over time. Boom. Like new. No charge.Super happy with these guys. Will definitely recommend. I got my phone fixed here in probably 30 minutes and it worked fine except the glass broke in just a few days and my LED was acting a little weird like flashing 20 FPS or something when I got it. I don’t even do physical activity like that to break my phone and haven’t broken a phone before except once on a galaxy note 6 probably six years ago. I took it to the other location in Colorado Springs and again it broke in a few days. I just don’t have time for this like I’d rather pay more for better quality. It speaks loudly too when your given the option for an upgraded screen???? When asked for any discount or help because I don’t want to be $240+ $120 more out of pocket for a third screen, I was told maybe they could apply a veterans discount for my next screen. lol thanks. Nice people. Bad product in my experience. Twice.

The way Luke at the Highlands Ranch store treated me today made me feel like a customer at Macy’s in the classic film Miracle on 34th St. With no waiting, Like took me back to assess my PC and instantly diagnosed the problem. Dropped my Samsung facedown and shattered the screen. My company would only issue a iPhone replacement unless I could get it repaired. Dropped it off at UBREAKIFIX and 90 minutes later my phone was refurbished (screen, lcd, battery, speaker). Compared to the price of a renewed phone or a new one, the price was well worth it. Glad to have a local repair shop so close. Great job and thanks a million!

Took my iPad into uBreakiFix. Needed a new battery. Charged me a fair price and did the work in a short amount of time. By the way, the iPad battery replacement is a “drill”. Twenty five steps to replace said battery. These pros do great work. Highly recommend!

If you’re coming here for computer problems turn away they are not honest. Probably fine for fixing a phone screen. I came in here to check and see if our battery or the charger was broken in our Mac computer. The worker took it back and plugged it in to check and see if it was indeed the charger or the battery. Now previous to this at my house the charger wouldn’t even turn the computer on so when he came back with a turned on computer and slightly charged but then told me it wasn’t the charger and it wasn’t the battery I was suspicious. He claimed that there was no lightning bolt indicating charge and that the light didn’t come on. I don’t know maybe his charger is bad too but it felt dishonest. He said he needed it for two days to run a diagnostic test. That may be how they work but Apple runs a diagnostic test in about 20 minutes. I had things to do on my computer so I took it to Apple asked them if I can use the charger and the lightning bolt came right on and the light came on indicating and indeed it was the charger. We bought a charger at Apple and not a computer works just fine. And keeps a charge. I’m absolutely certain they were trying to swindle us and take our money and take advantage of the fact that I needed it.
