I am very happy with my experience. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro and switched from T-Mobile. The transaction took not even a half hour. The rep showed me how to transfer my data and I did it at home. (This takes the longest but was very easy. Save yourself some time and do it at home). Everything went smooth, I got all my info on my new phone and will return to the store in a day or two to trade in my device for $1000 off my iPhone 13 Pro. The service has been impeccable so far. I am very satisfied.

I am taking the time to write a great review for this store. I came in at a very busy time and Cari took the time to answer all my questions. She helped me find the right phone for my son. She explained all the features of the plan. She took the time to get us the right accessories even though she was near the end of her shift. She was patient and knowledgeable! I’m lucky I live close to the store but if I didn’t I’d drive out of the way to this location. She was awesome! You’ll be smiling if you get her assistance. Thank you so much Cari!

Cari is the best at what she does. I met her at an event at my fire station. She was extremely knowledgeable, friends and more importantly she valued my service. I’m extremely thankful she came out because she has saved my family more money than I could imagine by getting us on first net switching from verizon. Cari was also very responsive through text. I didn’t sign up right away because I was on duty. She answered my questions, made me an appointment at the store and I was in and out. Thank you Cari.

My husband and I are here in Highlands ranch hospital where hes been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer no cure. I dropped my phone in toilet and went to this store at 1104 cpl Donahue in Highlands ranch. A nice young man named Tyler was so kind and helpful. He told me to call asurian and to have phone delivered to his store. Although this isnt usually the process, because its supposed to be mailed to home address which mine is on Oklahoma ..he reached out personally to asurian and is having phone delivered today to his store right by hospital. I. Cant say enough good about Tyler. Also last night I also dealt with a new guy from the store Red hair and beard he even let me I use his personal phone to contact asurian to see where my phone was because it was supposed to already be delivered. Tyler had just gone off shift. But thank God for him and store manager for taking time from their just day and helping me out. Ty so much Tyler.

I went into the store to get a new device for myself. There was a trade in promotion on that but the rep also found a new plan where I was able to get a line for my daughter. We had ordered an Apple iPad over the phone from AT&T (when the frustration at getting into the Apple store became too much) and went to the AT&T store to upgrade it. Austin skillfully helped us decide on what to get and we ordered it there and got it via FedEx in 2 days! I went in later to get help setting it up and learning how to use it with Tristan...again a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store and staff!

This is the best AT&T store in Colorado. They are extremely knowledgeable. I went into the store with service issues on my phone. It turns out I had a 5G phone but did not have a 5G SIM card. I received the phone in the mail and activated it online. The store quickly found out what the issue was and fixed my service issues. They then helped me kick Comcast to the curb with AT&T tv. I was overpaying $100 a month.

Horrible follow through!!!I called the store manager Austin three different times because of charges that they offered to take care of.Spoke with him once and he was “working” on it. Never heard back. So a week later I called AT&T customer service and they were awesome! AT&T is great to work with, just not this location!

We do all our business with this store and have had good people. BUT recently att has chosen to use masks as a way to virtue signal over taking care of ALL of their customers. This store choose to deny us service over wearing a mask that is not required. This should be a red flag to anyone picking a store to do business with. At this point this is nothing more then an act and a disappointment. I will no longer be a customer.

This is the worst store. Went in months ago to buy a new phone and ended up being told that I could upgrade my service for basically the same price I was paying and also trade in my old phone to get a discount. Very long story short, after hours on the phone this is not true and I was lied to by the sales associates and manager. Recommend going somewhere else at all costs.

We recently switched our family over to AT&T and got all new phones and it was the best and easiest experience weve ever had. In the past this has always been something that I have dreaded, but from the start AJ made it so easy and comfortable.This took us a while to decide because there are four of us on the plan, with different phones of different values, but AJ answered all of my questions ahead of time so we could make a decision. He returned my numerous phone calls and worked hard to come up with the best, most economical solution for our family.When we finally decided to move forward we all went into the store and everything was exactly as AJ promised. With four of us present he continued to answer the multitude of questions we had and came up with more solutions for our needs. He slowly and methodically went through the process and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer experiences Ive had.When it came time to transfer our old phones to the new ones he allowed us to stay in the store and helped us all the way through the process. The next day my wife had a question and AJ quickly returned her phone call with the answer. I know if we have any other needs AJ will be there for us.If your are in the market for cellular service or new phones I highly recommend going to this store and seeing AJ.

I went to the store to do 2 upgrades because I heard AT&T has a great promotion for existing and new customers. They were able to find me a new plan where I could add a line, get a better discount for having 5 lines and I saved money! I’m going to use this additional line on my iPhone 12 as the secondary number for work. I recommend everyone go in and re-evaluate your plan.

I went into the AT&T locations in Highland Ranch and was impressed by their excellent service! I was immediately greeted at the door and was happy that they were wearing masks/PPE to keep me safe as well as themselves.I have been with Verizon for many years and went in to see what promotions were going on. I am considering changing over to AT&T because I had such a professional and warm interaction, and the service was impeccable! It took Austin and Cari and the AT&T Loyalty Dept. to fix our many problems after my husband and I made the mistake of purchasing new phones through Target/and so called people saying they worked for AT&T. We were close to the time to upgrade our iPhones when we were approached by individuals with AT&T red shirts on. We were already with AT&T, so we thought, great, lets get it done. What a disaster-they totally messed up our current phone plan, told us we wouldnt owe anything for the upgrade (which was a lie), told us they would cut our phone bill in half while leaving all the options we currently had and ill advised us in every way. They also confused two different promotions, leaving us financially liable for the cost of the phones even though we turned all of our phones into the AT&T stores. So...when the first bill came we were surprised when we discovered a very messed up phone plan. We went to the AT&T store and ended up making a couple of appointments with Austin to try and straighten things out. Austin was so helpful, caring, patient and knowledgable. He got our plan back to the place it was before and we felt very cared for. A couple of months later we got another bill saying that we owed for the new phones ($1800) because we didnt turn in our old phones. I was on the phone for several hours over a 3 day period with different AT&T representatives. They all said they would help, but nothing really happened. We went back to our AT&T store and Cari spent and hour and a half with us on the phone through 3 different AT&T reps and finally got everything resolved. Cari was passionate about supporting us and getting us taken care of. My husband and I felt her concern and care for us as AT&T customers. I know she emailed a letter on our behalf and fought for us. She is a big part of the reason that we got the bill resolved.Thank you to Austin and Cari for your amazing customer service and care!

Let me tell YOU, I went to this store to do a trade in, and mind you, I never go to this store, but they’re the only store in proximity that had the 11 pro I needed. I assumed that I would be able to back my phone up because that’s what phone stores are for, right? Wrong. They closed in 20 minutes, so they said I’d have to lose the information or not have a phone. I REALLY sat there and left without backing my phone up. I thought I’d never come back, but they charged me for a COMPLETELY different phone and said they “didn’t know which bill cycle would fix it.” But, when I “don’t know if I wanna pay my bill” it’s an issue. I was overcharged and now I have to wait for my money back. Please don’t work with anyone in this store, my cheating ex boyfriend cared more about me than this store. They want you out as soon as possible without helping you. I’d rather get run over by a freight train going 80 than deal with these people again. ESPECIALLY Grayden

I would like to take a few minutes & tell you about my customer service agent Joshua. He greeted me right away. I told him that I wanted to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 12mini. He said it was a great choice. He explained everything I needed know about the iPhone. Then we went on & talked about the AT&T TV service. I went to this store to get another line. I tried to explain my needs. CERI was Not listening and told me 4 times she had to leave. I assume it was for lunch but why did she offer to help me with my needs??She also had a nice young man Tristian shadowing and trying to learn from her. She didn’t even take the time to explain things to Tristian.Needless to say Ceri messed everything up and I had to go to to another ATT store to get the mess cleaned up. Causing extra time and frustration to get things done properly, because she was so eager to get out on time.CERI was rude and her needs took precedence over my needs or the young man trying to learn from her.I talked to a manager and told him of my frustration but didn’t feel confident he would take care of the matter.Ceri is NOT at all an asset to Att or the Highlands Ranch store

I recently went back to AT&T and made the mistake of signing up at Target through an AT&T vendor. Do not ever do that! Went to the corporate store in Highlands Ranch and the manager Austin and Cari spent over 4 hours fixing all the problems with my account. They were patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. End result, all problems fixed, and there were many. Austin and his team have earned my business, highly recommend him and his team.

I went into the store after speaking with customer care about switching over from T-Mobile. I didn’t want to wait for the phones to be shipped and I called the store and they had them in stock. I worked with AJ and I can say it’s the best experience I ever had! He asked me where I worked and got me a discount. I signed up for autopay and saved $70 a month (OMG). This allowed me to afford insurance for all of my phones. After trade in I only payed $5 a month for iPhone 12’s. He then asked me about my TV service, I’m paying like $120 for just the TV part of my bill with xfinity. I plan on returning to switch to AT&T tv for about half that cost and there’s $150 gift card that he offered me. Never before have I been so taken care of. I plan to always shop at this store going forward.

Horrible manager, I am a first time at&t customer. Made an honest mistake and got the wrong phone. Spoke to the manager he straight up denied my request and all he wanted was to charge more money.... This guy prefers his money more than his customers. Horrible place do not shop here!!!! Stay Away!!!!Go shop at a different location. Better to stay away from this place.Update!!! Employee Edwardo O damaged my id documents, refused to apologize, refused to explain the contract fine prints and costs, walked away from customer in the middle of a discussion, refused to answer questions about product already signed for, argues repeatedly with customer, refused to identify himself or his supervisors when told that a complaint would be lodged to his Area Manager. First visit, the guy said that AT&T got rid of the AT&T Next Up installment plan(Upgrade when half of the phone is paid). So he gave me the 30 month locked basic plan. Second visit, the same guy said that he couldnt find it last time, and they have a glitch in their system. Im sorry, those two stories dont have any logical correlation, except that they lie through their teeth. And when I brought up that our Business/Enterprise account gets waived installment fees and activation fees, he said that no account gets that, and I must be wrong.

Justin H. at the Highlands Ranch store was able to solve a big problem with my iPhone which many had failed to do previously. The issue turned out to be with account setting details rather that with the phone itself. He was able to find the problem and coordinate the fix with the AT&T data center while dealing with in-store WiFi issues that day and a lot of customer traffic. First rate!

We went into the store to transfer billing from me to my spouse - spoiler alert, they cant do it. Even though the folks on the phone at AT&T tell you then can, they cant. The male employee there kept taking pictures of my 15 yo son with his phone. While I realize this isnt illegal, its unprofessional at best, creepy at worst. Maybe he liked his shirt? Maybe he was jealous since my son is a handsome, well spoken and friendly young man and this employee is none of those things? Weve reached out to the manager but in the meantime, leave your kids at home if you have to stop in.

Best experience Ive had at a mobile phone store ever and Im an older guy so Ive been getting phones since 94. We had questions about the go phone pay as you go plans and the Manager Nick was super helpful as was a sales / tech guy ( Jordan ? ) This Wednesday evening.This morning I picked up the new iPhone 7 and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I have been an at&t customer for over 5 years and have presented to different stores over the years for a variety of reasons. This past week I went to this location and was randomly assigned Michael Sanders to address multiple matters. Michael addressed them all and even spent additional time reviewing my bill history to save me money without me prompting him to do so. He was professional, helpful, and very informative. The store was busy and there were other potential sales he may have forfeited to help me, even though I was not purchasing anything and he was well aware of that and still took his time. The manager on duty was incompetent, the rep we spoke to before lied, the service was EXTREMELY slow, and the customer service people are awful. This was the worst experience Ive had at an AT&T store. We will not go back.

Terrible, rude and lying staff. Beware. UPDATE: I called back and finally spoke with Austin. Austin suggested I hunt around the entire State of Colorado for a replacement screen for the Lifetime Replacement Program. He offered to take my number, as theyve done in the past....and never responded.

This store is awful. The service is SLOW, customers are treated like they don’t exist until a rep is ready to help you, the manager of the store just stood around and didn’t even greet customers as they came in, and the wait times are RIDICULOUSLY long no matter when you get there. After stopping in several times to change our phone plan TO AT&T I finally drove over to the next town (Lone Tree) to the AT&T store there. What a difference! Walked in to that store, no wait, was greeted and helped right away by Quinn and the service was great. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of just one was because Angelo did his best to help me at the Highlands Ranch store but that was it. Management & service in the Highlands Ranch store was poor at best.
