The customer service here is excellent! Especially John T., but everyone there spent hours and hours over several days helping my husband and I try and solve a problem, that was actually a Samsung issue and not even T- mobile! They were all very professional and courteous, plus creative in trying new fixes! Thank you!

Absolutely rude managerThe manager was disrespectful and rude on answering my questions, never go back to this store.He was raising his voice when I didn’t get the answer instead of explain it in a better way. I felt bad and unhappy when I left the store.Actually, we are planning to switch to Verizon, I don’t care if I pay more.

This place is amazing! I came here after trying to switch from another carrier to T-mobile at a big box store, which wasnt a good experience. I walked in and within seconds of explaining what I was trying to accomplish Cheyenne had already determined the reason for the problems I was experiencing and was taking steps to correct them.Not only did he get my five existing lines switched over correctly, but because of some un-correctable technical issues with a device I already owned but couldnt get to work on the new network, he worked with customer service to offer an extraordinary deal on a new phone. Basically a major reason for switching to T-Mobile is because the carrier I had been with for just over 15 years didnt seem to care if I stayed with them or not, but Cheyenne and the team at this T-Mobile store went way above and beyond to make me feel valued. Thanks so much Cheyenne!

John L. and Greg S. did a wonderful job of explaining different plan options to us. Once we selected a T-Mobile plan, they made the transfer from another carrier easy and efficient for all three members of our family. There was no high pressure sales pitch. There was plenty of respect, good information, patience, and the willingness to accommodate special circumstances. An excellent experience.

Recently we visited this location after a really poor experience at another near by store. We worked with both Chris and Cindy, one of the managers. I couldnt be more grateful!! Not only were they both knowledgeable but unbelievably patient with our situation!! Weve experienced an on-going billing issue that even calling into their Care Center couldnt resolve. Cindy immediately reached out to one of her contacts in the company and got it resolved! Also, my wife upgraded her phone and is thrilled with her new iPhone 11! My recommendation: ONLY visit this location - BEST customer service in the state!!!

Cheyenne spent over an hour with me trying to help me lock my phone after it was stolen. I was pretty upset because I had just all of my stuff stolen and he was wonderful. He kept things light with jokes while also being sensitive and incredibly helpful. Stand up dude for sure.

After too long with Verizon, we did some research and finally switched our 3 personal phones to T mobile. My husband had made the switch and brought home 2 new iPhones. We decided we wanted different colors so, the next day I brought them in for exchange. Without blinking the guy told me it would cost me a $50 restocking fee per phone! I tried to explain the cellophane outside the boxes was still sealed and untouched but I couldnt even finish my sentence before the guy tried to tell me they could no longer be sold as new phones (which is complete bull!).I called my husband who in turn called the store where they were originally purchased. They said no problem just come on over. By accident, my son and I went instead to a third store where they also where completely accommodating and helpful. They made the switch no problem and then helped is do all the transferring which was a little tricky because one of the old phones was an older Android switching to an iPhone. They spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything was okay and were very kind and pleasant - just the kind of service you would expect when you spend $1000! The point is, the guy at Highlands Ranch was rude and lying. Two other nearby stores were willing to help whether they had originally sold the phones or not. Based on other reviews it seems others have had particularly bad service here.Save yourself the aggravation and get the service you deserve - drive five extra minutes to Broadway and County line and see Ana who was amazing.

DONT GO HERE! Long waits, horrible service! Associates and manager didnt give us the time of day! After waiting for 30 min, the manager immediately told us why they couldnt help us that day - before even asking for our account information, looking anything up or asking us any additional questions . So happy we took our business to the location off Coal Mine, they are awesome!!!

I wont be using this store again after my warranty exchange took 4 tries, and I was charged for 4 replacements. The store sales staff also lied to me stating my phone was not under a warranty that I was paying for. They also wanted me to go home with a dead phone and keep my phone with intermittent problems until another warranty phone arrived. I hate liars and poor customer service. Time to go to another cell phone carrier. Nick, Highlands Ranch CO.

By far the worst experience ever. Steve has no business in any customer service field. I cant properly convey my feeling while still maintaining language that wont be censored. I was next in line and another customer butted in. They asked if it was OK. I replied, very clearly, that it was not OK. What I actually meant was No, its not OK duh! Steve went ahead anyway. When I finished purchasing my phone, Steve had the audacity to thank me for my patience. As if I had a choice in the matter. Steve really puts a horrible face on t-Mobile and the Highlands Ranch store.

Ive been into the Store twice and both times was treated rudely by Steve. He did not explain the available options in a manner one could understand. He was rude. Steve challenged me at every opportunity and statement. He was not helpful or cooperative. We went to Car Toys immediately afterwards and the Customer Service Rep explained our options clearly so we knew exactly what we could do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE HIGHLANDS RANCH TMOBILE STORE. Customer Service is not their mission, putting customers down is.
