If you are in need of battery service you need to hit Anthony up!!! My RV battery and Honda battery both died within days of each other. At no point did I feel Anthony pressuring me to buy something I didnt need. He was super friendly, and answered all my questions as well as questions I didnt even know I had. His goal is not the sale, it is the lifetime customer.

This place is awesome. Was told I had an issue with my battery I had purchased through them two years ago. I brought it in and they replaced my battery in minutes with a new one and it was under warranty. Tristian was most helpful and I would highly recommend Interstate Battery Center if you ever need a new battery for your car, truck SUV, ATV or anything else. The charge was FREE to recycle power tool and laptop batteries. There are not many places that will even recycle batteries, and all others I’ve seen charge feea. Also, a fair price when I bought a new battery. Friendly and professional.

I have an electric trike. The battery needed to be replaced. I tried all the bike stores. Tried all the battery stores. No one could help me. In a final google search I found this place. Called and drove there. The young associate quickly put together a new 12V lead battery set for my trike. It’s working perfectly. I am so grateful for this store and the employee. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.

Associate Tristan was friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. His attention to detail when performing /my/ installation exceeded even MY fastidious ways: nothing too tight, nothing loose, all contacts cleaned thoroughly, and corrosion-protected. STELLAR! Would enthusiastically recommend!

Walked in and was able to have a battery installed within minutes. The wholeProcess took 20min total. Customer service was also fantastic. Especially Tristan. He was knowable, helpful and friendly

Needed a new battery for my Chevy truck and wanted a better battery so hoping the quality is there (time will tell but warranty is great). The service here was great from walking in to new battery installed was 18mins. Only surprise is that it costs $15 to have them install it, simple job but he did it so fast that worth the $ to not struggle with it.

I was looking for a auto parts store to buy a battery for my Explorer. I saw interstate batteries and decided to try it out. I was very impressed with the customer service. They did a battery test to make sure the alternator was ok and made sure I was in need of a battery. They gave me a great price and installed it right away. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. This location is anything but qualified to service battery needs. I had a concern with a 12v Interstate automotive battery I had purchased here for a family members car. I was instructed to bring the battery in for charging and testing to determine if a warranty replacement was needed. Upon arriving with the battery, a service associate named Tyler met me to start the process. He connected the digital tester to the battery incorrectly (black to red/red to black) and I had to point out this error before he corrected it. The battery was then left over night to be charged and tested again the next day. I got the call the following day that the battery was charged and had passed testing meaning it was OK. I went to pick it up and when I got there, the battery was bought out to me spilling electrolyte (battery acid) everywhere!!! It appeared to be coming out of the vents on top of the battery; (this substance is very corrosive and can cause injury) which I questioned Tyler about. He told me that a battery is supposed to do that when it gets jostled around. I rebutted him by saying the battery in my car that I just drove there certainly got jostled around from the drive and the normal forces of motion that act on a car and it doesnt leak. Tyler insisted this was normal and the battery would not be replaced and spoke to me in a rather condescending manner as if I didnt know the first thing about batteries. He offered me a box to carry the battery in and I took it to try and contain the spilled electrolyte. Tyler also asserted that this substance was harmless and I was good to go when I pointed out the numerous cautions and warnings on the top of the battery that warn of the dangers of electrolyte exposure. Before putting it in my cargo area, I wiped of the excess fluid with an old t-shirt. Within 24 hours, the spots on that shirt had been completely degraded (holes eaten all the way through) by the corrosive substance!!! Of course, I called the corporate office and submitted a formal complaint right after I got home and described for them a severe fault with the battery and that it was not safe to handle or install. After getting the run around for a few days from corporate, they finally agreed to replace the battery, but only through this location in Highlands Ranch. Meanwhile, the vehicle this battery goes to sat in the garage, disabled. I got the the old battery exchanged for a new one and Tyler, the same dolt who fouled things up in the first place, connected the digital tester to prove this was a new and useful battery, except that he connected it incorrectly again!!! I had to point out the fact a second time that he messed that up and got a snotty response. The reason this is such an issue, is that if another customer who may not be battery savvy needs to have a car battery jump started by this Tyler character, he may cross-jump it and ruin the electrical system of an entire vehicle.The bottom line: Interstate makes a good battery, but the people at this location, Tyler in particular, havent the first clue about the proper procedures and even less concern with customer service. Save yourself time, trouble, and possible exposure to battery acid, and go anywhere but here for a battery of any kind.

The company I work for has used this IABC location for years to purchase our batteries and we are always very happy. Pete is so pleasant to do business with and their pricing is competitive. We purchase a wide variety of commercial batteries that require being delivered to our location and delivery is always made promptly and professionally.

Was able to quickly help me find a replacement for an obsolete battery that was compatible and in stock. Totally saved the day without costing me an arm and an leg! :)
