My experience at Vann York was amazing! Best treatment I’ve ever received from any car dealership I’ve been to! From the time my family and I drove up onto the lot from the time we departed every single person we came in contact with was great! With that being said that was one of the main reasons I decided to buy my car from Vann York. Yea other dealerships had the car I had my eyes on, but the all around friendliness and urgency to make customers feel at home and comfortable during the whole process had me sold!! Thank you so much for making the experience of buying my very first car an amazing one!!

Mr. Abraham Frazier was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient in dealing with me. I was really at ease which is usually not the case when you are car shopping. He listened and truly understood what I wanted in the vehicle. I was treated with courtesy and the upmost respect.Mr. Charles Foster also made sure that I was satisfied. I told Mr. Chris in the finance room to make sure he gave me the service that he would want his own wife to receive if she was visiting a dealership. 😆 He did just that. We went to Vann York Nissan after a less than stellar experience at another Nissan dealership. Howard was our salesperson (see pic of him with us after the sale) and he was extremely pleasant, attentive, flexible with his time, and knowledgeable. Ron, the finance guy, is a winner too. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and personable and got us a great deal! Kayla was also cool and the new manager (Charles, I think) was great too. Thanks to them for making this a good experience.

I was in the market for a pickup truck after a very bad experience with a dealership down the road that I had intended to buy a truck from. I was looking online and found a 2021 Nissan Titan at Vann York. I filled out the online interest form and was contacted immediately by Lamar Jackson. I made an appointment to go in the next day to test drive the truck and he was away assisting a previous customer at their residence. I spoke with Fred Thompson, took a test drive and less than two hours later handed them a check for my new truck! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had a dealership! Rob Parsons, Lamar Jackson and Fred Thompson are top notch! If you are looking for a vehicle please go see these guys they have my business from now on!

Great sales expert. Robert Blackston and Greg was great. The only issue I had was with the cleaning of my car it was not done properly, so I went back and spent about 2 hours and thought the issue was fixed. The inside looked the same and the windows were dirty on the inside and outside. It looks like cups were put on the windows. Robert asked to redo it but I said it was alright. I dont have time to sit for that length of time. Overall a great experience, very nice and caring sales team.

Great experience! The only issue was the pricing was not what was quoted when I called. Nikki was very kind in explaining that the literature had not been updated since I had purchased my car. However, I called a week before to verify and I was given the lower price over the phone. It wasnt a huge difference and I thank Nikki for explaining the why. If the bill had been significantly higher there wouldve been an issue because I budget for what is quoted to me.

Visiting Van York Nissan was a blessing for ! On Saturday, December 12, 2020, I enjoyed working with Misty on getting my son a car. That turned out to be a blessing in working with Misty Broadus, who is the Finance Manager, to work out getting me a significant payment for a short time to pay his car off. Then I returned on the Friday, December 18, 2020 to get blessed with a new truck (Titan 2021). I knew it would be a lower payment, but Misty worked hard to get my payment even lower than I would ever had thought! She was great to work with and will work for the customer to get a better payment with the banks. I had all of what I needed because she was working on my behalf. The General Manager was great, along with Phillip and Fred! This was an excellent experience for me and my family!

Mike Berry was our salesman, I drove 2 different vehicles and decided on the Nissan Versa (which I LOVE)!! Mike helped us find the right vehicle for us and gave us all the information we needed. Not only did we get the perfect car for us but we were expecting a car payment above 450 but Amber Myers got our payment to 414 with extended warranties and gap!! I made an appointment a week ahead of time to have a key fob programmed for a vehicle I had recently purchased. No one asked me at that time whether the fob had been purchased from Vann York. When I arrived, I was told that the key that I had would not be cut because I didnt purchase it myself from Vann York. Not any dealer, but THAT dealer.After an extended wait, a different service advisor approached me in the waiting area to tell me that they didnt have another key blank that would fit my car, but I could order it and come back to have it cut. I the meantime, they would program the fob anyway. After another extended wait, I was told that nothing could be done that day because the key and the fob are paired. I was essentially being railroaded into buying a new key fob and paying to have it programmed.I found a locksmith that was able to provide a new OEM programmed fob and key in under 20 minutes for $260. I wasted a week waiting for the appointment with the dealership and well over an hour on site after driving nearly 40 minutes to get there to accomplish nothing.

Do NOT SHOP with Vann York Nissan!I drove off with a 2021 Nissan Versa with $2,000 down! One month later they wanted $750 more dollars and signed a new contract! Now they wanted the car back 2 months later because they wanted a co-signer! I got my money back and I do not recommend this dealership to NO ONE!!! Very rude untrustworthy people that don’t care about you only a DEAL! GO ELSEWHERE!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. While going over the vehicle evaluation, I was told that my front brakes were fine (a reading of 9), but my rear brakes were in the yellow range (6) and would soon need attention. When I told the employee that my rear brakes had just been done during my last oil change, he checked with the service tech. A couple of minutes later he returned and said the tech had read things wrong and that the rear brakes were reading 9. Needless to say, this does not exactly inspire my confidence in the service that I received. I would be very interested in hearing your response to my comments.

This started out ok. My salesman was kind and manager was generous on trade. I already had my own financing through my bank all I was there is to select a car.I felt pressured in the first car, they knew I hated the interior and still let me drive off. I felt like I was given no options.it took a total of three days and 11 hours in total for me to get my car and it still was not clean after waiting that time 3 hours. The sad part is they seen that it wasn’t clean and still let me drive off after handing them a $31,000 check.

My experience with Van York Nissan was nothing less than AWESOME! I had been to over 5 dealerships within a week and was almost about to just say forget it! I arrived for my appointment at 10am. Ron Parson (Internet Sales Manager) met me at the door with a warm welcome. Ron introduced me to my salesman, Phillip. Ron advised the vehicle that I showed interest in online was already pulled to the front for me to see and test drive. Phillip told me everything about the vehicle...he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and when I returned Phillip came outside to me and asked how did I like the car. I told him I loved it...he said lets make it yours. The process was so structured and I did not have to sit and wonder for hours! I needed new tires quickly and was looking for the best deal. Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to help me pick the right set at the lowest price compared to other dealerships. He also assisted me in signing up for the Sunbit program, which allowed me to have the option to pay off the total cost in installments. Went to get oil change and tire rotation done, at first didnt notice that my wheel caps are missing, the following day my husband noticed they were missing.Called the service place back, spoke with Christie who gave me the run around, said someone will call us back. Nobody called.Few days later I called again spoke with Kevin who stated they didnt remove wheel caps off and offer for me to buy wheel cap for $75 a piece. They are $15 on Amazon for Petes sake!!!. Called manager today, same issue. Tried to blame us for loosing wheel caps off and also try to sell me new ones. This place used to be nice and felt I can trust these folks to do my service, but they have gone downhill with their customer service. Will not return.

Craig in the service department is a great addition to the Vann York team. He quoted me a rough estimate and came in under budget and he was spot on when the service would be finished. This is the first day back with my car and it’s a night and day difference from when I brought it in. My experience with Craig and Vann York Nissan has been great. Charles and Christian were amazing in assisting me with finding a new car. To be honest, I never thought in a million years I would leave that day with a new car that I could actually afford. Charles and Christian worked together tirelessly until I found the perfect car at the perfect price. I have been to many car dealerships in my life, however, no car buying experience compares to what I experienced Saturday. It was as if I was simply spending Saturday with friends. You should be very proud of your employees as they truly went above and beyond. Everyone else I encountered exemplified excellent service as well. It was a very personable experience. The business manager was an absolute delight as well. I could tell your employees genuinely cared about my situation as well as their jobs. I bought my first new car from your facility back in 2001, and I will never buy another car from anywhere else. This was an excellent experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the greatest experience with this dealership. I was sold a used 2009 Nissan Altima for a “decent” price. Here I am, stuck with a car with a bad transmission. The salesman that sold me the car acted as if he forgot about the entire transaction and that I didn’t even purchase the car from the dealership (major red flag). After talking with a representative (who didn’t solve my problem) basically told me to get it fixed. The car isn’t even worth the amount of the transmission repair. Also, I found out that the transmission was never replaced in this car. If you decide to spend your money here, don’t purchase a used car. If so, ask all the questions necessary to ensure you won’t have problems in the future.

Ive been a Nissan girl since September 1988. Purchased my first Nissan here when it was High Point Nissan. Purchased my 2nd Nissan Altima in August 21,1995. Still got it. Went back to Nissan which is Vann York Nissan and purchased my first SUV 2018 Nissan Rogue SLpremium package and I love it. The sales staff was amazing. Before writing this review, I was going to call Greg York personally, and I still may do that. I have been a customer of Vann York Nissan for over six years. And have owned Nissan vehicles since the 80s. (In the old days, I drove from Greensboro to High Point to deal with Craig Spencer and the Vann York Nissan service department!) Currently I drive a 2013 Nissan Altima SV that I bought new. Vann York Nissans service department are the only ones to touch my vehicle, since my purchase, and over six years of ownership they have EARNED me as a lifelong customer. Vann York Nissan has a courteous staff that makes servicing my vehicle an absolute pleasure. By offering me a courtesy shuttle, I am able to drop off my vehicle before work and leave it with them while I am at work during the weekday. Also, they offer to pick me up when service is complete so I dont have to inconvenience anyone for a ride to fetch my car, and I dont have to miss work while waiting in a dealership lobby! While I truly miss Craig Spencer, Wes, Nikki, and Tony have become family to me and I will not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else! Today, with 171,000 miles on my car I have a developing issue with the CVT transmission which is a SHOCK for the cost of replacement($3,600). As I was weighing my options on what to do, I briefly considered other auto manufacturers. Toyota, Lexus, and Acura that have earned good reliability ratings had me briefly pondering to make a switch. At 49 years of age, I believe I have gained some wisdom and I have realized this for sure...Vann York Nissans service department will make it worth me staying with Nissan. It is the people that make the decision difference for me, not the auto manufacturer!!! As long as Vann York Nissans service department keeps doing the job they are doing, I will not consider owning another vehicle type. The Vann York Nissan team of people is doing a great job, and they ALONE have won me as a loyal Nissan driver!

Customer service seems like a burden to the sales people after you sign the paperwork. I had a decent experience going through the buying process minus the fact that they treat you like you have poor credit because “everyone who comes in here usually does”. I don’t by the way, thanks. Chris in finance was great and really the only person I’d give 5 stars. After the deal was done, I was owed a touch up and a detail due to the fact that both departments were closed on the day I bought my car. I was instructed by the sales person, Jay, that he would call me the following Tuesday to schedule an appointment that day. He never called so I had to call and leave a message for the used car salesman. I ended up calling back a few days later because no one ever got in touch with me. Come to find out, the “paint guys” are only there on some odd hours on Mondays which makes a lot of since to schedule an appointment on Tuesday, right? No. I also had a few things that needed to be fixed which seemed like it was an annoyance to the used car manager. The “detail” was subpar; I could have taken it elsewhere for $50 and it would have looked better. They obviously don’t want repeat costumers because after your purchase they have no use for you. Unless you go to the service department where I hear they rip you off.

I bought new tires with an alignment as well as requested an oil change. I also requested new brakes if they were needed. As it turned out I didn’t need brakes quite yet but they did clean my current brakes to make sure there was no dirt or grit in them. Everything else I requested was done in a timely manner and the gentleman I worked with, Craig, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I always have my car serviced at this dealership and the staff are always nice as well as helpful and courteous which is what I have come to expect when I go there. We came to Vann York after going to another Nissan dealer who we had a bad experience with. From the first phone call we could tell this experience would be much better. Once we pulled up we had someone helping us right away and had the cars we wanted to test drive ready and waiting. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and knew all it could do to enhance our driving experience. We never felt rushed and all our questions were answered. We also noticed all the other employees were very nice and said hello in passing and just a positive mood from all in the showroom and offices. While waiting for my wife’s new SUV to be ready, she convinced me to test drive a Titan SD that caught my eye, but with the cost I had no expectation of purchasing it. Your finance person Misty began edging me on to which I told her a deal would not work due to what I owed on my Silverado and the $47,000 plus plus plus that was stuck to the Titan window. Misty began taking about the rebates and other discounts that were available. She talked a good enough pitch that I told her to put a deal together still with no expectation of buying. Well bottom line is she did an awesome job and turned a looker into a buyer and my wife and I ended up with two new vehicles. Abe and Misty did a great job for my wife but if it wasn’t for Misty’s knowledge, dedication, humor and a bit of salesmanship my Titan would still be sitting on your lot. Bravo Zulu Misty!!! Great team work turning a 20 year Silverado owner (3 trucks) to a Titan owner and loving it. It is an amazing vehicle.

Im a disabled vet and you charged me $882 for a part that can be bought for $200 and charged me 2 hours labor on a job that took only about 50 min. I watched technician finish in under an hour. Darrell was the best sales person I have ever bought a car from. I didnt feel pressured into making a quick decision. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features. He introduced me to the service and parts department staff. Darrell and Charles worked very hard to sell me my vehicle. I appreciate their hard work. It was the BEST car buying experience Ive every had. The one thing I take away from this experience is that they made me feel important and NOT just another sale. Not only did I get a new vehicle, I gained new friends and I WILL definitely recommend them and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was offered $ 1,000 trade-in-allowance for my 2005 Nissan Maxima. I told salesperson that another dealer had offered $ 2,300 for a trade-in allowance. The salesperson asked that if he could get me a $ 2,300 trade-in allowance, would I do business with Vann York Nissan today (8-17-2020) ; I said yes. When I got home, and looked @ the sales contract, the amt. was only for $ 1,000. Also the finance mgr. rushed through the documents w/o explaining what each document represented; only where to sign. I ended up with a 6yr.-72 mth mechanical contract for an additional contract w/o knowing this until I looked through the documents after returning home.

The service associate was very helpful and friendly. She worked me in on very short notice, kept me informed and arranged for a ride back to work so I wasnt stuck at the dealership while waiting. She sent someone to pick up the part I needed so I could get my car back in the same day. This was my first experience here since I bought my car at another dealership and the work needed was under warranty, but she treated me like her best customer. I would highly recommend this service department.

The salesman Tony Hammond kept pressuring me to sign some intent to buy form before I had all the details. That was quite annoying. The finance guy Chris was good, but I ended up paying a few hundred more than the price I was quoted on the internet. I love the car I purchased so Im not mad. The oil needed changing 2 weeks after I purchased it and they wanted me to pay for that, but the manager approved a one time free oil change. I thought that was pretty lame to have to go through that so soon after the purchase.

I came in that morning and was told a part that communicates with the transmission was failing. They had a shuttle to drop my infant off to daycare and take me home. I received a call before noon to let me know my car was ready.
