Absolutely horrific experience here. Dropped my car off on Monday and was supposed to be completed on Friday. After calling and checking on it multiple times on the following Monday it is still not completed. The Manager also did not bother to call, he let his associate handle the customer. They need to learn to communicate to customers. I would search for an alternate place to have your repair completed.

The location was not hard to find. The inside was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and attentive except for one person that seemed to be having an off day. I didnt have any direct contact with this person but did not pick up a friendly vibe. Eric got up and introduced himself which was awesome and took care of everything. There was a mix up from my insurance company about the rental reservation. Eric was on top of it and called my insurance company and a person from the rental car company showed up to pick someone else up. Eric spoke with Heather from Enterprise and she was able to take me back to their location and get me squared away. Eric did a wonderful job of getting the process started to making sure that all my needs were taken care of without having to ask for anything. This was my first time dealing with Vann York but I can tell you that they are off to great start with getting my car fixed. I normally dont go 5 stars but they deserved it for making this a very painless situation. Thank You Eric and Vann York.

Worst body shop experience, they had my car for over a month which was only suppose to take 4 days to repair. They could have communicated to me that parts were on back order I had to keep calling to find out anything. I also kept trying to get a loaner vehicle w/ them and when I was able to get one the next day the car wouldn’t start, which made me late to work.(I’ve never been late to work)Heidi answered the phone one time I called to get an update on my car she was very rude and unprofessional. Once I finally got my car back I had to drop it back off twice. The 1st time was the very next day bc they put scratches on my BLACK CAR they tried to polished them out but only made them worse not only that they misplaced my license plate frame and put a cheap one on my car and expected me not to notice that. 2nd time was b/c it would rattle everytime I would drive they somewhat fixed that I could still hear the noise so I took it to a different shop and they did the job right and corrected the rattle. Now I just have to take my car to a different body shop to fix the buffing marks that they created when they tried to remove the scratches that they put on my car. Not to mention they didn’t even bring the paint up pass the quarter line on the bumper so that it blends perfectly. This Vann York Honda body shop is NOT where you would want to bring your Honda.

Tony took extra care to get our vehicle repaired after our accident. We were on a tight deadline and he went over and beyond talking to the insurance adjuster and the driver who hit her. I would definitely use them again for their attentiveness was amazing.

This might be a great business but my customer service rep Roger was awful. My car was there over 2 weeks and he only called me once to get the okay on an increased estimate. He NEVER called to give me any idea of how long the repair would take - I didnt know whether it would be 2 days or 2 months. And today when I called at 2pm because he told me yesterday when I called that it would be ready he hummed and hawed and guessed it might not be ready today. I asked to speak to a manager - still waiting on that call. In the meantime, I reached out to the sales department as this is my fourth car from Vann York and always have received excellent service. They got me connected to a miracle working customer relations rep who when I shared I could not pick up the car tomorrow because I was working 12 hours said they would have someone deliver it. She also got things expedited and got my car over to the mechanics shop and back to the collision center so that it could be completed today. The smart aleck repair shop rep Roger called me at 5:38pm to say I could pick up my car - and then he said Oh wait you are in Greensboro I guess you will have to pick it up tomorrow. There is no doubt in my mind that he thought about that before he called me. Just glad he knows how to work a phone since he apparently couldnt use it to update me. BIG thanks to Honda Dealership Manager Christopher Thompson and Customer Relations Rep Yvonne Strachan for providing excellent customer service to a longtime loyal customer. Might be a great business. Might do great work. But avoid Roger at all costs.

My fiancé and I dropped our car off to this company for the rear bumper to be repaired on Monday. Everything under the hood was working just fine. When we arrived on Friday to pick up our car and it would not crank. My fiancé goes inside to tell them that the car would not crank && the customer service rep replies “oh yeah we had to jump it and we charged it for you” then he bring the booster pack out to jump the car. Then we take the car to the auto parts store to get tested and charged. When we return to pick it up we are informed that the battery cannot be charged due to a bad cell. Now mind you we just bought the car last year and we have never even had to jump the car prior to dropping it off to this company. So we just had to spend $200 on a new battery so I am currently filing a report with the small claims court of NC in hopes to get our money back

Made my car like new again! I recently got behind a dump truck that had not cleared off the back gate after dumping some very large (rip rap) stone. I was behind him as he got on the on ramp in front of me and started dropping stones off the back of the truck. I backed off pretty quick to give him time to blend with traffic but as I tried to move to the left lane, BAM, onto the windshield, bouncing off and then the roof!I got in front of him and tried to get him to stop, but he was having none of that. After phone tag for a week I just called the State Police and filed a report. My insurance company handled the rest and recommended Vann York as the place to get the work done. Got the estimate on a Tuesday and the following Monday, dropped it off. Original estimate was to pick up on Friday, but received a phone call Wednesday morning stating the car was ready for pick up. They had replaced the windshield and painted the entire top of my 5 year old car. It looks like the original paint to me. What an outstanding job. The dings are just gone, like they were never there. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Vann York collision. You need to give them a try if you need paint or collision repair.

Restored the bumper on my Honda Accord after being rear-ended. The work was excellent and my estimator Eric was very accessible and easy to communicate with. Everyone in the shop went out of their way to offer assistance. Will definitely be my go-to stop for any future paint and body work.

Recently used Van York Collision to repair my car after being hit by a deer. I was recommenced to come here by a friend and am so thankful for it. I drove from Raleigh and it was more than worth it. Recently used Van York Collision to repair my car after being rear-ended. They were able to give me a quick written estimate and were very nice to work with. The final price was the same as the estimate and they had it completed when they said they would. I was highly impressed with the level of service. If I ever need bodywork I will return. They also offer a shuttle and have a decent waiting area. They work on all models as well.

After vann york collision claimed my car was fixed. And it wasnt. They said they fixed it and I took on responsibility. Months later my car was hit on driver dumped and I took it somewhere else and come to find out they used super glue instead of getting a new bracket.

Super poor communication and the lack thereof. Was mislead time after time and now i’ve had my car back for a week and the body work isn’t even holding up. Don’t go here, period!

Fixed my 2017 Nissan Altima SL. My car is low and I ran over a trailer hitch (big..like the kind you would hitch a Moduler Home/Mobile Home) Did over $8,000 damage. They fixed it right and it drives/rides like a charm.

I came as walk in to get my car repaired on a Thursday, I was told that they will be able to take my vehicle in for repair the following Monday. I was told that my car will be ready in 3 days and in 3 days following drop off my car was ready. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable of service provided. I would I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Not to mention they cleaned my car as well!

Vann York Paint and Collision was VERY skillful and helpful when someone backed into my car. My driver side door was absolutely smashed in and scratched. Tony Deaton made the situation as easy as he could and kept me updated the whole time my car was in the shop. The color of my car is a custom color, but they still delivered and made it shine again! Quick, easy, and hassle free! I would totally recommend!

They were also very upfront about the process and what all it would involve. They kept me updated on the status of my car and my car came out looking brand new! I was involved in a car accident in July. I chose Vann York body shop to fix my car, prior to dropping my car off at the location I informed them that I was concerned with the way my car was driving. They so called fixed the body of my car. After weeks of waiting for Eric L., to communicate what was going on with my vehicle I received a call a week after he initially told me that my car would be ready that I could come pick it up. Upon arriving after paying the location I inspect my car and pieces were coming apart the same pieces that they had fixed. I showed them they took my car back and glued it back together. After leaving this location heading to work my car started decelerating on the highway with no notice that anything was wrong. I immediately called back to the location and Eric told me well it was nothing they did that they only replaced my doors and removed the bumpers. I expressed my concerns but Eric had his mind made up that the problem couldn’t have come from his location nor the accident that I was just in. I have a 2014 Nissan Maxima and they diagnosed the problem and stated it was my transmission. Because my car wouldn’t go over a certain mile per hour while back at this location Vann York had it towed to their service center. I am now responsible for a tow bill, a diagnostic bill and still no car. After all the experience I had I will never use this location. Funny part about the whole thing is my car gets serviced at a Nissan dealership they never informed me of anything being wrong with my transmission before. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to choose this location for anything. People trust you all to do the right thing instead of just getting money out of them and not fully doing their job!

We brought in our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with pretty severe hail damage. They removed every single dent in the roof and sides and repaired and repainted the hood. The metallic black paint matches perfectly and the car looks like it was never even repaired. The customer service by the estimator, Eric and the production manager, Jeff was superb. We could not be happier!

Very nice people. I just would not recommend this place they take forever and they are not organized. Still haven’t gotten my car back yet hopefully since it’s been 3 weeks, everything is right on it.

The work they did on my car was GREAT. The only thing I can say negatively is they told me it would take 4 to 6 days to complete and they had it 2 1/2 weeks. Tony was extremely kind.

They are the laziest most ignorant mechanics Ive ever seen. After the third time of my truck being given back to me still jacked, I went to Vestal in Kernersville & they had my entire truck fixed in ONE DAY & fixed it right. Vann York had my truck for almost 5 months straight & still couldnt get it right. Roger even had the nerve to tell me my truck always sounded like that.... I hope Roger & every single one of his mechanics get fired. Will NEVER return to Vann York for anything... not even when I bought my brand new Caddy after the 5 month fiasco- I didnt buy it from Vann York. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was very pleased with the work they did on my Toyota 4Runner. Andy Collins was extremely polite and treated me with courtesy and respect.

If ever in an accident never take your car here, no matter what the insurance company says. Had to take my car back 4 times after they repaired it. Also dealing with the manager was a difficult experience seemed as if I was in the wrong when asking him to correct mistakes they made. Car is still not 100% I am very disappointed with customer service and their work. Take my advice and get another reputable body shop to take care of you.

I had my car there as I was rear ended. Bought it back a week later because they forgot to clip my fender in and also my trunk still was not fixed properly. About 8 months later all the paint was peeling from the repair. I tried for months to get a loaner car so they could redo my car. After 2 months they finally gave me a loaner that has a horrific odor of smoke, makes you sick to even drive it. Also my husband hit a deer and bought his car there. Repair looked great until he was driving down the highway and his undercarriage fell off, guess they decided to use old clips instead of putting new ones in.

Great body shop. Large, new, and clean! Excellent reputation for their work and taking care of customers.

This place is horrible, they have had my car for 2 and 1/2 months and keep pushing back the date it will be complete. My service guy is governed and he continues to lie about when my car will be finished making excuses every time its not ready, my car was only 4 months old when it was t boned and I just assumed since van york was such a good dealership to purchase from then there body shop would be good also. I was so wrong. I can only hope the car is repaired well when I get it back since they clearly didnt rush to fix it.

Had a bent latch and they quoted me 2,300$ for the whole door so I took it to harbs and they fixed what I told them to fix for 200 bucks. These guys suck

My vehicle was involved in an accident that the other partys insurance was paying for. I took my vehicle to this place, and Jack did the estimate. The work was performed. When I picked the car up, there was some items that was not done correctly. A lot of the alignment on different parts were not properly aligned. Such as the hood, front finder well, front headlight assembly. A peice of the grill assembly was not attached correctly. So, I had to take it to another location to get the work performed correctly at Van Yorks expense. Well, unfortuanly my wife was involved in an accident about 2 weeks later with the other party at fault. Van York performed the body work for her car. When we went to retrieve the vehicle after it was repaired, we noticed that did not even fix one of the parts on the car. After letting them know, they kept the car for another 3 days or so to do that repair. Well, we finally got the car. The passenger door when opening would snap really loud as it was caught against another part of the car when trying to open. Well, speed up to yesterday when I took MY car to a Cadillac dealer here in Texas. They got permission from Van York to fix the work they messed up. Well, upon the dealer here removing parts to see all of the unfinished work, they notified me (and I saw) that some of the work was jerry rigged. The improper alignment of the hood caused the hood to run on another part of the car cause a dent and paint damage. Two parts of the top engine mount was bent and they never straightened it out. So, needless to say, I am glad I am no longer in Highpoint, NC. They are not offering me a rental vehicle at their expense while my car is in the shop. And its their fault. I would never do business with them again.

Nothing lined up the door or fender, glass was left inside, price was very expensive, had my truck for 2 months, made me feel like that were doing me a favor, I still couldnt drive my truck, Nationwide wouldnt pay to fix the total cost to the rear end so the truck was unsafe to drive, now I returned the truck I lost 23,000 & no truck !
