Roberto sold me the wrong parts Robert sold me the wrong color and I returned them and hey charge me 25% restocking fee. They loose a good customer I buy lost of parts. Never again. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I looked on their web site for a 2005 chrysler pacifica and it came up that they had a few of them went there the next day and asked about it they said They where all gone need to update your web site so people kbow What you have and dont have

Definitely very rude . Couldnt even get what I was calling about out without him him asking me 10 times before I could even get a word out and then he had the nerve to continue to raise his voice Everytime he asked me what I was looking for. The employee definitely needs customer service skills or just needs to stick with picking parts instead of answering the phones .

The guys are outstanding. Nice shop too. Roberto Rivera helped me out tremendously.

I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the guy to finish helping a customer on the phone. Meanwhile there other guys going in and out the door in the yard or maybe the office. They would look at me with this I dont care look. Then once the guy finishes with the customer on the phone he looks up for the part I need for my truck just to tell me they didnt have it. A 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I figured they would have a couple dozen but evidently not.

Worst customer service ever, wont fess up to wrong doings and puts blame on others. They forgot to add fluid to the rear end in my truck and now makes a god awful noise while driving. I would not let them work on a bicycle.
