4 at the register all busy with 2 customers. 1 looked at me and could surely see I had a question, after walking around that store over and over looking for 1 item. I finally found a stock girl on the floor putting up stock. SHE WAS NICE AND WALKED WITH ME TO THE ITEM. I THANKED HER.

Placed order online on Saturday to pick up on Monday. Well Tuesday rolls around and it is still not ready. Cancelled order Tuesday evening and received an email Wednesday morning saying I picked up my order. I did NOT pick up my order and have NOT been credited back. Thought Napa was a credible company BUT obviously they ore not,

This place has no clue. Online orders always are late, or never come in. Received an email today saying my order was ready, then received another soon afterword that said my order had been picked up. I havent picked up anything! NAPAs website never correlates to what they say in in stock. Last time it took 2 weeks to get a rotor in. The logistics of NAPA is lost and please dont trust the website. Pure garbage.

Been here for 20 minutes standing in line. Line going out going out the door, 2 employees helping people who know nothing about auto parts. Old men are hiding in the isles so they dont have to help. All to be told they dont have a common filter. Ill never be back here. My company wont spend another dime here. Period

Ordered a part for my Jeep was told to call the next day and confirm it came.Never came. Left on hold for 30 minutes, hung up on. Figured they were busy. Call back 2 hr later 2nd verse same as first, on hold 15 minutes by one guy 20 minutes more a different person ask me to hold. 10 minutes asked how can I help. Didnt know what I needed. Typed his computer and saw it never shipped. Asked was it still available, told it wasnt orderable.Wait What? Not orderable? What does that even mean. SMH

Great assortment of auto parts. This is the warehouse for the area and they will pull parts from the warehouse.

Waited at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes just for them to tell me that they did not have my air cleaner

Great store, usually. However, the last few times stopping by, and asking for product help in one application or another, the behind the counter guy was totally lost! Acted like it was his first day on the job. Even three weeks later his advice with product item suggested was way off base. Great store, but not as knowledgeable staff as once had.

Large site, lots to choose from. And this one had heavy truck parts and airline brake fittings that I needed for an emergency repair. Nice and knowledgeable employees

I was with my husband. He was very pleased with the service and availability of products. If they dont have an item on the floor, they call the warehouse and get it. Satisfaction guaranteed!

I can only give this place a 3 star rating not because of bad service or anything of that nature but because I never really go here and so to give them a better rating seems unfair since I dont really know if this place is a great place to shop. I am a die hard Advanced Auto part customer because they have never done me wrong. NAPA has never wronged me but I have come to find out that I cant get the exact part that fits my car even looks like the same part that came out of the vehicle I am working on unless I go to the dealership (which sucks balls) or Advanced Auto.

Needed a inch shorter belt than stock. They knew the size of belt but said it was gonna be hard to look up a inch shorter belt. In simple terms I dont wanna do my job and thats too hard. Is there any true parts people or businesses left.

Poor service. I come for the part availability but they are sooooooo slow. Ive found myself avoiding this store more and more for other parts stores if they have the parts in stock. This place used to be the best parts store around.

Very poor service! I went in for just a few small parts. When I went in there was 15 people in line. And only 2 people running the counter. It took about 15 minutes to get to the counter. Then 30 minutes to receive my parts needed cause it have to be sent down from up in the warehouse.... Then was charged for 10 seals when I only got 1. So had to go back inside and wait for service to get change back..... SERVICE SUCKED ON SATURDAY TODAY 7-28-18! will never go back there on a saturday!

Had a decent experience, spent 20 mins mostly waiting for people to get parts from upstairs. Clerk was somewhat helpful. Ended up spending too much time here when other places Id be in and out.

An angel disguised as Chris Lohr works at NAPA at 600 Gallimore Dairy in Highpoint, North Carolina. I determined this shortly after he answered my first question: Do you all sell Starters? I was trying to get an idea of the price because a mechanic told me my 2014 Kia Rio might need a Starter, and he quoted a price of over $400 with a discount at that. To make a short story shorter, I learned a beautiful life-lesson --thats how I interpreted Chris saying START WITH THE SIMPLEST THING FIRST, when trying to figure a problems solution. To me this sounds like wisdom that can be applied to LIFE, including car problems. It turned out, all I needed was a SIMPLE BATTERY for my Smart-Key. I didnt know the Smart-Key sent a signal to something called the Ignition Switch, which sends another signal to the Starter. Chris told me all this and more. I was extremely impressed with Chris detailed knowledge of car functions. I took notes. The corners of my lips were pointing to the ceiling as I left, having only paid $7.78 for my simple 2-pac Battery.THANK YOU Chris! Thank you NAPA!sarah :)24 April 2019

Slow but friendly service

They are ok. I didnt know the exact part I needed and from experience I know other places would go and look they wanted me to go to it. Not a horrible thing but Id rather go somewhere with a higher level of service.

Paid over phone to order a part to avoid a long drive twice. Said part would be in Wednesday. Come in Wednesday evening and the part is not there. Must make another long drive to pick up part. Was told to talk to Robb if I had a problem with it. Thanks for wasting my time and keeping a car on my lift waiting on a part!Update:Changed rating to 4 stars. They delivered the part to my work free of charge the next day. Thanks Napa.

Fast service

You cant go wrong by visiting this NAPA Auto Parts. They didnt have the specialty part I needed, however they did tell me what I could do to fix my problem. I got my problem solved for my car and it was a reasonably priced solution thanks to the friendly Folks at Napa.

The store attached to the warehouse seems to stock everything because there is a warehouse attached! Friendly people work here! Good service and great quality parts!

It was a trial in patience. A item was ordered and paid for last week. It came in today. It took several tries and suggestions before they were able to locate the box. It was clearly labled.

Had a bad experience with shopping online and picking up in-store here. No one could find the order number or items and werent super helpful in helping me reshop the order again. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing.

I believe their parts are as good or better than factory, Gallimore Dairy road has the most knowledgeable crew, Eric was great other management seemed like dicks.

Unlike a lot of other places the people here actually know everything they need to to give you the great service that you expect from a car parts place.
