I bought battery in January for my pick up it kept dying my son finely put another battery in and I took this on back they said it took charge and was good. Well they lost my battery so they had to give me new but the never look at when we talk. But is all good

Never answers phone when I called, multiple times. Waited at front to be checked out for a good while and finally left after workers saw me and never acknowledged my presence. Terrible customer service and experience.

Advanced is a major franchise the cleanliness was good the service didnt quite apply to me but they were quick to get extra clerks on the counter when it seemed to pick up quickly.

This location is the only place I go to for any & all of my automotive needs. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff with very reasonable prices. The manager, Benji, can answer any question one has about an automotive.

Poor customer service. And there high price 5 year battery that only lasted 2 was not replace for me because I didnt have a record of buying it. Even though it said autocraft gold there brand.

Got everything I needed

Not happy with this store. Gave me wrong product. Didnt give me the correct amount of money back. Instead of exchanging product gave me a refund. Took 30 minutes to do a five minute transaction. Customer service sucks.
