Very friendly and helpful locally family owned store. Happy to talk about options and technology in mattresses. Even suggested we hold off a bit because new mattresses were coming out and we might either like whats new or get a deal on a floor model if we were interested. We wound up buying elsewhere because we found a different one that was more comfortable, but Id be happy to have bought from them.
