Very good experience buying a nice matress today. Excellent sales person who plainly knew his business, gave us pros and cons of his merchandise which we hope allowed us to make informed decision. When asked about better pricing he had the answers. We are very pleased with the transaction. Also, it was no problem having it delivered and the old one removed.

Ken was great and Greg too. The store was clean and there were lots of mattresses to choose from. Lots of brands and styles to see. They took the time to explain payments to us. Ken was very knowledgeable about which mattress is best for an adjustable base. We even got a new free adjustable base with the purchase of a serta pillowtop mattress. They had great attitudes and were friendly and patient. Also held door open and made it easier to navigate the store for my client who was in a wheelchair. They were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had been needing a new mattress. He recently had back surgery so we decided this was the perfect time to shop. We went into Mattress Firm and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The staff asked what we were looking for, so we told him our needs and wants. He showed us several different mattresses, everything from plush, medium and firm plus told us what framed we could match with each bed. We did buy a Sealy Silver Firm and the top notch bed frame. It will be delivered on Monday, May 18th. We are excited to get it and start our try-out period. We feel we both are going to enjoy it. If not, we have up to 28-30 days to exchange it. If delivery, setup and sleeping on it goes as well as the sale - we will be delighted and no more waking up in any type of pain with aches. We will leave another review after about a month. I can’t say enough about the nice and personable staff that assisted us.

We had a wonderful experience at this Mattress Firm location in Hickory this past Saturday. Milton was amazing and took excellent care of us. Our mattress was a 12 year old pillow top, so to say the least we were in desperate need of a new mattress. The only thing we knew for sure is that we didn’t want a pillow top again, other than that we really didn’t know what we wanted. Milton was so nice and knowledgeable, and provided us lots of good information to help us make an educated decision. He was very patient as we tried out numerous beds, asked lots of questions and bounced back and forth with trying to make a final decision. He even worked with us in terms of our budget and the price point we were trying to stay within, while still getting us the mattress we wanted so that we were not just settling. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service Milton provided to us. I had kept putting off mattress shopping because I was dreading it and expecting it to be a frustrating and miserable shopping experience, but Milton actually made it enjoyable! He was so nice, helpful and never made us feel pressured at all. We purchased our new mattress on a Saturday evening and the mattress and base was in our home within 46 hours, delivered the following Monday afternoon. I was shocked at how quick and easy the delivery was as well. Last night we had one of the best and most comfortable nights of rest that we have had in years. I can only hope that the long term quality and durability of our mattress will be as excellent as the service and shopping experience Milton provided. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!

Bed frame is just what I was looking for on July 4th. My daughter and I were told that it would arrive the next day during the afternoon. I called and was told it was not there and I would get a call. My daughter and son-in-delayed vacation for one day to use a truck to pick up the frame. By 3:30 my daughter called and was told that he never said that. He was rude and denied all conversation. The manager said if I still wanted it that it could be here on July 9th for pick up. Or I could have free setup and delivery on July 16th. That leaves me sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I am 74 years old and recently widowed I do not appreciate being treated this way. As for the adjustable frame I need health wise I cannot comment because it has not arrived as promised
