First time ever needing to stop at Harbor Freight. We had to ask for help to find the items we came in for, the woman was very helpful, knew exactly where the item was that we needed! Very nice staff at the registers and super helpful! Ill be back!

Wrenches few creepers. And always replace or give money back and I put tools through all 9 gates of hell had my home set of sockets last over 10yrs now few have broke due to extreme issues or stress but to be expected by any brand

Harbor freight is a good place to shop. It is what it is. By that I mean its cheap they have an amazing selection of tools. Plus a lot of items youre probably not going to find anywhere else. But they dont have a lot of employees and theres usually only one or two of them that know much about what youre looking for. But I wouldnt let this stop you from shopping there because you can find some amazing deals on things that you might need.

Good place for cheap tools and supplies. I get saw blades, drill bits, and grinder wheels here. A lot cheaper than building supplies. They have a wide variety of tools. Mechanic tools, electrician tools, etc. employees are nice and helpful. Shelves are stocked good and it seemed really clean. They always have tent sales outside as well. I would recommend stopping by this location for sure. We will be back.love this place.

I went here to check out a palm nailer. I works pretty good in tight spaces. The downside is, it likes frequent oiling. Its handy working on Joists or Rafters when there is limited space. Even the wife could run it.

Located just about anywhere anymore this one happened to be on my way home and I need to pick up. First time to this store and found to be bigger and brighter and frankly better laid out then some of the other ones Ive been to recently as always the staff were friendly and helpful just like any of the Harbor Freight location

I really like my harbor freight tool stores. However im aggravated at the earlier closing time. Didnt go earlier because i thought they closed at 8 only to find out they now close at 7

Used to be the best tool store in town, but ever since they took the catalogs, you no longer get the 20% discounts unless youre a track club member. I really hope corporate makes a change VERY SOON before the store gets run into the ground!!!!

Affordable and Huge selection of Items

As much as I can I try to shop Harbor Freight over big name stores. Anything Ive ever bought from them has been good quality and most hand tools have a lifetime warranty, just simply bring back and get a new one on the spot! Great prices on double A batteries and honestly on everything in the store.

So i bought a black 72” roller tool box in December. Paid in full. I was quoted 2 weeks. Called back 3 weeks later and get told itll be beginning of march (another 2 months). Call back march 1st and get told march 12th (2 more weeks). Call back march 12th and grt told march 15th (3 more days) so youd think were close right? Nope called back march 17th and got told april 29th so another month and a half and no one can seem to tell me why it takes 5 months to get a tool box i already paid for and was originally quoted 2 weeks to get.

Need a manager to call me or someone from corporate. Was never told when I bought my box that there was a delay. I have waited 6 weeks today now just got off phone with manager and there saying another month!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Ooooo but you sure did send that first bill and wanting your payment!!! Very discouraged with how shipments are being handled!!!!!!

As far as tools for a decent price. Its a great place to go if youre a hobbyist and some for the intermediate worker. Ive spend a few hundred dollars here and more than most of the tools I buy are still in working condition. They do except returns and have a decent knowledgeable staff that can help you find what youre looking for.

Needed to buy a carrier with ramps for the back of my Jeep to carry my husband’s wheelchair on. They had one in stock and I desperately need it. Offered to pay for it and the lady said no. She was borderline rude and had no compassion. She said if I was on my way she would hold it. Guess what....I have a husband who is ill and I can’t just walk out the door.

I love shopping at Harbor freight! They always seem to have a sale going on with really good deals on their already reasonably priced tools and such. We get their catalog in the mail and it has free merchandise coupons with the purchase of any item. They have more than just tools, from gloves to fire extinguishers, security camera equipment, solar panels, and tarps. Definitely a good place to shop on a budget!

Very broad selection of tools and they also have a little toy section in the back and the prices are very well priced and have a lot to choose from.

Always love / hate going into hft. They have so much great stuff at even greater prices I want to buy everything (hence the hate). Definitely one of my favorite stores.

Its a good place to get DEALS. Now is it a place to get true mechanic/ full time SHOP tools? Well...no, of course not.For tools to use occasionally around the home shop, cant go wrong with most of the items here.I hope thats a decent summation. Enjoy.Oh yeah, trailer lights, vehicle to trailer wiring harness, furniture pads,...ALL kinds of those things, its a good store for those items for sure!

Pretty good prices on some things. If you r a contractor or use the tool alot, i would probably spend a little more and get a better tool. Also some of the tools that use a battery pack they are not included in the box and have to purchase the tool the battery pack and charger which can get expensive

Went to get a drill and a metric tape measure. Found the drill quick and at a good price. The tape was a bit of a stretch. They had a keychain tape in metric or a 150yrd double metric and imperial. So if you need a regular tape they have a wall of them just not in metric. I love harbor freight!

Far and above Northern Tool just down the street. Less expensive on same quality items. The check out person was more friendly also.

Great place for bargain tools. They arent the same quality as some better known brand but for a shade tree mechanic they are more than good enough. Harbor Freight allows the home mechanic to buy some professional type tools for affordable prices to do jobs that they couldnt in the past. My go to place for tools.

This place has everything you need at an excellent price.

I stop here quite frequently passing through Hickory. They have a nice slection of tools. All of it is cheap Chinese stuff, but the prices are great. I will not buy any power tools from Harbor Freight, but I buy a lot of hand tools. All of Pittsburgh sockets, ratchets, wrenches, etc have a lifetime warranty. Years ago they were complete junk, but in the last 5 years or so Pittsburgh tools have became pretty decent.

This is the right place to go when you need that tool that you dont have that you dont want to spend an arm and a leg for but you wanted to do the job and its awesome that I got a place nearby to go Harbor Freight best for us little guys at home if has small projects, the help there is cant wait to show you where your what youre looking for just ask just ask!

Good discounts and coupons. Some free items with a coupon. Some items returned have a restock fee but it is printed on receipt. Often slow check-outs. Overall I have had very good experiences. You ought to pay them a visit. Gary

Walked around for at least 30 mins and not once did an associate ask if we need any help. I mean come on now do you really need 3 associates standing at one register. Absolutely no one on the floor with 50 plus shoppers
