Was just in yesterday, had amazing help from the staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get a banger and made sure I was getting the right one for my piece at home I had no clue there was a difference between a 45 and a 90 degree until the woman with orange hair explained the difference to me and showed me what they were talking about. Without them I would have walked out with something I could not use. Very thankful to have such a lovely shop in the mix of all the bad ones there are. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back soon!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new vape and smoke shop like the one I went to upstate, and I have to say out of all the other smoke shops in the hickory area that I’ve been to, this one has been best by far. I came in my first time last week and needed a whole new rig. The dude with the headband hooked me up! He had me set up with a whole piece, an extra banger, a carb cap, a tool, and a jar container for my wax all under $100!All of the workers that have helped me in my few trips there so far have been beyond helpful as well!

Not sure who I spoke to. But the way he was I think High Life has lost my business for good. I called regarding the 3 coils I bought (as I do every week). They are starting to burn after 12 hours. Since all sales are final, I’m SOL with that.He kept trying to tell me my vape was for salt nicotine only.I specifically said I needed a vape that was for freebase juice when I bought it 6 months ago. They said the novo 3 took BOTH kinds of juice. Now on the phone he wanted to act like it’s because my vape is for salt nic only? Even when I explained to him my coil pods have never done this. He said it might have been they are manufacturing them different now? Which makes zero sense - both my mom and dad use the same exact vapes with freebase juice.I’m just going to go to a different shop after work and get a new vape and coils because he was so condescending acting like it was ME who messed up. I didn’t even care about returning the coils, I just wanted to know why my coils were doing that for the first time in the 6 months I’ve had this vape.When I bought it I was told I could use freebase and also bought freebase juice with the faulty coils this past weekend. I asked him why they didn’t say anything when I bought my juice if the coils are for a salt nic only vape. He said “I don’t know I wasn’t there”. Obviously. I’ve been going there for 3 years now religiously but this nonsense has me ending that promptly today.

I was having a horrible day and broke my bowl so I stopped in to get a new one. Sam helped me with everything and answered all my questions, I ended up leaving with more than a bowl lol The staff here is fantastic! Sam, Taylor, and Rylan all deserve raises!! I mean Ive been shopping there for 5 plus years, I like the employees. The company itself though, sometimes sells you bad quality products, most notably, the disposable vapes. Sometimes a $20 vape burns out by the 4th drag. The employees are not at allowed to return or even trade for another. Ive wasted over $100 with this company.

Earlier this week I bought a Stinger 5X Instant Detox kit(For almost 40$, online theyre around 15$) I still have the receipt, box, and all. I followed the instructions to the absolute T, I called the helpline they have on the box. I failed my test. When I called them to get my money back for a product that simply didnt work I was told I couldnt do that and I must have done something wrong, because the manager there has used them personally, and has NEVER had an issue with them. Also that he has people buy them repeatedly and no body has ever complained. Now this simply cannot be true. There are MANY reviews for this product with a good amount saying that it doesnt work. Unfortunately I saw the price tag/reviews after purchasing it. Ive bought pieces, juice, ashtrays, etc from this store. All Im asking is for a refund on a product that did not work. An overpriced product that I naively thought would come with some sort of quality assurance and courtesy. 40$ may not be a lot to a big chain store, but it is to me. And now because I had a surprise test, I will have to take 20 hours of a class that will be 40$ an hour. This test failing is going to cost me 800$. Will never come back and will actively recommend others dont as well.

I love this place so much. Its the only place I know of that carries the iced Heisenberg juice in a 12mg of nicotine. Always exceptional service and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Im definitely a loyal customer.

This is one of those places where they literally SCREAM at you at the door to put your mask on BUT they absolutely have no problem to take their mask off in order to use their vape.Double standard? Go figure.5 employees inside, but not overly interested in helping a customer.Liquid is over there, pick one.I dont think Ill be back here again, even if offered stuff for free.Save yourself a headache, avoid this place as I did, just took their business to their competition.Never again.

I would like to put a negative star for review. Never have I been talk to the way the girl in front and manager Talked to me. To be in a customer service career they sure don’t belong there. I bought a product opened it walking to my car it did not work. Walked straight back in and they said final sale, And that it’s very common for their vapes to be duds. I told her why sale a product and not tell customer that they need to try it first, why even sale it if you got a bad shipment of duds. I don’t see how people with such bad attitudes and sneaky agendas are allowed to keep their jobs. To sale product knowing they have a high chance of not working and pushing them out the door so sale can be final is Unacceptable.

Overall a very nice store with all of the pieces in sight. The employees are informative. My only complaint is that i bought a device that was close to 300 dollars and only lasted 6 months. Probably a defect but choose carefully what you buy.

I was actually raving to a friend about how much I liked, High Life, before walking in and being bombarded by the 3 employees with, Ya, gotta Wear a mask! When I said I didnt have one & I dont wear one l, due to a medical condition, they told me to leave unless I had asthma. Im at one of your locations every week and I have been for a couple years. Maybe do 3 minutes of training with your employees so they understand what the ADA is and the LAWS involved. I will never return to your store and I hope others with medical conditions see this and refuse to return to your store as well.

Me and my fiance went in to get new vapes and I got the one I have been wanting for awhile. We where told that it should have some charge so after we left the store(not even 10mins later) we put it on charge and put juice in it. I gave it a few mins to charge before I turned it on, well when I tried to turn it on we got a message battery error multiple times. My fiance called the store and they said they couldnt do anything for us because I had put juice in the tank. We got lucky to find a shop in the area that would replace it for us and honor the warranty that we had.

Went in with my girlfriend to get e-juice. My girlfriend was helped immediately and quickly. Me, on the other hand, I asked a question got a fair answer but then the person helping me just walked away back to the table they were sitting at. Mildly annoyed, my girlfriend and I just walked out.

Terrible customer service. Went in to buy a vape in the afternoon didnt get any kind of help. When I asked him to pull out a mod so I could feel it I didnt get any kind of acknowledgement from the guy behind the counter talking to his friend. I left and bought a great vape from the very helpful guys at the smoke shop up on McDonald Parkway next to Sheetz. Save yourself some time and go there first.

The manager there, Taylor doesnt know what coils go to which vapes. Sold me falcon coils when I needed falcon 2 and I told her falcon 2 coils. Kind of need to know youre way around coils if youre the manager. If you dont know coils I dont believe you should be a manager because could make up over half of daily sales.
