O.M.G. I purchased a pair of sunglasses in April 2018. The right arm broke off as I was taking then off of my face, approximately 6-8 months after purchase. Luxottica offered me a 50% discount on a replacement pair of sunglasses. I dont believe that is a fair offer. I tried to communicate with Sunglass Hut and tell THEM, about my issue, but to no avail. I communicated back with Luxottica and was sent an email link that I was told would communicate with Sunglass Hut and an area manager would contact me within 3 business days. Bull sh&%. Ive been emailing since October, and I havent gotten a return call, to tell me to go to hell, or nothing. The area manager at the Sunglass hut should be fired. I did finally speak with another Luxottica rep and requested to speak with a supervisor. She said she would resubmit my claim. Ill continue to wear Ray Ban and I guess patronize Luxottica, but Sunglass Hut? Forget about it. Im a 20+ year customer of Sunglass Hut and Ive probably spent $2000 during that time. And now Sunglass hut is treating me like hearing and/or trying to address my concern ISNT worth their time and effort. Other Sunglass Hut locations may be good, but Hickory, NC has ruined them all for me.
