We purchased both my engagement and wedding band here as well as my husbands wedding band. They were friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. There was some confusion about the lifetime warranty when I had to get my engagement ring fixed due to a computer error but it got sorted out.

I recently visited Kay Jewelers in Hickory, NC and had the most amazing experience! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to all of their customers! I visited the store multiple times this week looking for the perfect gift and each time I was greeted with smiles and such a welcoming environment. They truly treat you like you have been friends forever and are so fun to work with and a pleasure to be around! I will never do business anywhere other than Kay’s! Thank you ladies for the most wonderful jewelry shopping experience I’ve ever had! ❤️💍🍾 PS: If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would!

I put a ring on layaway back in early February and I was going to get the ring out March 25th when they were running a 35% off sale. COVID came and all the stores shut down and I wasn’t able to purchase at that sale price so I decided to wait for the next sale. Unfortunately they decided to cancel all layaway services on Sept 1st. That was fine that’s how business goes..they told me I’d receive a check in 2 weeks.. long story short almost 3 months later and many visits to the store and calls to their customer care line I still do not have my money and everyone it’s the same response. I should have my check in 2 weeks and they are sorry. This is the worst customer service. And I will never do business with them again.

Went to get my daughter a gift for her 18th birthday and the store was very busy. Everyone was very nice and kept reassuring me that someone would be with me shortly. When someone did wait on me they listened to what I was looking to get and she showed me several options in my price range. My daughter loved the ring. The ladies were so awesome, will be back soon for something else real soon.

Im glad to say that when I stopped by the Kays Jewelry inside Valley Hill Mall I was help by Annmarie. She was wonderful and very honest with me and that is what I like. She was also very kind, thoughtful and patient. She help made my decision very easy. Totally recommend her next time you go visit Kays!

I bought my wife a wedding band at Zales many years ago, after having it inspected twice a year for more than 10 years a small stone fell out... Needless to say they denied warranty.I went to Kay to see if they could help me with my wifes ring, after they helped me I explained my plan was to buy a bit larger ring to give my wife this year also. Zales missed another sell.Kay Jewelers will have my business from here on. Hagen sold me another ring and sent my wifes old ring off to be repaired and the ring came back beautiful. Hagen is a great sales person and is very passionate about the quality of what she sells. My wifes new ring had a small issue with a small stone after a week of owning it... Hagen sent it back for repair and kept us aware the small amount of time it was gone. That is proof that Kay Jewelers appreciate the customers they have earned. Great job.

I have been coming to this Kay Jewelers for 20 + years and have had no problem from this store. Nor the manager/employees . I have come away with great products and some great friends. I would recommend this store to anyone. Just call or go in and ask for Annmarie. She will help you with whatever you are needing.

The experience in store wasnt amazing, we were shopping for wedding rings and were treated like they didnt believe we could afford them or something along those lines, my husband insisted we go ahead and get the ones we like despite the attitudes and they did a leasing through progressive leasing and it has been a nightmare. It automatically drafted and the first 2 payments we had no issues then we get a call in December saying they didnt get the payment (shows on our bank account) but we set a catch up payment anyway and then we get a call today saying the payment didnt go through, checked bank account and it shows they didnt even draft it, the guy has called from delaware, ohio and new hampshire so thats pretty shady in itself. We set another payment today and supposedly they got it. We will see.If youre purchasing I advise AGAINST progressive leasing, if we werent in a rush, we wouldve just went to an entirely different jewelry store and skipped the mess this place has been.

They only get 1 star because I cant give zero stars. They are horrible there. Never pick up phone, very understaffed, didnt repair my girls bracket I paid for and had to send back, helped a woman that cut in front of me after I waited 20 min and she waited 5. Looking for that next sale and the could give a rats ××× about repairs over sales. Not right people

THIS PLACE WAS FREAKIN AMAZING!!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and helped me out the multiple times I went in. I am a very indecisive person, and every time I came in everyone was so helpful. They worked with me to pick out not just mine, but also my fiancé’s wedding bands.They are wonderful here and I will continue to give them my business.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. The workers are always rude. My mom ordered a ring and the manager was rude to her when she came 2 months later to get the ring and they cancelled the order without telling her why. She said that she didn’t want it and they redid the order anyway and called and said it was there even though she didn’t want it. my mom got me earrings for my 19th birthday and I went home to find that post to the earrings were bent and I wasn’t able to wear them. My mom has shopped here since 1998 and this is the WORST service she has ever had. Not sure what has been going on in the past couple months.

THIS STORE LOST MY WEDDING RING. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSE WHERE! Not only did they lose my wedding ring but their customer service is absolutely AWFUL! I have called multipule times to try to get an update on what is going on and it takes them 30 minutes of constant calling to pick the phone up. I just want to know what is being done! It has almost been a week since they have told me my ring was lost and I still have no awnsers. The manager personally told me she would call me every day, even if it was from her own cell phone because the store was busy and that was the last time I talked to her 4 days ago. You do not want to be in my position feeling like nothing is being done about the loss of one of your most prized possessions. Please go somewhere else. Buy local so the jeweler can fix your problems with your ring in the store and doesnt have to send it off somewhere to be fixed if something goes wrong with it. And go somewhere that truly values your ring. Kays does not value you or your ring! They are treating me like Im less than a number like I dont matter at all when they are the ones who lost my WEDDING RING!! They place so much advertisement on their Jewelry and wedding rings like it is the most important thing in the world... But obviously that is all for show to make their sales because mine doesnt matter to them at all!

Promised me if I bought a ring it would be back from getting sized in two weeks or less. It didnt make it then when it did the girls there didnt even call. When I tried to call them it took 3 hours to get someone to answer then they asked me to hold and hung up on me before I could even ask about it. I would never recommend this store to anyone. If you want to get it from kays order it online or drive to Morganton because this place has the worst customer service of anywhere Ive ever dealt with
