I had a great experience last Friday. After a long wait finally got a new car! Franklin Artigas went above and beyond my expectations. He truly helped me find what I wanted. He is a true professional and a great seller that really cares for you a your needs! If you go to Toyota Headquarter I recommend you go directly to him. 5 stars for me.
I have mixed feelings regarding this dealer. We bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from here. On day two of owning the car, we noticed that the air conditioning wasnt working properly. I called the salesman and he told me to bring it in so I did. They received the car and after one hour and a half wait, the salesman told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. He said that, since it was an older car, the A/C was not going to work as it should ever again.Also, we were told that the car had a little accident on the front right side but was nothing of consequence. However, after having the car for over a year, I can tell the car had multiple accidents all around its body. Additionally, the car has many spots of leftover overspray of a very poor quality paint job. Also, the trunk does not close properly. When it rains, the trunk and everything that is inside gets wet.I wish that, when we bought the car, the dealer would have been more transparent and straightforward regarding the cars condition.At least mechanically speaking, the car works fine. It takes me from point A to point B.In the future, we would consider getting another Toyota. But, I do not know if I would come back to this dealer.
Do not work with this dealership. SET Toyota distributors should be ashamed to work with this dealership. Price gouge 12k above sticker asked to do a pre qualifying befor quote. I do not recommend working with places like this cause they hurt your credit score and gut you on the price. Telling me its sold when its still listed instead of just saying we want to try get 12k above sticker. Sad when your sales team dosent have integrity to just be honest.

I went in today for a service repair and I was treated so bad by a salesman named Sergio. He approached me as I was waiting for my car to be fixed. He asked me what car I had, I explained to him I bought a used car fourth months ago. Sergio proceeded to tell me that I could pay the same monthly amount for a new car.I told him I was willing to trade it in if I didn’t have a higher monthly payment. He said that it was possible and it obviously wasn’t. He called my mom and I crazy for not getting a newer car. He also made a sarcastic joke by saying “God bless us” since we didn’t pay for warranty/insurance through them.Sergio is the worst salesman I have ever met. I will not be coming back here ever again!!

To be honest until today I did not have the best opinion of customer service, but today Karen Ruiz gave a 360 degree turn to my opinion, because her attention to us and all the clients were there was super excellent, if I could give more than 5 stars I would do it, congratulations to the toyota for hiring her, I hope they keep it for long time.
This dealership has horrible customer service. I purchased a Toyota Corolla 2020 and they did not mention that the batteries for this vehicle are faulty from factory. When i took it back to get serviced they told me they could not do anything about it because the batteries were on back order, when i asked about the ETA they have no idea. I have to jumpstart my NEW car every single day this is unacceptable and they still have yet to resolve my problem it’s been 3 weeks. So please do me and yourself a favor DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM HERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
Just walked into Headquarter Toyota after talking back and forth with Mario for an extended period of time. To only be passed off to a kind lady that had no idea that was going on. However, that wasn’t the worst part because not only did I come in to be passed off to another salesperson. But, I was LIED to that they had the car that I wanted in stock for today. I don’t know how Mario has positive reviews on this review page at all. All he did was wasted my time and insult my intelligence. I guess that’s what happens when you give jobs to people who have little to no education in people skills. Sorry for being brutally honest but the truth is the truth. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location and ask for Mario.

Worst Customer service! The car was left to be fixed at the collision center, and after 40 days, they always promise the car to be ready for the next day and never was. Every day they make excuses saying something happened. The last time they told me that I was waiting for a liquid to be put on the shields, I said I w get without it, then they finally said tome that the car was not assembled yet. The only way to get the car back was to wait for the whole day in their office. I even lost one day of work if not I would be waiting indefinitely! If you have option look for another place.. Don’t trust on them just because they are Toyota... Never again!

Mr. Ray Grimalt & Justin Sierra from Headquarters Toyota are the only reasons my car is not exchanged for a Nissan!Prior to going to Headquarters, I went to 3 other dealerships FIVE TIMES about a noise coming from my passenger window.My 6th visit was at Headquarters Toyota. I had EVERY PLANS to never choose Toyotas again and exchange my vehicle for a Nissan this weekend if nothing was done.They listen, check the problem, took the door and mirror apart and found the problem. Beyond thankful for them as the noise was driving me in a rage everytime I was in the car for more than 10 minutes.
On May 3, 2021 I had gone to change my 4 Camrys tires at this location, made a payment of 588.22$ and just 8 minutes after leaving the right rear tire popped. Once getting out to check what happened I realized that not only a tire popped but also a huge bubble was formed in the right front tire. Thankfully, my 2 toddlers and I were good since I was driving on the street. I called the original Toyota service advisor who’s name is Juan Carlos Rodriguez and he said he will send some people to fix the problem. Once they arrived they placed a spare tire and suggested taking the car back to the shop. After been unable to go to work Juan stated that the “problem was fixed” and that I would never have an issue like that. On May 4, 2021 ( literally the next day) as I was driving on the highway with both of my toddlers once again the left rear tire popped, lost control of the vehicle and almost got into a car accident. It is truly unfortunate to deal with a situation like this when it could have been prevented if they would have done their job right. That horrific moment would never be erased. My advise to you is go change your tires at Walmart or Costco it’s much more cheaper and you don’t have to deal with none of these foolishness.

I Went to this Toyota interested in buying a RAV4. Like any other buyer, I went to do my homework in regards to the vehicles they had available. The first thing is that a group of salesmen at the door did not even seem interested in helping me, I had to reach out to one of them for some help. However, this guy had the nerve to tell me that he would not waste his time showing me around if I was not going to buy at that moment, as they work by commission.For some reason they thought I was not going to buy and just decided to brush me off. No assistance at all. I felt disregarded and disrespected. I ended up taking my business to WESTON Toyota where I got the attention and the RAV4 I was looking for.

Poor sales service. They publish a car in the website and tell you is available. When you get there they tell you is not available anymore and they try to sell you another car and put you on a loan. That happened to me and one week later the car I wanted is still available in their website.AVOID this dealer.
I requested a specs sheet for the car I was interested in, and the sales person helping me never gave me a reply back.

Julio Martinez helped me while at Toyota and I couldn’t have asked for someone better! He answered all my questions and concerns while having great charisma. I’ll definitely ask for him when I go back and will recommend him as the salesperson to all my friends.
This was pre-COVID. I went in for a basic oil change on a Sunday. It was nice and clean. There was WiFi so I was able to do some work on my computer. It didn’t seem like a long wait since I was occupied. I also planned on getting my windows tinted, but they only provide that service on the weekdays. Overall, it was a good experience even though I felt my service was rushed. I hope they rotated my tires, but there is no way for me to tell for sure. I prefer to go to Hollywood Toyota, but that location is too far. Headquarter Toyota is the next nest thing when it comes to getting your car serviced on a Sunday.

Went in on Sunday and my daughter purchased a car but I questioned the financial representative on what he was doing and how he was having us sign the paperwork. He blew with off saying that he was correct. We left with the car but I still had the nagging feeling. So I called another Toyota place and it turns out I was correct. I have now placed 4 calls to them asking to speak with the General Manager. I was transferred to an extension that no one answered and I called back again and was hung up on not once not twice but 3 times. I called back blocking my number and the guy answered and when I said who I was again and how they keep hanging up on me he stated they are having phone issues. He requested I leave my number and the manager will call me back in 5 minutes. Well that was at 11:55 am and it is now 1:05pm and I’m still waiting on call from General Manager. Mind you they did have the Sales Rep call me right away but like I told the Sales Rep it has nothing to do with him. The financial Rep is the first be who was dishonest and I want to speak with the General Manager. I understand everyone wants to make money but they need to be honest with their service when dealing with customers . I will see how long it takes for the GM to return my call to see if we can come to some type of resolution regarding their dishonesty!

Great, fast, affordable! I asked for a same day appointment, they were able to take me in within 30 min and completed the basic service in a bit less than 2 hours. My bill was LESS than $200 so in my opinion, its a win no matter how you slice it .Definitely a great experience.

After talking to Juan Carlos and explaining to him the features I needed in a Rav4, I asked him for an out the door price and inventory availability, I explained that I was going to drive there from far away and I wanted an honest information. When I got to the place, nobody knew who he was, finally when I called his cellular he came with a sales lady to show me the cars, the inventory was only one black car, he new I didn’t want dark colors, when this new sales person gave me the prices, there was nothing close to the prices he gave me, a lot more expensive. My husband and I are very disappointed and we talked to the manager so this doesn’t happen to other people. Honesty must be always present, is a number one if you are job is in sales.
My wife and I are extremely happy with the service provided to us at headquarter Toyota. Juan Gomez, went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal on our new cars and did not rush us during the process. He was very attentive to what we wanted and made sure to find us the exact cars we were looking for. The rest of the team was excellent including the manager Julio. This is honestly the worst location. Ive been trying to reach someone for about 2-3 weeks about my cars key fob and have called in multiple times to never get any help. No one ever knows where to transfer me and when I do reach someone, they dont know what to do & send me off to a voicemail. I am beyond frustrated at this point because my car wont turn on because the key fob battery keeps dying. I bought my car here and it was great when I did. But now this issue makes me believe they just want to make the sale and never have to deal with the customer again.
