My husband and I came in to the dealer with very little hope to be honest. Then we met an angel by the name of Alexander. He was polite, helpful, and most important HONEST!! Within two hours we picked a new car and walked out fully financed paying less than $100 more a month!! I stopped by Benji Hialeah this past weekend to see a 2018 Mercedes that was I very serious about purchasing. My boyfriend and I were greeted by a salesman with a cigarette in his hand and a dingy, dirty dress shirt. The car itself was beautiful and had all of the features I was looking for; however, when I requested a copy of the Auto Check to review the history of the vehicle, the salesman and manager immediately began to act defensive and unprofessional, questioning “why” I wanted the documentation. First red flag. After explaining that I was a serious buyer with a large cash down payment who simply wanted to ensure the quality of the vehicle I was looking to purchase, the manager stated my request would cost him money—as if I, a potential customer, was not worth investing in. Second red flag. I asked for a purchase agreement to determine the cost of the car out the door & the salesman tried to trick me into signing a credit application that clearly stated I was authorizing him to pull my credit—which I was not. After 15 minutes of running back and forth & being unhelpful, he finally provided me with a purchase agreement that was $9,000 higher than the listed price, not including tax & title. Long story short, customer service at this location is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’d rather buy a raggedy car from a salesman with top notch customer service before buying an amazing car from an unprofessional, dishonest salesman any day. I would never recommend Benji Hialeah unless this kind of service is what you’re seeking. Take your precious time and money elsewhere.

How come their first action is make you fill a credit application? Before We even test drive the car? Hit my credit If I don’t even know if I like the car?! My credit is about 700...and I have good down payment...But the price of the car online was $7k less than actual price at the store...they said “finance price”. And that’s because I called before I drive 40 miles to their dealership. Worse experience as possible...please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, it salesman and the most important...his Manager at Hialeah location.

I would give 0/10 for this dealer, It was the worst dealer ever. I was there since 10 am to 3 pm seeing cars. I wanted to buy a Mercedes which was listed for $23,400 and I want to buy it in cash. After we agreed on price, the manager came and start saying that the car was sold to another person. Today I checked with them, the car still there but they increase the price and make it $27,999. So they lied to me and told me that someone bought the car, but they were lying and the car was still availible but they increased the price. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. There goal is to lie to your face and steal your money. Robert, the sales manager lacks respect and maturity. He lied to me 3 times.. told me to bring in 1500 for my down payment and then when I get there with the money, lies again, and tells me to come back the next day as the bank is closed. All because they cant either say my credit doesnt qualify or I would need a different car. This business is only interested in your money, and not you as a customer. DO NOT BUY HERE. Save yourself and go to a more reputable business thats known in the South Florida region rather then waste your money, yet alone time trying to get a car here - You will regret it. Kim who sells through the facebook platform provides inaccurate information just to get you to leave your house and into those doors.. nothing she says is valid or true.Nothing about this business is legitament and the truth needs to be told.Dont, I repeat, dont, sign papers with this dealership unless your desperate for a vehicle - theres so many better ones out there. Buyer BEWARE!!!! First, no one should write a review as soon as they purchase a vehicle. Give it a little bit of time and feel out the car. This dealership uses the bait and switch tactic. All they want is your money and once you drive off the lot....forget about it. The cars they sale are horrible and the vehicle reports are not always correct. The lenders they work with are predatory. It really is a shame of how they take advantage of hard working people. When shopping for a vehicle they are your best friend and are always available. However, if you have a problem with the car you can’t reach anyone. They blind transfer you and you find yourself leaving voicemails and never receiving a call back. The vehicle I purchased was pure trash. It was a 2017 with about 40k miles and about two weeks later it started making noises. Instantly, I knew I had made a mistake. The paperwork was shady and I didn’t catch that until later on. I didn’t leave the dealership with any relative paperwork pertaining to the vehicle. Nothing with the VIN number or a copy of the buyers order. They did manage to give me a slip of how to make the payment. Everything else was supposed to come in the mail. My name was misspelled and my phone number was wrong. I didn’t catch this until later. Maybe that’s why I never received a call about my tag. Looking back, the process was rushed. It was my first major car purchase and I admit to overlooking the process.Long story short, do you research and read ALL of the reviews. The 5star reviews are fake and/or done by people who purchase vehicles and the dealer asks them to leave a review as soon as they drive off of the lot. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from a shady buy here/pay here lot. The car salesman are sleezy and will do anything for a sale. Including taking advantage of hardworking folks in need.

Was told the car was 3k cash, for a used 204 car, then told a different price when I was going to sign. I was told the car was in good condition, the car didnt even have water and immediately over heated when I drove off, car also had transmission problem. When I told the dealer about it, they took no responsibility for it and I was told it was my problem, horrible customer service, they only cared about making the sale.
