The place doesnt look like much on the outside, but there are really some good quality cars at low prices. Salesman Reiner was very helpful and even came with me to an AutoZone nearby to confirm everything was okay on the vehicle. Be prepared to pay more due to dealer fees and tax/tag/title etc. but the cars are so well priced that youll be happy with what youre paying total for what youre getting.

Went here to look at a truck. But apparently the owner took it home. Not a problem. Made an appointment to see the truck. But when I got there, no truck. The owner still had it. When I asked why the truck wasnt there, the salesman there told me the the person that made the appointment wasnt working today. Even after I asked if he could get the there, he didnt even try. Said I could come back the next day. Dont even bother coming here. Its no wonder the truck has been on the lot for over a year.

Awful!! Drove from Boynton Beach all the way to Hialeah to be bamboozled. Went in to buy a car CASH which was for $3,370. When the sales rep came back from tallying the numbers, the price of the car was $3,800 and the dealer fees were $900.00. Ran out of there like a bat from hell! All the good rating they have is because they make you sign in to your gmail and the sales man tells you if he can borrow your phone and starts rating him self saying all these good things that aren’t even true!! I definitely do not recommend this place!!
I submitted an inquiry on autotrader about a car they had for sale. I received a call the following day and the guy on the phone told me “just come in and check out the car, and test drive it.” So i made an appointment to test the car out, then I drove 1 hour to go look and test drive the car. After looking at the car the guy told me to come into his office before driving it. After waiting roughly 30 minutes in his office he told me I can’t test drive the car because they don’t have plates for the car right now. I have now wasted 2.5 hours at this place. 2 hours of total driving and 30 minutes sitting in his office. Waste of time. These guys don’t want to sell cars or else they would have let me drive it.Best part is, I was extremely interested in the car and if everything checked out on the drive I would have done some paperwork and drove the car home.

Several days prior to making a 2 hour drive to this dealer, we called them about the specific car we were looking at on their site and they told us over the phone that they would work with us on the out-the-door price. The day before making the trip we called again to make sure they had the car still, which they did. We make the drive on a Saturday morning, but when we get there the car is inside the showroom and the outside doors are completely blocked by other cars parked bumper to bumper, and the salesman said we couldn’t test drive it because he’d have to move 15 cars to get it out! I’m sorry, what kind of dealer doesn’t have a car ready when they know someone is very interested and wants to come look at it??? We gave them several days’ notice. Anyway, we inspect the car and note that the back bumper has a large dent and the glove compartment is broken, but we were willing to just repairs those problems. So we sit down to talk about the price, but by the time they got done with taxes, fees, and their $1,450 dealer fee (what??) the out-the-door price was $3,000 more than the price of the car. We reminded them they told us over the phone before we committed to driving 2 hours that they’d work with us on the price, plus the car has damages that would cost several hundred to repair. They would not budge a PENNY! Not even on the stupid dealer fee, let alone the base price of the car. We were ready to write a check at that moment for 100% of the purchase if they worked with us, but the salesman said they wouldn’t negotiate the price now that he knew we were paying cash because they wouldn’t make money on financing. Oh, and by the way, they only spoke Spanish, so my husband was corresponding with them the whole time while I sat there. Things got heated and we ended up walking out of there. Waste of time, gas, and energy. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALER!

This car dealer is nothing but scam. They tell you one thing and then they change their stories. They steal your money as well. They also try to tell you that theyre the manager until its a serious issue then all of a sudden they are not the manager and they start looking stupid. Always run a car fax because they try to cover up all the accidents that all of their cars have. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very bad experience....the sellers there are not professional at all....my experience with a certain seller was the worst...he actually told me that I only qualified for a certain car....there was no other choices due to my credit....at the end my son liked the car....left from dealer with car but after with car for about 2 weeks I come to discover that a 5,000. Dollar used car they sold for 15,000. And after I finish paying it I will be paying 26,000. I do not recommend this place to know one...they are ripoff...also that car was involved in an accident and the seller Yasan told me that it wasnt....tu me to get a lawyer they sell cars with bad tires with bad brakes...and then the person who buys it has to pay out off pocket...

The only reason theyre getting 2 stars because my wife said the car looked like the picture on the website.As far as customer service. Horrible! My wife goes there to see if she likes that car. There was a couple of minor things but not a deal breaker. Its when she ask to test drive the car Is when all hell breaks loose. they denied her a test drive because they wanted her to fill out the application. Whats the point of filling out the application if you test drive the car and dont want it. they give her every excuse in the book. Asking for me and my credit, wondering where was I. When I called furious about what had happen they give me a weak excuse about if everyone test drives the car we would have thousands of miles on it. Really, 2 miles is the cost of doing business . What they didnt know was that she had the cash to pay for the car out right. There was no need. It also questions if they wanted to hide something.

This place is trying to rip you off. They advertise one price, in our case $13,900, then when you get there they jack it up, to $20,000, for us. They may even try to prevent you from leaving. The prices they advertise are not real. If you go to this dealership they will try to screw you over. please do not trust these losers.

The price they give you is NEVER the final price, whether it is financed or bought at the moment. Dont ask for paper work because they dont speak English and will give you the run around. Asswholes who wont lesson to you and than charge your card the wrong amount and wont tell you. When I first dealt with how they scam ppl was them not sending my me my plate when they said they would, which it took me calling them non stop because I had already paid the $300 for the plate when I got the car but it took an hours for one of them to find the paper work that said it was paid for. But I had to call back many times because the kept telling me i have to give them another $300 because they dont know how to keep paper work together. Than when I would ask for receipts they said I HAD to come in person. Than when I came to make my last payment in Miami I swipped my card than they said they would email it to me..... I had to make them print it out. Happy Im done with them. Never coming back! lol updating bc responding that I didnt have issues, when I did, wont change the review. Oh and lets talk about the car bc I saw another review that had some issues: when I got the car had to spend money on spark plugs right away(was missfiring badly), a cabin filter(bc one wasnt in it at all), and new tires (the fronts didnt match the back). Adding to the tire comment the light for the tires were on when I bought the car, was told they just needed air by sales person but come to find out by a machanic that the tires were NOT put on with the sensors.

This car dealer sold me a car that is infested with German roches.. and ive spend 300 + already in repairs my son havent even had for a month..... ima report them to the consumer department division of licensing and all other channels....
I was treated with disrespect as soon as I got out of the car!! The guy that I saw outside greeted me by saying we have rules here and you cant drive any car until we check your credit first.... Soooo I tried to keep calm because the car that I came to look at had 1 owner and a clean car fax from what the internet showed. He then asked what car ate you here to look at. I said the white Dodge Challenger. He told me to look around because Ive already passed it. I looked behind me and yes... I had passed it because I drove in to park and thats how I passed it. So I told the rude salesman I would like to test drive it because if it has problems its no reason to check my credit. I turned around to witness him walking away. No words spoken, no other customers had pulled up, just me and my friend. He then came back out with the keys and said open it up and turn it on and take a look inside. See what your buying. Now Im excited. I mean the car was beautiful inside and out. So I crank it up. It sounds nice. I check it out and tell him I already have a blank check from Navy Federal and no credit check is needed. So can we take it for a test drive now. His response .... I heard you the last 3 or 4 times and the answer is no. We need to fill out paperwork and run numbers to see if you can afford the car first! He got out the car and said follow me. I followed him inside and asked him was there anybody else working that can help me. He sat down and told me nobody else speaks English so nobody will understand me. Nobody else was in the office from what I could see. So I asked him did he have a problem he said no do I.... He then said how much is check for so he can see what he is working with. I asked him can he just give me the total out the door number since the car is listed for $13,329. He told me to use my phone and add 10% plus 900 for dealer fees and I should have the price. Like....now Im doing his job! I then noticed another salesman walk in and I asked him did he speak English. He said yes. He was a younger salesman 22 years old and he greeted me and asked how can he help me today. I got up and walked away from the rude salesman who sits at the front desk on left as soon as you walk in.

If you want horrible service and having the sales man question that a car is too expensive come here. The guy was sarcastic and rude. Didnt even know the actual year of the car. When told we only went to see if the one we wanted was there, he replied very sarcastically that the car didnt exist anymore.

They told me lies about my car I bough it as a clean tittle and when I took it to check if everything was ok with it, the mechanic look on the internet on Show me carfax the website that has all the information about cars and he found out it was rebuilt and at the dealer they told me it was never involved in an accident. I can’t believe I was naïve enough to believe that I wouldn’t eventually encounter a business like this. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Here is a list of the grievances I have with the service I received at G & R Auto: Imposing a non-negotiable $1,400 dealer fee, selling me a car with an expensive electrical defect and refusing to fix it, outright lying about the status of the car title, raising the car’s price $1,000 when I decided to forgo financing the car, deliberately withholding the license plate until after the paper plate’s expiration, and lastly, a rude and confrontational attitude from the only employee that could speak moderate English, Yasan. Do not buy from this dealership, you are far better off going to a real dealership and saving yourself a month of headaches.
