Even the parts guy helped me out with good attitudes all around. Refreshing for a car dealership! Ive bought many new cars, and this one definitely one of my best experiences. I was very pleased when I came to purchase my vehicle a few months I had the best experiences from my salesman Roberto Nova! The process was lengthy but, he was very pleasant, warm and knew his work!I had the opportunity to work with Roberto again a few weeks ago someone had stolen my center hub cap.. Roberto place the order for me, text me when the order was ready for pick up. The most exciting part of this return visit was when I returned to Ford we asked for him and proceeded our journey he found us in the part shop and took over, he got the part, I paid for it, Roberto walked us out to our vehicle and put the part on himself! He gave us excellent service from the very beginning. Remember scumbag dealers like this wanting 20% or more over msrp for a new car. Shop around in other states and areas. There are still decent dealers that will sell at msrp. Just don’t be lazy because it’s close. I hope a lot of these dealers shut down when things get normal. No shame in ripping people off any way they can.

Went to look at a new car, the dealer had marked it up an extra 5k and claimed Ford company did it. A quick call to ford customer service confirmed they do not mark up vehicles and the MSRP is the price the vehicle should sell for; They refused to to budge after I called them on the lie. I dont wont be buying from a dealer that lies to its customers and cheats them.

This month I fully intended on purchasing a vehicle that they had there on the lot. All I needed was a PIN which I was waiting on. The sales rep knew full well that I was intending on purchasing the vehicle. The sales rep even put all my information and purchase form in a folder. The next day when I went to make the purchase, they sold it before I even got there. No communication. No warning. Nothing. The General Manager Yanaisi had even sent me an email asking if I was completely satisfied. Satisfied? With what? The lack of communication? The lack of customer service? My answer is No. Not satisfied. Not the least bit.I would warn all interested in this dealer to go somewhere else. Dont waste your time.

I took my Ford F150 2020 to the dealership ( Gus Machado Ford-service department) last week to fix it after Mike Rodriguez ( service advisor) gave me an appointment for Thursday 15 at 7:30 am. The only conversation I had with Mike Rodriguez was on Monday when a brought the car and he told me I needed an appointment. I told him that the truck had a rear end noise and Mike agreed with me that the truck should be inspected by a mechanic there. On Thursday I was there 7:30 am sharp and the guy who was there receiving the costumer told me that the noise was normal in all the F 150 from 2015 to 2021, so I left because I am a nurse and I have a very busy schedule. First, I do not remember the name of that person but you do not say something like that to a costumer if you are not a mechanic. Second, if someone else doing the same thing you do gave me an appointment, that means that he believes the truck has something and a mechanic should fix it. Third, this truck is totally brand new with less than 20000 miles and should not be making noises. The guy told me that the factory does not tight the differential well and the mechanics there had a case like me before and they could not fix it. I am extremely disappointed because this guys wasted my time and they did not call a mechanic ( the professional who knows) to check the truck. Never but never again I will step into that dealer. The truck is under factory warranty and I going to take it to real professionals now. I do not know what is the point of having a service department there if you do not want to evaluate and fix the cars.

If the sales department is anything like the service department, the company should just shutdown. The service department staff is extremely unprofessional, but I wouldnt expect them to be any better than what they are because of their leadership. The leadership has to set the example. Unfortunately, leadership is setting the absolute wrong example. After reviewing the reviews, apparently, this company was pretty superb a year ago, and even two years ago. It seems to me new leadership came in and tarnished this dealers reputation. I have never dealt with such rude and incompetent individuals, and I definitely never will because I would never return there again.

I had good and bad experiences here. On the good side, you can find the car you are looking for and their prices are decent. However its a matter of whos seller they assign you, there are ones who really wants to help you and then there are others who will treat you according to their preference..The financial associate was by far the worst I dealt with. Know what you are looking for, know what your credit line is at, know what you can afford before stepping in here. Ive sold 3 cars here and bought 2 as well.

Con artists. I have excellent credit, and was told I’d have to pay $700/month for a lease in a Ford Explorer. My mother just took out a lease for $390/month on the same vehicle. I told the salesman Dayton (who was really nice) that is ridiculous. He went to his manager and came back and said He could get into the 400s but it’ll be the base model. I ended up leasing a Mercedes for less than $400/month. Avoid at all costs, absolute rip offThe managers are all con artists

Worse customer service EVER! Went to get an oil change and rotation of tires at 1pm and was told they were too busy and they couldnt do it and they were closing at 3pm. Seriously?? How long can it take to change an oil and rotate tires? It was only 1pm and there were literally 5 car!! Not only they lied saying they were too busy, the guy had an attitude. People want to get paid BUT THEY DONT WANT TO WORK!! They should feel BLESSED they have a job!!

I had a great experience at the dealership, the sales staff was thorough, professional and courteous. I usually have buyers remorse after purchasing a new car, not this time. I got the car I wanted at a better than fair price. I had to come back to the dealership after the purchase to pick up an additional key. Avoid these crooks at all cost.I when to the service department for diagnostic test on my truck for MIL code P025A. I explain to the service manager Gabriel Urbizo that I read the code with my scan tool and replaced the FPCM and no change, then I decided to change the actual FP in the tank and still no change. That was Thursday evening, the next day Friday afternoon I get a call from a Tony (mechanic) telling me that I was a no fuel pressure and he wants to charge $800 JUST to drop the tank and troubleshoot the FP I purchased from there dealership. I was in complete awe that this mechanic didn’t even try to check the integrity of the FPCM and was in rush to drop the tank and double check my work.The best part comes when I come to the dealership and decline there service and get a $175 diagnostic fee, something that they truly didn’t perform if there all they did was use a scan tool to find the same MIL code I thought them to begin with. Do yourself a favor and avoid these Hialeah crooks !

The sales guy was great. He went to bat for me when the dealership didnt want to repair the broken gear shift bezel on the used Expedition I bought there. My sales guy was super helpful and a pleasure to work with.In the end, the dealer and the sales guy did the right thing. They are sending me the part so I can repair the broken gear shift cover.Overall the process was painless to buy a used car at Gus Machados. It was easy to test drive the vehicle and they were helpful in trading my existing truck and gave me a good price.

Gus Machado Ford of Hialeah is a long established iconic vehicle dealership in South Florida.I have leased and purchased many vehicles from this dealer and I continue to rely on their service department. They have well trained technicians and the crew is professional and respectful.If you are like me and prefer to go in the early in the morning I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment online or by phone (usually 4 days in advance.)There are however a couple of things unrelated to Gus Machados quality of service that need to be addressed because they are important and negatively impacted my overall customer experience and review score.The closing of the in-house cafeteria adjacent to the customers waiting area is very sad because it has become a terrible eyesore. The cafe was always nice and clean and offered a convenient way to grab some coffee and a pastry while you waited.Perhaps re-modeling in 2020?Another issue is that the TV volume is set too loud leaving you with two options, go outside or find someone with access to the remote, thats if they can find it ... this is not good at all.But to end on an up-note... They have abundant power outlets in the waiting area which is great for charging your device but no USB ports are available as of this date.The manager and his team are stationed within the waiting area. So its easy to talk to any of them if you were to have issues. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I like that!Otherwise the family restroom is kept clean and fragranced.I truly hope the issues here can be addressed since I will continue to do business with Gus Machado Ford of Hialeah.Happy New Year!

Worst service I have ever received. The service department has got to be hands down the worst when it comes to customer service. I call multiple times only to be put on hold over and over again or transferred 10 times!! for simple questions!! I never received a call to let me know when my car was ready to be picked up and when I called I was very rudely answered with come see tomorrow as if screw it they dont care. I will never bring my car back here again this has got to be the worst dealer experience I have ever received. Do yourself a favor and dont bring your car for service here.

I called and was repeatedly transferred and finally disconnected. I called back 3 times and the receptionist didn’t bother greeting the call she immediately transferred / disconnected my call. Very poor service, find another dealer that cares about your business. If the owner cares to investigate this at all, the calls were made between 10:17 am and 10:21 am on March 10th 2021.

I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a truck from them and it took a week to deliver it to me 4 hours away. Multiple attempts to get a reason or estimated time of arrival got me no where. Finally on the day the truck shipped I was told I would have it that day, which happened to be my son’s birthday. We were excited for the new truck and spent the whole day waiting for its arrival (4 hours away). Only to have the shipping company call at 7pm, from a city over an hour away, to tell me it would be the next day. When I complained and asked what would be done to make it right I was informed that the GM stated I was lucky I got the deal I did and they did not even have to pay for half of the shipping.... very disgusted and disappointed in my experience with this dealership.

No one there knows what they are doing there when they sell you a car. They have a manager named Angel Ledon and gets the Award of The Most Unprofessional, Rude and Disrespectful person in the World. I went teice with the same problem that could have been avoided from the beginning if someone had done their job right. Asked an appointment with the owner and the answer i received was: Imagine He is Gus.... He only comes here once a week. And left without the appointment, a satisfactory answer or a sincere apology. Regrating that i went there to buy my car and definitely not recommending this place at all!

Be careful with fake diagnostics, they will charge you more than $100 for something basic that you already know and usually takes less than 10 minutes I had to wait until three hours and a half even if you have appointment. When i was told that no more than 1 hour and a half. Scammers!

My experience was terrible with a part sale that I did provide all the info needed to get my part and his answer was; I can’t help you, them I went to see the part sales manager witch make me go the next day to get the wrong part, they promised me will call me as soon as the part arrives to dealer, they never call me on top of that they never pick up the phone when I call several times.Enough is enough I have to open a formal complaint after all this cause if they are doing this to me course they are doing it to many others. The drive went to the wrong house to delivery the part and he was Complaining no polite, no professional at all. Do you see why I won’t recommended this place for anything at all? No exaggeration. He is by far exactly what I was hoping for to buy my2016 Manual Scion IM . All I needed was a “Buyers Order”or “Bill of sale” with the “ASKING” price Fees+taxes ETC with a TOTAL OUT THE DOOR. Never knew in my life how hard it was to get that S**** because it personally takes me 2 seconds to make one. I was already approved through my bank 🏦 and knew what I wanted. And Finally (Harold H) made that happen just like I was hoping for and came off the “Total” per what the bank approved me for ! That’s awesome 😎Anyhow long story short great service Quick assistance EXTREMELY HELPFUL TEAM THEY HAVE! Everyone asked if (there is anything they can do for me) . I went to the parts department. Needed to buy some parts for my suv. Went in there a bunch of service agents talking among themselves. Horrible customer service had to wait 5min before I was assisted. And I was the only customer in there. Full of Cubans lots of bureaucracy. Before I even got to the parts department I asked a guy where is the parts department he did not even answer. Avoid this place and go to another Ford.

Had to deal with the Service department. Great customer service.I brought my 2010 Crown Victoria for a steering shaft recall. Team did the work in a pretty efficient way.When they brought the car back, it was driving funny and pulling right.I took it back and alignment has been impacted by the bad shaft.After a talk with the team and customer satisfaction, they accepted to fix this issue as well and stood professional all the way.I will definitely bring my car back here for the upcoming maintenance. Bryant was a great person to deal with.

I went in the other day for a routine oil change and I was helped by Bryant the service advisor immediately I was taken care of and was provided with an estimated time of about 30-1hour. During my visit Bryant made it known my place in line which I thought was great as it showed he valued me as a customer. When I was finally being helped he told me that the tech found a Nail stuck in my tire. I didnt have the time to stay and replace the tire however he offered a patch for the mean time and in about 15 more minutes I was done.. I was very pleased that the service was quick friendly and efficient and I thank Bryant for making it easy to do business here. I will be following up with my tire replacement and for any future needs thanks again

Joel was a pleasure to work with and always made himself available to me. Moreover, we were able to do almost all of the paperwork in advance. Picking up my Escape couldnt have been easier and he took the time to show me many of the features of the vehicle and setup my Ford Pass with me. I first took my car in because the windshield wiper did not work automatically. the car had 34800 miles and still under full factory warranty. after many times of taking it in and ordering parts the dealer and tech said that the windshield was not original so Ford warranty would not cover the costs; therefore I had to pay the dealer $983 for no repair at all. I spoke many times to the only manager that would return my calls Amble Valle and he never try to solve my problem that I explained to him that the windshield was a Ford original.

Very quick, persistent & professional. The only complication is the absurd amount of money I will be paying due to my very young age. But besides the cost, this being my very first car, it drives extremely well & I can not pinpoint any flaw to this vehicle. Before I was able to drive off for the first time, the agents, specially Nestor, showed me the endless perks of my vehicle & did not leave out any valid information relating to my car and payments. I am extremely satisfied with my service done at Gus Machado Ford Dealership and will absolutely be coming back for my next car.

Wow I am blown away by how SLOW the service is here. Made an online appointment for the early morning showed up on time, no one asked about the appointment or tried to help when I rolled up. Asked for all the information I already in put online... so it didnt matter. Then they let me sit for 7 hours in the waiting room while my vehicle just sat there. I complained and they said that it would be a little longer. Later an associate told me I should have complained more. Around closing time they told me they are starting my oil change. Thanks for waisting a day of my life Gus! I will never come back here. Learn how to check in your guests on a first come first serve basis. Learn how to make your online appointments communicate with your service department. For a company that claims to be one of the best Hispanic businesses in the country you sure have a lot to learn.

Richard was very understanding to my needs in looking for a used dependable car for my mother and I. And with the finance agent (didnt catch his name) we came up to a really good monthly payment for the car. I definitely would recommend but be ready to wait, getting your bank approval and all the paperwork done will take a while. Like others have said put a day aside to buy your car.

My experience at Gus Machado Ford Hialeah was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Ronny Sanchez, was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never pushy as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Ford owner My car 2014 F150 is perfect for me...they were able to get me the outside as well as interior colors that I wanted.. very, very happy about that! On the day I received my car, Jose Sanchez the sales manager and Ernesto Llerandi, the finance sales person who did the numbers, were very friendly and courteous and explained all the features of the car and the finance process, Ronny was very patient when going over the navigation system.. and that was very important to me. Ford has a very good user friendly navigation system...VERY happy about this fact, and I have been using it with ease....extremely superior to anything out there in the car market, thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your cars and dealership to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new car!! Thanks!

Beware of this dealership, specifically Gilbert in Finance and Roy in Sales. We bought a vehicle from them out of state. The sales rep, Roy and the finance manager Gilbert gave us the song and dance about how they had an out of state agency handling our registration. After we left with the vehicle and signed a contract they tried to bring my husband back in to have him sign another contract, when the sales person lied and said it must be done electronically to lure him back to the dealership. There was nothing electronic, it was a decoy. Gilbert the finance manager miscalculated the registration so instead of dealing with their mistake, they made their mistake ours and never sent the registration or filed the taxes. They then mailed a third contract. A deal is a deal guys. The second contract the payment went up, as did the third. Too date we have never received the registration in which these guys all lied about producing.Gilberts reasoning is that our crazy state charges too much in registration, however he had lowered the sales tax payment by more than the registration, effectively trying to pocket that in the reshuffle. One thing to keep in mind is my husband purchases the fleet for his company. These guys are employed criminals, beware.We have filed a formal complaint with then attorney general and will keep on going. Just wanted to provide this public service announcement so if you are in the same room with Gilbert or Roy, get out.

Alex Garrido was amazing and looked after us during and after our car lease. Follow up phone calls just to check up on us and the car to make sure we are happy. If you go to anyone go to see Alex - he was friendly, helpful and thanks to him we will be returning to Gus Machado when it is time for our second car.

Gus Machado Ford is overpriced in most of their selection. Now the service department ....those are a great bunch of guys. Basically my four star review is due to the dealer having such an excellent service department as for the cars better shop somewhere else like Maroone Ford way cheaper.
