Walked on today ready to buy a car. Saw the one we liked and went inside for help. As soon as we walked in we were told to put a mask on I looked around and saw several people without a mask but went ahead and put it on. We respect businesss chose to keep mask on. After walking outside and back inside I pulled my mask off because again several people including employees had them below Their nose. Again was told by another salesperson to put it on yet he walked right to his customer who did not have it on. 😒 the salesman helping me came up to me and said it was store policy so I asked what policy for us only because they arent wearing it, neither is she and neither is the employee over there. I walked out and left. I understand policy but if you want to enforce something make it across the board not just single out the people you think arent going to fight back.

I went into Drive time with apprehension. I don’t have good credit and knew I didn’t have a lot of options. Albert Delara the sales guy in Miami Lakes helped me out. He was courteous not pushy like most car salesmen are. He was great to work with. It wasn’t a hard, difficult process. I found the car I liked after looking through many options. It was shipped conveniently from another dealer by the next day so I can inspect it. I didn’t feel forced to purchase anything like most car salesmen do. The next hurdle was the financing. I knew I wouldn’t get a low interest rate due to my credit, but it was fair. They basically showed me the best terms from the get go and no back and forth. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Feel like I was treated fairly. Would recommend Albert and Drivetime to others.
