They have a small amount of nice cars. More like 4 cars, but those cars are expensive. They say to give them a price when I tell them my price they agree, but then add $4k - $6k (maybe more to other people) and they say its dealer fees and taxes, not including the tag fees and whatever other fee they said. TOO EXPENSIVE! the thing that bothered me the most and my dad decided to leave was when they tried to push you more to the broken down cars. Good thing I brought my friend and dad who are mechanics.

Easy process

I purchased my 2015 Bmw 528i from here and as soon as I saw they had that car I fell inlove. They had the same color i wanted in and had low mileage which is a plus. I had such a great expierence buying my car here. Would buy all my cars here if i can. Thank you navarro auto motors!

Stay Away! They pretend that they are honest and want to help you, get you to agree on a car and a price, take your deposit and when you come back for your car, its not there. Then they wont give your money back. Ive tried everything and am now forced to take them to small claims court to get my $2000 back. I have a receipt and it specifically states the car and the VIN number that the deposit was for yet they sold that car and wont return my money.

Whatever you do, don’t give a down payment unless it goes off the sticker price! They’ll invent fees and delivery fees to take your down payment. Cars have been wrecked with no information.

My mom and I came to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and they made us believe they genuinely wanted to help us, after pushing us to give them the down payment, they kept giving us vehicles that were broken down. After the 4th vehicle they traded for us (all of them were broken down) my mom and I had enough and wanted our down payment back because we were done doing business with us. They called the cops on us and kept our money. WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Super fake employees that pretend to be nice just to live off everyone’s down payments. Very unprofessional.

Navarro Auto Motors specializes in FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Facundo Grimberg advertised a 2017 Dodge Journey with 10,000 miles for $699 down but he later tells me it’s probably $2,000 down. Don’t waste your time with this shady car dealer, they’re nothing but crooks and they have screwed lots of buyers. Just read all the bad reviews and you’ll see what I mean. All their ads are extremely misleading!!!

Dishonest. Discriminate on all races including blacks & Hispanics as long as they are not from their native. I was there for the entire day to get a car note. They were trying to figure a way to play the system. i have bad credit and i was denied but they said they know how to play the system. I stayed. They even used one of their workers to pose as my landlord. They also told me a script to tell one of the finance agency when they needed to talk to me. During that day i saw someone with the same story but they were black they told her after 15 minutes they tried but couldnt later they told me you cant trust black people. After they gave me a horrible deal i left. I couldnt believe how unprofessional they are talking about other clients to a client. If you really need a car and dont care how illegel you got it and pricey then that is the dealer for you.

Good car dealer for first time buyers.

Any place that begs you for your deposit is a hint that they are desperate for money. They beg you for your deposit, but dont fall for their cons because most of the cars are not in good condition, BUT the ones in excellent condition are too expensive. They charge you the retial price plus 2k or more (dealer fees go up to 1k). the ad in Craigslist has it 2k - 4k less than the retail price. Also, the ad & website shows only the good side of some cars. You need to bring a mechanic to buy a car from there. Dont leave your deposit unless you are fine to lose it because there are no refunds!!!! At the end you will lose your deposit or pay more extra. I over heard them arguing with someone about their deposit and the 2nd car they have to choose because the first one broke down. GO TO CARFAX!!!!!

They Are Robbers, they get a lot of deposit amounts and make you sign a papers say not returnable that mean if you decide not complete the transaction they will get the money. That mean you are obligated to sign whatever they said. And also i want to add is something happen to me with them. I saw the numbers and they add the deposit to the price of the car without decreasing the amount of the price of the car. Just i can say this people this dealer are NOT TRUST. They sell expensive i get a brand new car in the Nissan Dealer cero miles comparing the price with Navarro the same car with 35k miles same price or even a little bit more expensive. Dont go to a small dealer dont waste money this people Are Rats.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY TOLD ME THE CAR WAS 19,999 BEFORE I GOT THERE AND THEY SHOWED ME NUMBERS ONLINE THAT I WILL BE PAYING AFTER TAXES AND FEES THAT WAS $25,000. I GAVE THEM A $5000 DEPOSIT DOWN AND THEN THEY CHANGE THE NUMBERS BEHIND MY BACK AND MADE THE CAR $30,000. I DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND THEY EVEN TRY TO TAKE THE CAR BACK AND KEEP MY MONEY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVEN THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING. THEY ARE CROOKS.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..

Horrible place! They scammed me with thr deposit. And sold me a car Ive had for 2 months. Already had to do brakes new tires wind shield wipers tail lights and now my car keeps turning off while Im driving!
