Wow!! What excellent training, very informative. Vanessa covers everything during these two days; however, if you need more time, she is so kind and professional that she will help you with any questions or concerns after these days. She is fantastic, and her staff is super friendly. The training was complete, organized, and in terms of process-wise you will learn from a top to bottom, about body contouring. Dos and Dont. I took my equipment here for repair and to be honest, I am very satisfied with the results of my repair. Not only did they do a great job leaving my machine as good as new, but they went above and beyond by ensuring I really know how to use my equipment and provided me with a few extra goodies for my machine. My machine was in pretty bad shape when I got there and instead of turning me away, as I went in expecting- they took the challenge and helped make it as good as new & for a very reasonable price. I’m not sure how I came across ELTK MED PRO but Mrs. Vanessa was exactly what I was looking for! I called to inquire about replacement parts for a machine I purchased from a different company. Vanessa answered the phone and had an attitude from the beginning. She asked me to send her photos of my machine, which I did. When she called back she continued with a bad attitude. I understand having a bad day but Its not okay to take it out on a new potential customer.

This company is quite a fraud. I called to obtain information on their warranty details for products that are $1000+. Naturally any consumer would like to know what the warranty details are if the product malfunctions. The man got so upset that I would even ask this information and gaslighted me for inquiring on the process/policy if the machine were to malfunction. Their response was we only sell machines to make money we are not in the business to repair. He was emotional and unprofessional. All he had to do was tell me that I would have to reach out to the manufacturer and tell me how to contact them so that I could inquire further in order to get closer to deciding on whether or not to purchase from them. Super unprofessional. Goodluck if you buy one of their machines.
