I am a hair stylist and I been doing hair for over 20 years and trust me I know good quality of hair and this place say that it 9a hair but it’s actually not. So my client told me about this spot she purchased a full lace wig and when I received the hair it was a 360 wig but they charged her for a full lace wig. Applying the wig was easy however the first time use the hair started to tangle up. Within two weeks my client came back not only was the wig shedding like crazy, but it also got extra thin. Tangled up like it was dreads. So I figured maybe it was just the wig so I decided to give them a try again. I purchase 3 bundles 26,28,28 and a frontal total cost of 320 dollars. I regret I took the chance the hair was pretty for the first 1 week but after that it was shedding like crazy I never had water curls that shed. Do Not purchase hair here you will be very disappointed.. I’m so mad I call in yo explain what was going on he to me he will have to call me back tomorrow because he has clients. He never called me back so I called back just for him to tell me he is going to reach out to someone higher that’s when I lost it. I’m so mad I spent my money here

I wasted gas to come here and see that this establishment couldn’t afford rent so they got kicked out. Please don’t waste your time nor gas because it’s unprofessional to come at a location that is non-existent.

I gave 3 stars because the store itself was NOT what I expected based on what I was told and the name is also deceiving. This location is not a factory, its the size of a conference room with hair bundles displayed on the walls. The prices are clearly marked, the prices seem pretty reasonable and the guy working was very pleasant however it wasnt what I expected so I was a very disappointed. This is not like a typical beauty supply store where there is a variety of hair to choose from.

Small store w great prices for quality hair however hair on display is black or blonde inquire if theres more colors but if you want a bold look i dont think bold colors are in their selection. however perfect to find all kinds of hair in any style (straight, wavy, water wavy) and length for cheap prices but high quality

The guys who work there are so kind! Always willing to help me find what Im looking for and they have the best prices and BEST hair! Super soft and no shedding. I absolutely LOVE BUW HAIR!

I went got 3 bundles of 12in with a FREE closure and the hair was soft, no shed, no smell at all. The customer service was everything they we’re very helpful oh and the price was right! I will come back for another one again.

Worst decision ever made coming here...Didn’t even get to purchase hair. I drove over an hour just to get to the store literally at 5:59pm just for the lady tell me they’re closed and so are the registers... poor customer service and seems to be hair quality as well from reading most recent reviews... I won’t ever return or spend my moneyBeyond disgusting

Purchase hair from them absolutely love their hair!!!That’s my friend was talking about, she got the hair last week in their Houston store. They have the grand opening sale now, so excited that buy 3 bundles, I got a free closure, and the hair are so soft, no shedding. Btw, their customer service was awesome!!!
