Daniella is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I like the set up. They sometimes are out of stock with what I need, but they have a good variety of quality products.

This place has very good products, but the service is terrible and the girls who work there should go to take customer service classes instead of yelling or talking with friends using the phone’s store

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was sent by my aunt, a professional hair dresser who has a card from here, to get a nail polish and was denied the right to buy it due to the policy. I understand the policy, however, the treatment was horrific. Having the money to buy a product and not being allowed to do so by a rude cashier is completely uncalled for. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. This location should be closed down or consider changing staff. Honestly nothing more can be expected from the low class people in Hialeah. Sorry not sorry. Hope your experience is much better than mine.

Terrible, when you need to make a claim you cannot find a person in charge, only the clerk, you get tired of calling to contact and solve the problem and the answers are: she is on vacation, I cant find her, she is sick and so on.I do not recommend this place, good price but the customer is not respected.

I worked in this centric room and I loved the clients who were going to help them with the products but the manager Wendy and the other workers left a lot to be desired. I really went from there because they always had an excuse and how was the new one they always complained about me and they spoke ill of me. But all the customers happy with my work .. greetings to all
