Excellent customer service and competitive rates! I had spoken with Trina a week before I arrived to reserve a unit, and she helped me pick the perfect size. She was able to arrange a lot of stuff over the phone and email with me, prior to my arriving in-person. Once I was at the office, Phillip helped me get the rest of the documents and legal stuff done, and was very patient as I learned the ropes. I got the 5 x 10 unit, which had ample space for all my stuff. The high ceilings enable one to fit a lot of stuff by stacking. All in all, I had a great experience, and will be heartily recommending them.

I work at a shop that sells furniture just feet away from this location, and I always recommend my customers go here if they have storage needs because everyone is so friendly. So when I needed storage, I first checked online, initially just checking if services were available with all the closures. They were still available here and I was able to finish up in person. Theyre taking every safety precaution recommended and all while not sacrificing genuine care and quality service. The unit and facility are kept very clean. Staff is very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone (and I do!).

Management excellent, unit was inside and hard to get to. Rate was great for 6 months, but then increased from $79 to $123. Huge increase.

Walter, Trina, and Phil were all very nice to work with. Walter and Trina live on site, the place is secure and I have zero worries about storing at this location. Also they have a moving truck that’s only $15 dollars a day, can’t beat that.

This is my first time renting a unit with them and Ive had an absolutely wonderful experience so far! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of my needs. The contract was straightforward and they were very upfront about the details. With the summer special, I got over $100 discounted on my first and second month! Once I had a unit picked out, it only took about 15 minutes to go over the agreement, sign it, and be on my way.The facility is clean, well-kept, and in a convenient location. It has never been crowded and all the units are kept very secure. The office hours and times that you can access the facility are excellent. The fact that they sell various packing supplies and locks is an added convenience. Their online system makes it a breeze to pay your monthly rental fees. These are conveniences you wont find at every storage facility.All-in-all, I would highly recommend Security Public Storage to any friend and wouldnt hesitate to rent with them again! Of the two other storage facilities less than a mile away, theres a reason I chose this one!!

I’ve been a customer here for 6 months and the staff is great to work with and no issues with the storage units. I’m always able to access the unit when I need to and the climate control is always at a comfortable temperature. Always clean inside and everything is kept in great condition.

We rented our unit two weeks ago. The owners could not be nicer and made the move in easy. The property is clean and the loading dock makes moving items in and out really easy. We are very happy with our choice to rent here.

Spoke with the owner a few months ago told me that he would hold a rate for a year since I didn’t move to another facility. Six months ended just a few days ago I called back and now they’re telling me that with the owner said it was no longer valid and they were going to charge me more. Don’t story her stuff here I’m getting mine out very soon. The price for storing here it is much too high. Just found another place that will do it for half the price. I had the owners email at one time and am unable to find it. The manager there said she would send it to me and never did. On top of that when I spoke with her about the pricing and what I had agreed to with the owner she replied oh we can’t do that. She didn’t even bother to ask the owner before she responded in that manner. Then she said she would call the owner and discuss it with him after I was adamant about the pricing. She then called me back a little while later and gave me another figure that was higher than what was originally agreed upon. I have been renting storage units from this place for years. I left and then came back because I had great service. That was due to a previous management. Every time you call to pay your bill the bill is the new price. They try to chitchat on the phone with you and it’s really unfortunate but there isn’t time for some people to do that and it doesn’t seem that they really understand. Seems as though chitchatting is the preferred method to make it seem like they’re on top of things. It’s really unfortunate but at this damage people work so many hours there and able to stay on the phone that long just to pay a bill or find out that their bill was in cracked I need to be fixed only to be called back a little while later and spend more time on the phone. I tried to resolve this with the manager before I put this review on because I don’t like giving negative reviews but I was given no choice because the price that was agreed-upon six months ago was not honored

The owners are absolutely great. They recently added an amazing cart for doing larger items. The conditioned space has worked out perfectly for the time that we rented the storage.

I stopped by this storage facility — Security Public Storage in Herndon, Virginia — on a Saturday afternoon, but unfortunately, it was about 15 minutes past closing time. However, the couple that runs the place was still inside, and they unlocked the front door and welcomed me in!! They patiently answered all of my questions, and I found both of them to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, funny, and well-informed!! This husband and wife team was great to work with, and I also found them to be quite charming as well!! I had a list of several other storage facilities to check out and inspect over the weekend, but after chatting with this cute couple, I tore up my list, as there was no longer any reason or need to visit any other locations — that’s because I’ve now found the perfect storage facility that not only meets my needs and requirements, but easily exceeds them!!!

Great solution for bike storage! We can drive in, place the bikes on the race, and access the Toll Road in no time! Much better option than carrying bikes up and down flights of stairs. Appreciate the no lease option, the staff are terrific, and overall, the facility is clean, in excellent condition, secure and more affordable than we thought! Online bill pay is adds another star to this 5 star rating!

I selected this facility initially for its strategic location - located on Victory Drive near Spring St., less than a min drive from their front office within walkable distance. The actual gate entrance (strategically, I assume) is situated all the way at the end of a row of shops and small businesses. I always conduct a test-run before committing to something... I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, and was impressed by the tech they employ at their facility. As a result, I decided to stay with them a bit longer. This is just a place to dump my unused clothes, dry food collection (in case of, you know, disaster), and some heavy statues - but being able to declutter your work and living space is well worth the money! The storage space is surprisingly roomy and especially tall. The place is reasonably secure, with cameras and gates and the added bonus that some staff actually live on-site full time. Access hours are pretty convenient - early morning to evening.

Security Storage is a well managed and well run facility. I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. I moved from out of state and Steve and Mara helped me with the locker reservations, pricing, timing etc. I couldnt have asked for a better team to get me moved into my new state. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a storage need.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility looked really clean and is climate controlled. Compared to Uhaul, Im getting charged less for a 10x10, the SPS unit is climate controlled, and the staff are waaaay more pleasant to work with.

Great customer service and prices. I had a problem getting into the gate with my access code but the manager on site was more than accommodating in helping solve the problem. In terms of the price, I found them to be over a $100 cheaper than all of their competitors. Im a very happy customer and look forward to continuing to do business with them.
