I went online and received an awesome offer. I went in person and Angelica Zanoni (Store Manager) took care of me. She is awesome. Great customer service and it feels like family. They offer space from 5x5 at $23 a month. I strongly recommend. I will definitely stay here for a while.

I’ve got no complaints about the storage experience except for increased pricing. It changed pretty dramatically between my 1st year and the 7th year. But super easy to access, temp controlled, and almost always a cart nearby to use.

Douglas was very patient and polite with me. He took the extra time to walk me around the buildings and show me a few options. He helped guide me to find a good fit and price for my needs. Then helped to explain how I can get in and out of the space when I need to. Marvelous person to welcome you into a space that is clean, organized and secure. Highly recommend.

Angelica is the most helpful, hardest working, most professional employee of any store Im a customer at. She is the reason I chose this storage place instead of other locations. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience here amazing. I give extra space storage here in Herndon my highest rating because of Angelicas excellence. If I were to start a business all over again, I would want somebody like Angelica to manage that business. Its amazing how much cleaner and better my experience here has been than any other storage places I have used in the past.

Ive had a unit here for several months, no issues at all. Safe, quiet, easily accessible. This past week I had to have my lock cut off because my key broke off in it. They readily accommodated me during business hours when I called after it happened. They were able to quickly cut it and let me buy a new one and that was that. Recommend Extra Space Storage.

I had anticipated needing my unit for much longer that I did, so I only had it for a very short while. It was easy to set up initially and easy to access. The staff is very courteous and communicative. When there was bad weather, I received information regarding if/when they would be closing the facility (both retail and access to units). When I went in to close down my unit, the staff was able to quickly help me with a smile (I could tell through their mask because of their eyes). If I need a unit in the future, I will definitely go for them again.

Actually downsizing my storage unit as I get organized. Mark was super helpful, holding a unit for me until I could arrange to move things.. I am always amazed at how lean this storage space is, and how organized. I feel lucky to have it so nearby, and to have the convenience of entering and leaving day or night. Mark had a very professional but friendly attitude while helping me and my son get the move completed, and getting the paperwork tidied up. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My first issue is that they charged my card before I agreed to the terms and signed the contract. Big red flag. My second, and biggest issue, is the facility sold my information to an advertising company. As soon as I signed the contract, I started getting random texts from sketchy companies. Extra Space Storage has extremely poor business practices and should be avoided.

This is a clean and safe facility located conveniently close to Dulles International Airport. The monthly fee for storing my vehicle was reasonable, and the employees are polite and helpful. Angelica, the manager, is very professional and friendly. I would happily use this facility again for my storage needs.
