Their prices are good, cheaper than many other around the area.It is a small pump station, the convenient store is not as good as the big pump stations.They have a mechanic shop, and that is not a good shop at all per my experience.Got there once for a small puncture, they fixed it.After a few weeks, the same tire start showing low pressures.I went to a tire service shop.They said the previous puncture had been done with a temporary patch, the whole tire should be replaced as they cannot fix a temporary one.I was not around, being somewhere else, so i couldnt bring my car to Sunoco in Herndon and asked why they used a temporary patch,I lost few hundred dollar because of the Sunoco mechanic shop low quality job.

Great service. My tires were worn and dry so i had to replace them to pass inspection. Im forgetful and its good to have someone provide useful guidance on maintenance.

I tried calling and asking about emissions inspections. I just wanted to see if I needed an appointment or if I could show up. While clarifying, they abruptly hung up the phone and wouldnt pick it up again... I was just trying to get an emission inspection on my car.

Stopped in for an inspection for my old Benz, and the staff was so nice and helpful. They explained all the recommendations easy enough for anyone to understand. Hands down best shop in the DMV!

Had my state inspection done here and the experience was great. State inspection price is a lil higher than the standard ones but the speed and the friendliness of the staff are worth it, maybe in and out in about 20min. They even gave me tips on how to prolong the life of some parts.

Hello everyone!I went to Midway today to get brake pads replaced, a ~400 dollar job. I showed up, dropped off the car in the line setup they have with orange cones (very helpful because at other places, its always some random place), went shopping at The Dollar Tree. Came back expecting to pay my bill. One of the mechanics came to me holding an envelope that said Merry Christmas on it. Perplexed, I tried to give him my credit card. He said the bill was paid for and handed me the envelope. I tried opening the envelope but put it away for later because I was too surprised. It wasnt until later that I opened the envelope and found 5 twenty dollar bills... :)Dear Secret Santa--reveal yourself to me!You guys may want to frequent this car shop more often... When your car shows erratic message, you really wish there are miracle mechanics that take a look, tell you what’s wrong, and fix things on the spot if possible. Daniel is one of those, I was traveling and had a nuisance airbag warning that wouldn’t go off, he agreed to take a look despite of his business and fix it in no time! I went to your location for vehicle repairs not emissions and inspections. Ive already given your location multiple chances and a lot of money. The service manager had been involved at one point, to no real resolution. No thank you.

I was looking for A mechanic that I can trust, so i google and elden st sunoco was the 1st one woth great reviews. so i took my wife car for state inspection and they was really fast, nice. and friendly. Ali Hawa give me his Business card and a coupon for my next oil change. i will recommend this place 100%.

Terry did a great job with his team to diagnose the issues with my car, order the parts, got the best parts price, and was so flexible on scheduling my repair. The labor cost seemed very fair and competitive. I will definitely return next time my car needs an inspection, emissions or repairs!

I always take my bike here for the annual State Inspection. Friendly staff and quick turnaround.Recommended.Note that inspection times are now as shown in the attached picture, due to Coronavirus. There are currently no inspections on Sunday.

Decent garage. Clean. Took car in for inspections, lots of customers getting inspections...in and out in 20 minutes. I had to wait 4 1/2 hours. Weird. Not much communication between myself and attendants.Able to find parts needed much cheaper than competitors.

My car was leaking gasoline fumes into the driver space, and one shop quoted $1600 to fix it. I took it to Elden Sunoco for a second opinion, they quoted me about $900, so I told them to go ahead and do the repair. The next morning they called me back and said that it was a different part that was broken then they thought, and that it would actually only cost me about $220. They could have never told me and I never would have known, and I would have been happy to pay the $900. I tell everyone to go here now.

Great service, very professional took care of my brake pads and rotars. The staff gave me a call when it was ready to be picked up. It was very easy to drop off and pickup my vehicle. Definitely going to come back again :)

I have used them in the past for minor service and recommended service items and they have done great. Recently my car overheated before the July 4th holiday. This was no exception. My SUV had to be towed to them. They were able to take care of my issue in three days. My vehicle is running fine. If I ever have an issue they are always there to assist me. They explain everything to me and give me all the information I need to know to understand what is going on with my car.The manager, Abdul is wonderful. Honest, hard working people doing excellent work, no gimmicks. That’s how I’d summarize this place. Went in for a repair this morning, Milton took prompt and professional care of me and my car, he was fast and efficient with his work, and was very thorough. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll take my car for any future repairs to this shop.

I have been going here for nearly all my car repairs and other general service work, and have never regretted the work theyve done for me. Time after time they explain what might be going on, either in person or calling me before doing anything to confirm what might need to happen.They have consistently gone above and beyond to keep my car in working shape, even going so far as running out to check the engine with whatever tools they could grab when it stopped working in the parking lot when I had a known problem.I cannot recommend their service work enough for all these years with simply 5 stars. I got in my car to head to work only to find out .... nothing! I am stuck! These are very honorable guys. After dismantling the rear suspension... they realized it wasn’t as serious and expensive than originally quoted price. Wednesday and Thursday appear to be best drop off days for extensive repairs.

My cousins car got a hole in his tire and he needed to get to Maryland for an exam. Not only did they fix the hole in his tire in minutes, they found out hes been putting too much air in all of his tires which could have led them to exploding. They fixed it all and gave a great price and wonderful customer service. Honest car technicians

I come here for all my car checks/services. The staff are great - efficient, and willing to teach a guy who knows very little about cars. Prices are also pretty fair (but more importantly, never artificially hiked).

My Husbands mom had a flat tire. They went to her house. Put the donut on and brought her car to their shop to plug her tire. The house call was very inexpensive. So far we were happy with the services provided by this shop. All our repairs (the front brake pads+rotors, CV joint, and serpentine belt replacements) were performed in a timely and professional manner. The quotes, provided by Abdul via phone, were the lowest among the estimates that I received from several local automotive places. The invoice totals did not exceed the quoted prices. All the employees that we had a chance to deal with (Abdul, Brahim - a mechanic) seemed knowledgeable, courteous, patient, accommodating and trustworthy.

My window wouldnt roll up on my Mercedes. I work in Reston. I drove to the Elden Street gas station and dropped it off for an estimate. After they gave me the estimate, I called the Mercedes dealership and they wanted almost triple what Sunoco was going to charge me. While I was there I noticed that the staff was very friendly. They station was very clean and properly run. I had a great experience dealing with this business. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an honest shop.

The Herndon Sunoco off Elden offers emission inspections. I went to get my car inspected. I really enjoyed all the people I met while getting serviced they were so fast. This Sunoco does all types of repair work. The location is convenient to where I live.

Took my wife’s car in for a State inspection. Process was quick and painless. Friendly service overall.

Abdul Elayan the manager at this Sunoco is very professional and competitive compared to several other shops in the area that seem to over charge. I appreciate the excellent service I receive.

If you want great customer service, quality work, and reasonable prices go no further. I took my Subaru to the dealer for sixteen years for service and now I take it to Elden Street Sunoco. Although I cant complain about the work I had to wait days to get into the dealership and the prices were very high. I tried a couple of other garages in my area and were not satisfied with the customer service at all. Being an older female they often talked down to me; attempted to sell me things I didnt need thinking I didnt know what I was doing and had a take it or leave it attitude. When you go to Elden Sunoco you are always treated as if you are the most important customer they have even if you are just getting the oil changed. They always call with the estimate and never try and high pressure you. When I need to replace my headlamps and the cost from the shop was so expensive I decided to buy them on line and they happily installed them for me saving me several hundred dollars. I have been so pleased that I have referred several friends and they are happy to.

Long wait and no service. Done waste your time here anywhere else gets you in and out within 20 for an inspection. I waited 40 minutes and nobody even talked to me and there were multiple people standing around

Had a great experience. I brought my car in for a break change and possible break fluid leak. The mechanic took my wheels off and brought me out to my car and showed me what I would be looking for with a fluid leak. All I needed was a break change. They did so right there. While I waited I had a great conversation with my mechanic and he taught me a lot about how to keep my car is great shape!

Fast and effective repairs.

My car broke down in the evening down the street and I had it toed here. The axle was broken and it was fixed before 2:00PM the next day for a fair price. You can drop off or pickup your car anytime the gas station is open.

I trust them with my 3000# vehicle to keep me and my family safe and my fellow drivers. How can this one person rate their professionalism with only one star, while most everyone else rates them in the FIVE STAR category? Sandy Murphys review just doesnt make any sense.

I ended up at this station after trying to attempt to get the repair and inspection done with Honda and two other local dealers due to the expensive service or the timings. These guys helped to get the repairs done in the evening (after work hours) and were comparatively cheaper. I would go again if I have any issues with my car. Thanks!

I called and got an estimate, the guy was rude and not interested in working on my repairs, my friend had a same issue when she got the car repaired, she was quoted something and got charged something else, Dishonest place !!!
