I try to buy coffee with my rewards point but the pakistani Guys infront of the counter . He refuse to scan and he says you cannot use rewards point today . If I cant use rewards points then for what purpose 7-11 has made this app ? I have seen lot of time they don’t wanna scan customer 7-11 app Barcode . If they scan they will remove it quickly with out customer 711 barcode (Rewards) . I will never vist this store for the life time again..These people are cheeting with 7-11 policy . Customer will never be happy with this kind of behaviour. Thanks to this store..

Dont patronize any of the 7-Elevens inside of town of Herndon they will steal from you.*Update*to answer your question 711 your cashiers typically hit buttons when I punch my phone number in which disables my ability to use coupons I bought two packs of cigarettes today and there was no dollar off for the two packs which is false because thats the first time Ive ever experienced that Ive dealt with price switching in your hand in store and when I called him on it he called me the n word I called your corporate office about it they never did anything. Im sure if I sat back and really thought about it I could think of all the times that the 7-Eleven stores in Herndon have stolen from me or done something that was morally unjust. You probably dont want me to sit and reminisce though.

WORST 711 DO NOT GO AVOID AT ALL COST! My cousin was refused service because he was black. The owner is a racist Indian women. They have registers there will decline your positive balance debit card for no reason. Even when you prove to them you have money and pay they have this attitude like you’re doing something wrong. Worst experience ever. I used to go here when I lived at Dulles Greene. Never again.

Theres nothing convenient about this convenience store. My wife didnt even want to get out of the car because of more than 15 men who are loitering the property. Stay away from this place unless youre a guy looking for beer and cigarrettes.

Today May 9, 2019 my father had the worst experience in this 7 11...he has been buying coffe and other stuff for long time, and this day the employee screamed at him for no reason(this happended around 5pm)...My father called the police because he felt verbally harassed...Everything was recorded!! nobody should be treated this way..Hopefully someone from this corporare read this comment and should do something about it to protect others....
