Friendly staff efficiently served me a standard Starbucks drink. Bit annoying that they closed at 4 which is 4 hours before the stated closing time and 5 minutes after I ordered by drink.Honestly, I wouldn’t have bought a drink had I known.This isn’t anything to do with staff but I wish the Google listing/door could mention this change in opening hours…

They have been drive-thru only thr past few Sundays, but it goes by fairly quickly. They do their best to get everyone going. The only complaint is not about them but the people trying to sneak into the drive-thru line going the other way. Again, not the people at Starbucks fault, just a shame some impatient people think they can try and cut the line for whatever reason.

This location is always staffed with friendly associates and baristas. A small recognition to Erin, she was so kind as to shoo away a cicada for us, before it entered our car window. I visit this SB location frequently, and will continue to do so.Since SB is such a recognized brand, I will refrain from commenting on the food/beverages, but I will say that this location always gets my order correct first-try.

Store is open and theyre working hard to make the most excellent brews for their customers

They gave me a defective cup and when I grabbed it, the cap came off and a significant amount of the coffee fell on my Mac, on my iPad and on me. Thankfully I didn’t burn with the coffee. Upon informing the server, he just said ‘I’m sorry’ and gave me a new cup to pour the remaining coffee on. He did not even bother offering a new coffee.UPDATE: After informing the manager about the poor customer service, he offered a gift card with a refund for the purchase. Thus, I’m updating my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Every time I’ve gone in the last 3 months, they mess up my order (not exaggerating, I’ve been keeping track). How hard is it to make a white HOT CHOCOLATE with ALMOND MILK? Half the time they give me coffee instead of hot chocolate, the other half of the time they make it with steamed milk. I can’t have coffee for religious reasons and I can’t have milk due to lactose intolerance. I’ve tried both the drive through and in store at all different times and never once have they made it right the first time.

The store hours said they were open at 6:30, it is 6:42 the doors are locked and the employees that are inside will not acknowledge us. Wanted to grab a coffee before heading to the airport to catch a plane home. It is raining and cold. I have never experienced such poor service from Starbucks. If you have the choice do not go here.

One, how hard is it to make a Vanilla ice coffee that actually tastes like vanilla. Second why are the drinks made in the back when I am ordering upfront. Third the girl upfront was too busy making online drinks rather than attending the customer in front of her.This place disorganized.

I ordered a venti iced chocolate almond shaken espresso and it’s all ice. Just too much ice and did not even able to enjoy the coffee as it tastes really good.

Clean Starbucks with great service and consistent coffee and food

I came at 7:32pm on Friday night and their manage closed the doors when he saw new people about to walk in. There was physically people inside and outside but I guess they didnt want to work anymore. Dissatisfied 100%! Never coming back to this Starbucks. Dont know if theyre actually open or not! Lazy workers and waste of time!

In town doing work this week and this is the best/fastest most courteous Starbucks in the area. Atiya has been the heart of this building as far as my experiences have shown. I can not make my mind for the life of me but I love verity which is why I enjoy Starbucks. The veggie wrap and peach tea was a perfect combination and I appreciate Atiyas recommendation and her teams commitment to serving good breakfast.

Went to their drive thru asked for a double salted caramel mocha (kids size). This came out to $6.09 😳 I asked how come so expensive if I can just get a tall size instead because a tall is normally$ 4.95 he told me Did it not have the button any longer in that he would need to add each item. I asked him would he be able to charge me for different drink thats equivalent And it seems because its a bit highI was answered with no .. its more because of each item. It seems that pressing extra buttons is to much work. During this pandemic which people arent scheduled as many hours, business is slow. apparently businesses or hurting lack of service. And thats will all be replaced by machines do timebuttons cost me more money 😒..

Ordered through Uber Eats, a breve latte, and 2 sandwiches (grilled cheese and tomato/mozzarella). I ordered because we are staying in a hotel FYI. The food was NOT cooked! Like what the heck?! The grilled cheese even had a butter spread on each side of the bread making it pretty impossible to eat unless that’s what you like. You would think they would cook the food first. Had to throw the sandwich out because I have no way to grill it up myself.

I had to add a star from my review a year ago. The staff are always on point, know how the Starbucks system works so they always know whats in stock and it gets updated online in the app so I very rarely order something that theyre out of. Which is a major irritant when Im on the run and I stop at another Starbucks and they not only are out of what I ordered but dont know how to credit it back to my account! These guys are great!

Friendly staff - I was greeted with a smile and hello when I walked through the door. Good seating - some comfy chairs and some big tables for groups. Standard Starbucks coffee and food.

Finally made time to search this 07323 store number so that I could author a review. First, kudos to management for training your drive thru team. All are extremely nice and so professional. They really make me want to return for my weekday morning coffee. There is a particular barista who always suggests new blends and takes the time to explain rewards. To her I send out a special thanks. People like you are rare and actually lift people’s days. Keep up the great work!

Dena is my oldest daughter my short married life, when she was just start to walk,we go there to pick up her mom from job, usually we went early and spend our time at Starbucks near by Safeway.Dena love to have Medallion France and, I always buy regular coffee for my little wife.i dont know where are them now . hope they enjoy life with out me.

Just not a fan. I drink black coffee with no additives, and dont like theirs. I think McDonalds, 7-Eleven, Panera, and everyone else has far better coffee. I tried the Earl Grey tea on a suggestion, and wasnt fond of that either. Ive never found their food or pastries at all appealing, and dont understand why theyre not better for the prices they charge.

If youre a coffee drinker and like fancy coffee drinks this is the place for you. You can get a any kind of coffee drink you can imagine. The place is clean.

The service was good and quick. The place was busy in the afternoon that we visited but comfortable.

I by far looooove going to this Starbucks. m-f mornings at the drive through they recognize my voice and know my order, which is a hot apple juice with chai(try it and thank me later), reduce fat turkey beacon sandwich, and a tall hot chocolate for my boss! but every single employee is just fabulous! My home starbucks. They know my name and are always friendly and helpful. I do miss the quaintness of the old location (new location is busier and has the drive-thru)it has lost some of the friendliness and homier feel. Is much more busy.

Its Starbuck so there isnt much to say other than the service is pretty great here. They remember my drink and are very welcoming at 5.30 am :)

They always get my drink right. If I come at my regular time they make my drink before I order it. They take the time to get to know regular customers.

A very nice shop. The layout is neat and interesting, the staff was very friendly and patient - I had a brain fade moment, the lady at the counter didnt have a problem.

How can I put it,,,,,hummm. Bunch of Guys hanging around outside smoking?? Didnt even bother going in. Went on down the road to another store where it seemed a bit cleaner and nicer.

Paid 6$ for a java chip frappe and after 15 mins i asked if they forgot it but they had it sitting on the prep station and gave it to me warm, no ice, fully melted. Never called my name but called everyone elses. I left with no drink, thirsty, 6$ poorer. Terrible

Nice staff. Clean. But consistently having internet issues through 2019 making it useless to me. At least after 3 stops in a row without internet I’ve learned to ask if their internet is working before ordering.

The baristas here arent friendly unless they are buddy buddy with you...they just get you your coffee and help the next person. I say please and thank you, because thats how I was raised, and they look at me funny, but thats more than likely because its all millennials that work here and they dont know those words. Then when I get my coffee, its only half full so have to go get it topped off, which they huff about doing. Happens almost every time. I only stop here in the morning because its across the street from my bus stop to the metro.

I love this location. They were previously next to guapos and are now next to chipotle. The staff are so perfect and if I go consistently, they remember my order. They also remember the names of regulars. They make the drinks so perfectly compared to other locations.

This starbucks is great. Always get great drinks and good employees.The issue is the parking lot here. Because most people in Northern Virginia clearly probably never made it past middle school and don’t know how to drive they need to install a stop line. Because the average idiot in Herndon doesn’t know that this country has rules and that you don’t have the right of way when someone’s going straight and you are turning. And then those people have the nerve to beep at you when they are in the wrong and breaking the law. Area full of morons. So I’m not sure who would be responsible for installing such a stop line but it’s needed.

New Bucks. I like the vibe. Staff is nice. Now, the are 4 Starbucks within a mile of each other. This place is the only one that has the Nitro Brew. But it looks like theyre still working out a few kinks considering sometimes the Nitro Brew isnt available due to some mechanical problem. Overall, solid place. I just hope this Starbucks doesnt share the same fate as every other business at this location that preceded it. :)

Decided to give this location another try and once again the customer service is sub par. I will skip it and visit the other one. The employees are just not friendly. How can I pay for an item and never be greeted throughout the entire process.
