First time going to this coffee shop and the pleasant personality of the staff was off the charts. The coffee was great but being able to have a conversation while grabbing a cup of coffee makes the experience 100 times better! Thank you weird brothers!!
If you know what really good coffee is and how should it taste – espresso in particular – just stop by this place: youll be amazed (as I was)!Just an FYI: its espresso shots that makes coffee a coffee; everything else is just an icing on a cake (e.g.: if you order small latte, youre actually ordering one shot of espresso and some milk…)Today I ordered 3 plain shots of espresso and just a tad of milk (to make it less bitter) and Ill tell you what:it was on par with - or better than! - coffee I make at home; and trust me: I know how to make coffee (based on 20+ years of experience 🙂☕)
Great coffee and a very spacious environment with lots of seating.Love the dark star, iced.
My iced decaf with pumpkin spice was smooth. The staff is very helpful and super nice!
Weird Brothers is a locally owned coffee shop with two branches now. They have great coffee, great food and simply fantastic service. If they ever have an IPO I want to know as soon as possible. These guys are going to grow.
Weird Bros second location in Herndon sits in a converted office lobby. The vibe isnt as eclectic as their first location but all of the space is great. More outdoor seating would make it even better. Its setup well for working from the coffee shop, if the monotony of your home has gotten to you.Their espresso drinks are just so good, especially lattes with oat milk mmm! This location is less crowded too, so you get your coffee faster. Long live Weird Bros!
I cannot recommend this place enough. I love Weird Brothers. Both Locations. Fantastic coffee, baristas, food, pastries, SUPPORT LOCAL! I go there almost every day, they all know me. Tammy is always welcoming and I try and send my gym clientele their way as often as I can. Run, dont walk, to Weird Brothers Coffee!
Huge space. I was surprised. Its on the main level of an office building, so hopefully has a good captive audience. Ive been to their Sunset Hills location a few times. The two locations are very different. Where Sunset Hills is kinda hip and funky, Worldgate is more corporate; comfortable though. They even include a conference room. Theres an expanded menu with the usual assortment of drinks, plus some hot foods along with the usual pastries and baked goods. Seating is a long counter on one window, some tables for 2, an interior group hightop, and several conversation areas with coffee tables. Eclectic, but I think it works.
Service is not rushed, but quite friendly. Coffee was excellent and the breakfast sandwiches were both fresh & tasty.
Weird Brothers Coffee is an outstanding establishment. I recommend all tourists and residents stop by for a pick-me-up.I have been a patron numerous times and the service is consistently great! There is also a punch card rewards system to help frequent patrons earn free beverages. There is a trivia board which can also earn you a free notch in the rewards. The building is a bit hidden, but very spacious. There is also plenty of parking spaces. Inside the floors, furniture, windows and more are all very clean and well maintained. This is exemplary of their excellent ownership and management.Service times are generally about 2-4 minutes depending on your order. In line, wait times are about 2 minutes per person depending on how prepared the patron is. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes from entry to exit.Rewards Note:Rewards are a significant discount! Without guessing the trivia question, there is a base 12.5% discount. However, if you buy one drink and get the question right each day, the discount is 25%, far more than competitor companies (insert big names here) @ 6%.
Very nice! Just a little expensive, but lovely!
Awesome place with great drinks and cool people. Highly recommend checking it out.
Luxurious coffee shop that tops the chart as the best I have ever been to. friendliest group of baristas, beautiful and clean environment, delicious coffee and muffins makes for a wonderful experience.
Only 4 stars because of the prices. I love going here, but sometimes I have to think twice about it. $4.38 for a small americano is very expensive, even for a local specialty coffee shop.
Really solid coffee and a great atmosphere/environment. College kids, this is the study spot in Herndon!
Vegan friendly coffee shop! They have oatmilk and soy milk and are educated as to what vegan is. This location is somewhat back from the road in an office building. It is definitely worth a visit. You can order ahead by calling and they do curbside pickup. The employees are super nice here. I highly recommend a visit to this location to support a small business!
Unique coffee location in Herndon. They have a great star wars and sci fi decor and awesome lattes! I like their pour over selection as well
Great place to work for the day and have some coffee.
Great spot for fantastic coffee! This location has space to spread out if you need to stick around for a steady supply of some of the area’s finest roasted coffee!
Support local business and have a better cup of coffee! Win-win.
Lots of drink options, spacious, clean, modern, wifi, friendly staff, and easy to get work done here. Its a hidden gem. Wish they were open weekends ☺️.
Favorite coffee shops in the area! They currently have two different locations. I suggest checking them both out and see which one fits for you.
Love weird brothers coffee. Great space for working from the coffee house. I love the Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Chiller. Yum.
Please support your local coffeeshops! Its easy to miss this one, its kinda tucked away, but definitely worth a visit. Only tried the coffee and it was delicious, fresh, and on spot. Blow Starbucks out of the water (which is not a major great, but kudos to these coffeemaker).
It’s a kinda hidden spot (by office parks) but they make good fresh coffee and baristas are very friendly. Bought some of their fresh roasted beans for home friends as well.
Attended the grand opening of this, their new and second location. Was treated to yummy complimentary roll-up sandwiches for the occasion.Bought a delicious African chai tea, chatted for a while, checked out the ultra-modern digs (courtesy of the building owners for the most part), and am already planning to return. Might just jog over, have a drink and/or snack and rest a bit, and jog back.Main thing to note when you plan a visit is its office-like hours: 7a-4p M-F only.Congrats on the new place!
Outstanding coffee and even better service! Awesome folks.
Nice new place for a great local shop. Lots of open space and the same great drink and munchy options.
Great Americano in a hidden office building. Nice people and comfy chairs.
Great nitro cold brew. Fun little cafe.
The cold brew coffee here is absolutely amazing.
Great place. Bummed they aren’t open on the weekends!
Love the mochas! ;)
Nice place for coffee and chitchat.....
Great coffee and treats.
Coffee is the jam.
