This store is inside their office building. Its a fairly large location but the employee s here are very slow and you need to wait for a long time if all the staff are helping out customers . It has a very big parking lot and its easily accessible from the main road . You need to search this place on the map and then get there the first time as its not visible from the main road . Go this location if you only need non basic service or other stores cannot handle your request and directed to this location .

They have no idea what they are doing in this store even though they will assure you that they do. This is closest Sprint store to where I live but I will drive 10 miles to the Greenbriar Sprint store to get exceptional customer service. Also their employees have been there forever. The Sprint store in Herndon had new people all the time. They never give me accurate information & aways send me on a wild goose chase.

Really 5 star service. Bought LG Tribute Empire phone w/ Uncle and family. Working well so far.

Great customer service. I was trying if i could get one of ours old numbers which we had not ported. They had lot of patience in dealing this issue.

A worst customer service I have ever seen and I suggest all folks who is reading this message never switch your network with sprint.I switched my network from T-Mobile to Sprint and they informed me that they will be sending a box which I need to ship the T-mobile device so they will take care of the re-embursment charges.....Its been a year I never got any box to ship and I have been following up with customer service and sprint store in Herndon, VA and same story SIR WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK....finally I have received a bill from collection agency that I need to pay $910 but still the problem in unsolved.
