The manager Bruce was very help, got me in and out with the best service ever. Would recommend this store, helped me switch over my data at ease and saved me tons of money.
The level of service from Marlon R. L., Manager, is always well above all other stores I’ve been to. This includes affluent locations in DC, MD, and VA. Marlon is very knowledgeable of products throughout the store, and keen to understand the service plans to best fit the needs of each customer. Never pressures the up-sale, and takes time to ensure the customer is satisfied with the settings/accessories to new/upgraded mobile device. A caliber sales person and Store Manager. Terrible experience.Store was supposed to be open till 8pm. I am waiting at the store from 7pm till 720pm and someone from inside came out to say that they are closed and no longer are helping customers.Atleast they should post a note as closed so we don’t wait in the biting cold.And the behavior of the employees is very poor and Inhumane.
These people are no help at all . They are rude. They don’t wanna help you with anything. I don’t know how they’re surviving with this kind of attitude. If I could give them -10, I would do that. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this Reston town center location.
This store is awful!!! The employees need more training. It took me more than two weeks to port my lines from t-mobile. On the top of that, my monthly charges is much higher than what they promised me. They gives us false information. The store manager is the worst. He is not willing to help at all and makes excuses instead of helping the customers. Worst Experience and Worst customer service received ever!!!1 Regretting my decision of switching from t-mobile; Atleast, they provided good customer service.
Kristian rocks! He answered every question I had without hesitation, executed changes flawlessly, offered recommendations I didnt know were available and exercised great patience (Im a luddite, what can I say?). Kristian went above and beyond the call of duty--its refreshing to work with someone so capable and so kind.

The few times I have been in here have been great experiences. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Was always in and out fast. I tell friends who use AT&T to come to this specific store for help.
Jose is amazing! He went above and beyond to try to save me money on my bill and helped add features to my plan that I didnt even know I could get. The level of customer service is by far THE BEST that I have seen in any AT&T store!

I went to this store three times to have my phone number ported over from my previous service, only because they didnt offer cell phone coverage in our new home. The reps were horrible - no communication between any of them. First they couldnt give me a SIM card, then they gave me one and said call IT support on Monday, since theyre closed all weekend (IT support is 24/7, after speaking with the support desk). Next, they had me sit on the phone with IT support for half an hour, only to be told that the rep would need to complete the order. The rep was unable to help me after another half hour of waiting around. Trying another store across town, hopefully theyll be more help. Until then, no cell service, going on four days now.

I came today during their hours to find the door locked and the tv playing and nobody answering the phone when I called.
Please do not visit to this store. They try steal your personal belongings and even if you politely ask they would shout at you and give you a very rude reply. My very bad experience with the store manager- JENNIFER and store associate -CHRISTIAN. I have already filed a complaint to the Customer relations department.I hope they will take a serious action on them
