Top notch consideration and willing to work through difficult situations. I recommend this business for any cell phone needs. Basically my phone was ran over by cars and trucks. The phone was mutilated. Mahmood fixed the phone to almost new. There was an issue with the camera. He honored his agreement and was going to give me all money back minus minimum labor charges. Anyway we ended up working through everything and we both were completely satisfied with final outcome. Highly highly recommended.

This is the place to go for any issues with a cell phone!  Ferhan was very knowledgeable as well as courteous. He was actually referred to me by someone at another cell phone store who was not able to assist me.Ferhan also repairs computers. Farhan - the guy who runs the store is a great sales guy, will promise that he can fix phones and he does — no doubt. The issue is he will not tell you the whole truth like well my iPhone cracked he didn’t tell me that he’s not putting original parts or that the camera wouldn’t work or that there’s no warranty on repair. Best go to Apple store and pay the premium - worth it or get go to Cellairis at fair oaks mall and get the service and confidence you deserve.

Excellent service! Ferhan.fixed my iPhone 8 cracked screen in 10 minutes. Ended up getting a screen protector and case for a small upgrade.

BEWARE.... You might get what you pay for...I took my cellphone for a battery/back cover replacement and they damaged it; the power on/power off button became inoperable. Upon confronting them with such issue they even dare to suggest that I brought my cellphone in not working order, that because I turned the phone off when I gave it to them that they have no way of knowing the cellphone was working!!... They are crooks, a fly by night operation.They accused me of bringing a broken cellphone so they can cover their poor workmanship.Yes they offered to fix it but by then I would not trust them to open my cellphone again. BEWARE..

Worst service. He is just cheating people by taking $20 initially on the name of diagnosis the cell phone and then just do timepass and not replying on time and just waste your time. At the end he will return your phone by saying that it cant be fixed. The person who is handling ithe store is very rude and dont know how to respect customers. He is not even perfect in time and just wasting everyones time.I would not recommend to anyone to go to that store ever. Its pathetic. Your money and time both will wasted there and you will not get any result.

This place was so helpful! they were clear and uprfront with the price to get my screen fixed, and did it in about a half hour. They make it easy to deal with a stressful inconvenience.

I went in for a problem I didnt think could have been fixed. And that exactly what they did they were so helpful, the man explained everything that he could do to fix it and I came and got my phone and an hour later and it works perfectly! I couldnt be happier with the outcome, this is best place that Ive been to for a phone repair! I would recommend it to everyone to come here and I would come her every time! And their prices a completely reasonable as well.

Had issues with my BlackBerry KeyOne (yes I own a blackberry). Cell depot was professional, communicative, responsive, and fixed my phone extremely fast. They are also priced very reasonable. Great customer service...!

Had my phone repaired there about 3 weeks ago. Right off the bat the touch ID was broken after the repair. I also noticed the touchscreen accuracy was a lot worse than when I had the apple screen in place. And finally, I dropped my phone ON MY BED and the screen cracked. They must use very crappy parts. Would not recommend this place ever.

I went here twice at times that they were supposed to be open but they were not open. Wish I could comment on the service but Im unable to. Just be ready for their posted times to be incorrect if you go here I guess

EDITED READ UNTIL THE ENDLiterally the worst service Ive ever received anywhere (mind you, Ive said in hotels with roaches on multiple occasions). It they took 2 weeks to fix my screen and broke the power and volume buttons in the process. They repaired the buttons, but the volume down button still didnt work, which is when I was told no one ever bothered to test it! Three weeks later I finally have my phone back, but the screen has random bright spots on it that wont go away.On top of everything, the manager was not helpful at all about the situation. It shouldnt cost $100+ to have a phone screen replaced when it takes 3 weeks to fix it.EDIT: My phone stopped charging about a month later, so I opened the back to take out the battery and the inside of the phone is filled with electrical tape?! Im not sure what went wrong but they did NOT tell me about it when I picked the phone up. There is absolutely no reason a phone should be filled with electrical tape after changing the screen.
