My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from here in Late July 2021 (a 2015 Ford Escape) the sales process was very high pressure. We came in expecting to only put a certain amount down, josh told us he would make it work and then he ended up expecting us to pull $1,000 out of nowhere, we ended up agreeing to pay the extra $1,000 down and got the car, the whole process took us about 2.5 days, because they still had to detail the car and everything before we got it. We were fairly happy with the car overall until mid August when we noticed that the transmission was slipping and the roof was leaking onto the fuse box in the back. We called our salesman Josh and asked him if there was anything he could do to help us since we hadn’t even had it for a month, he said he couldn’t help us unless we had a warranty that we weren’t even told about when we bought the car. I will never buy another car from these people again.
Every time I have come to Four Seasons Ford they take care of me quickly and the service people are excellent. My car has always been repaired well and in a timely manner.
We bought a car from Four Seasons Ford and the sales team were amazing and very nice. Our salesperson was Chris White and we also worked closely with Tim. They were both extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. They also got us through the process quickly and there was minimal effort that had to be made on our part. Once we test drove the vehicle we were owners within 2 hours. When we test drove it we noticed that the interior wasnt very clean in spots and the brakes were a little rough. Tim made sure we got our brakes fixed and got us an interior/exterior detail and provided a loaner car for our convenience. Only thing I would have to say negative was that there was still some unclean spots after the detail(such as a sticker stuck on the steering wheel and pink stuff in the back carpet) but for the most part it was clean and stains that were in the seats prior to detail were removed. Very pleased with our experience with the sales team and would highly recommend going to see Tim, Chris and their team!

I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past 10 years and this was definitely one of the most pleasant purchase experiences. We had been looking for this model for months and knew exactly what we were looking for. We were buying used but Josh took care to go over everything with us as well as do a thorough look over with us pointing out a few minor blemishes even I didn’t notice. Not only that there was no needless up selling throughout the entire process. Everything that was offered had a logical reason behind it and it was just a question, not a sales pitch. I dropped in to discuss selling my car. The man you need to talk to, was a man wearing a gold chain, open colared shirt, slicked back hair, basically what you’d expect when buying or selling a used car.I asked about what they typically need to make on the resale (not trying to waste their time or mine with the “let me go ask the boss” back and forth). I was informed they only pay wholesale prices for used cars, the value of used cars has actually decreased over the last few months, and declined to even look at the car.Rather than stick around, I went to Boyd Chevrolet, where I was treated with respect and given a fair deal on my car.

I dropped in unannounced for my initial, new vehicle, 5,000 mile service call and was processed and on the schedule in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, my vehicle was being serviced. The service took very little time and I was back on the road in 20 -30 minutes. No long wait, no surprises. My Ford points covered the full amount so no invoice. They were very responsive and friendly. Great experience.
After moving here from NY and not knowing how I would be treated as a northerner I was pleasantly surprised to how well I was treated. Adam the service rep was great. I am very happy to know I have found my go to Ford dealer for service and future purchases. I have been a Ford guy since 1974. Bought my first car a 1974 Maverick at age 17. Feels good to be treated well.
My husband and I reached out to the dealership on Sunday regarding a used car they had on the lot. They were actually very quick to respond once they opened on Monday and I had several points of communication with them including scheduling time that afternoon to test drive the car. I called one last time to let them know my husband and I were on our way to our scheduled appointment and was informed the car was still available. However, once we got there (within the hour that I called) I was informed someone had arrived 15 minutes after I called and was working with their bank to purchase the vehicle and that we could wait in the lobby to see if their financing worked out or not. I absolutely understand the concept of first come, first serve in the auto industry but dont understand how my communications by phone were not considered as first come, first served and honored in any way. Business and making a sale is important, but so is honoring the Golden Rule. At any rate, another Ford dealer is profiting from Four Seasons mistake.

Four seasons Ford Did amazing job fixing your truck while we were traveling across the country and ran into problems. No dealership or shop within 60 miles could fit us in for the next two weeks. But four seasons squeezed us in and got it done in 24 hours. They are absolutely amazing!

Four Season Ford is like a good restaurant, sometimes hard to get a table but worth the wait.Richmond and Adam in the service department, was on top of the work. Even though the customers kept coming in, they took time with each one to update them on the progress of their vehicle and kept things moving along, just like a good restaurant.

All I can say is the staff at this place will give you the run around and tell you everything you wanna hear till its time to sign on the doted line. Then everything you was told will go out the window. Pay close attention to what deals are made and get them in writing. After making 2 separate trips across state lines to do business here they backed out on the deal we 1st made and when I called them out on it. I was told that they woukd no longer be selling me the truck I picked out. Apparently a hand shake and your word doesnt mean anything anymore.
We bought a used car at Four Seasons Ford. It was a most enjoyable experience. Most of the staff did not wear masks, our salesperson was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and organized. The finance person was very personable and sharp. When we discovered a mechanical issue four months later that revealed an oversight during their used car inspection, the general manager ordered an immediate and timely executed fix. We couldn’t be more pleased. We will shop there again when we need a new car.
Salesmen lied to get me in the door. I called last night asking about the bronco and he said it would be in. Then I get there and wait an hour, for him to tell me it’s on hold and not coming in. They wouldn’t even appraise my trade in. When I told him I was shopping around he told me not to go to Asheville Ford because they were pushy.. I walked out with a purchase and a great experience! Can’t say that about four seasons. I understand competition, but don’t lie to get someone there and waist their time.
The Four Seasons Ford Service Department did a great job taking care of our Expedition. We were on vacation and needed a place we could trust to take care of our family car. Everyone invested in dealing with my truck and the process of installing a new engine and fixing a few other things on it were quite professional and very courteous, the advisor Jonathan that was over the process kept me informed and up to date on all that was going on. Then after that was all taken care of i needed brakes and inspection done so took it to quick lane and adam took very good care of the vehicle and got inspection and brakes completed for me even when they found more problems with the brakes adam fully informed me and kept me in the loop so that I was aware of what the problem and Solutions were.
I submitted my information to the KBB site to see what sort of offers I would get on my vehicle. Per KBB, dealers who were interested in purchasing my vehicle AT or ABOVE the KBB price would contact me. This dealership contacted me immediately and offered over the phone to purchase my car. I drove to their dealership, had the vehicle looked over, and was told Well, we didnt realize it was a manual transmission. That of course was not true, because in the KBB site I had selected it. They gave me a much, much lower offer on the car. I was particularly annoyed because I wasted about an hour or so of my time because THEY called ME *ASKING* me to come in to buy my car. Took it to the next dealership who offered me MORE than the KBB price and said, Yeah, we hear about this sort of thing happening there all the time. This dealership is shady.

This has got to be the most friendliest place me and my family broke down traveling through and we got towed here.after sitting for awhile chris a wonderful sales rep took us to get something to eat at the owners expence which i declined. Once they diagnosed my car blown head gast they gave me my options i chose to take my chance and travel back home the owner gave us 2 quarts of oil and all the sevice was on the house. Very courteous and friendly people there to deal with. And though I stop by one day and didnt buy, I went back at a later date couple days I believe, and did buy a Ford Flex, practically new. Only had 3551 miles on it give or take a couple of miles. We put it in my daughters name, but the car was for my wife, which is tickled to death with it. well to make a long story short, a fantastic place to buy and people are very courteous and the deal was smooth and no problems. A great dealership to buy from.
The service started off great. I called and they got my in earlier than expected, so my car would be ready before the end of my week off from work. However, I was never called with an update about what they found or given a quote. I finally got tired of waiting and called on Tuesday, 5 days after they had my vehicle. I was given a quote for one thing they found and was told they were going to have a transmission guy take a look and call me back. Again, I never received a call. I called on Thursday and was told it would be till the next Tuesday before it was ready. This forced me to get a rental car for four days. On the Tuesday when it was supposed to be ready, I heard nothing about my car. I called and left my name and number with no return. If they were going to take longer than expected, it would have been nice to receive notice, so I could make arrangements to keep the rental an extra day or find a ride. I got a call the next day explaining that the transmission they had ordered arrived damaged, so they were going to have to get another one. They offered me a rental car at no cost until my car could be fixed which was great. Pros- all the employees were very kind and willing to work with me. Cons- taking longer than expected and poor communication.
Same day oil change with no appointment needed. Service writer was nice, but you could tell he had a note of exasperation in his voice. Work was done well.

They are not transparent about the cost for work . Quick lube there wants to charge $ 177 for battery and install. Battery itself cost $134 . Not including tax.

Our experience with Four Seasons Ford was excellent from first contact through their website to closing transaction at dealer.
I bought a pre owned Ford explorer with 40k miles and after two weeks, of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on. It started knocking when attempting to start the motor. After reaching out to the Ford dealership of Hendersonville (of which we purchased the vehicle) it was found that engine block was cracked and needed a completely new motor. Being under 60k miles fords warranty replaced the engine but it took Four Seasons, 3 months to complete the work. After the motor was replaced I noticed it was leaking oil so I raised the hood and noticed they didn’t replace the freon caps and left the big fuse box cover off. We reached back out to and Four Seasons and they refused to replace the cover. Being that this dealership is 1.5 hours away I took it to my local Ford dealership and they replaced the freon caps, fuse box cover, and fixed the oil leak which was caused by Four Seasons mechanics failing to tighten the bell housing bolts from the transmission to the engine.
We had a great experience purchasing a 2018 Turbo diesel GMC Terrain from Chris White. And to seal the deal, finance manager Richard Pardon came in and saved us more money with us walking out spending less than we expected!
They told me my 2011 mustang gt is worth $3000 but really was worth $9000 and sold me a base model 2020 mustang gt for $42,000 I’m not from this country but was told by friends this was a horrible deal because the MSRP is $34,000 don’t buy from here! This is not how business people should work they should want your business again not once for the most money! Look at the reply’s from the complaints and you’ll understand!

I purchased a 2020 Escape Titanium last month. I am very happy with the car itself, it’s everything I wanted and more. The reason for my low rating is due to the treatment I received from the sales person, BJ, after my purchase. As background, the dealership declined to run my platinum Visa for the purchase, and since I don’t carry that kind of cash, nor do I carry checks, this presented a problem. In the end we agreed I’d mail a check the following day after they got a $2000 down payment on my card. To my surprise the next morning I had BJ calling me insisting I drive to the dealership and deliver the check. I refused, saying I’d mail it as agreed. He then said he was coming to me. Confusing but whatever. So I met him and gave him my check, thinking our business was concluded. Then came the harassing texts asking for “five star reviews across the board”, and offering me $20 if I would do it. I declined, explaining that reviews are earned, not purchased, and that I was concerned he’d ask for something like that, speaks to his integrity. More texts followed, once again explaining that I owed him a review, and that he has an autistic child (what does that have to do with anything?) and now bordering on rude. He spoke as if he’d made some great sacrifice driving to me to get the check the dealership agreed to have me mail. I finally relented, and agreed he’d get his review. Here it is BJ!

I was here at Four Seasons Ford for service on my vehicle. I was shocked to see no employees wearing masks. The counter people had no masks. I was there for over an hour and 15 customers came in, not on wearing a mask. I guess they just don’t care. I have Corona virus and it was a horrible experience. To see a large business not care one bit about the safety of its customers is disturbing. Some one just came in with a mask!
Daniel and Tim and the team are fantastic. Theyre clear, concise, knowledgeable and friendly. They are also quick to find cost-effective solutions. I never feel like Im being up-sold. I highly recommend them and find great value in their service and approach.

Very nice people...HOWEVER, I wasn’t there to build a fan club. Read your numbers very carefully, they WILL try to slip the numbers in that favor them. Check your interest rates and trade in value VERY CAREFULLY. If the can they will get you. That being said, they did do what they said and delivered a quality new 2020 Lariat and we’re pleasant the through the entire process.

Jonathan Lexow, the Service advisor was beyond helpful!! We were on our honeymoon from Florida when our truck had throttle body issues and he got us in right away (it was the end of the day) and waited for us to get there with the tow truck. He also made sure we had a loaner vehicle to use until our truck was fixed. (Which was by noon the next day)!!! That is high quality service! Would highly recommend Four Seasons! Great dealership! I traveled over an hour to do business with them. Gave a very fair trade on my vesicle and sold me my new Ford F150 for Thousands less than the price other dealerships had offered. Matt was a great salesman and kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to put me into my new vehicle. This is the first new truck I have ever bought and I hope it lasts a long time, but when I need a newer truck I will be back at Four Seasons Ford.
I was suspicious of a Firestone diagnostic so went to Four Seasons for confirmation. Their expertise saved me $500 over what Firestone had quoted.....for a repair I didnt need.

I’ve always had a difficult time dealing with auto dealerships until I came to visit Chris white at four seasons Ford.
