I had been in the market for a new car for a few months. I knew what I was looking for, which in the middle of a national car shortage did not make it the most easy task. However, Trevor and the sales manager Mike went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. From the first time meeting with them they gave me every detail I needed to buy a car with a confidence. While other dealerships are taking advantage of the current shortage and pricing vehicles well over sticker price, Hallmark Hyundai stands apart for honoring the sticker price and treating their customers like family. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, from the exterior to interior details. They kept me informed of when a vehicle could be expected to arrive and contacted me promptly as soon as one did. This is the second purchase I have made from Hallmark and Im sure I will be back. I have been involved in the purchasing process at other dealerships, which took all day. That is not the case at Hallmark Hyundai. Honestly the service was nice, the girl who helped me didn’t try and add on a bunch of additional services like most places do but their process is horrible. They don’t ‘take appointments’ but you have to make a time to walk in.. okay, fine. I walk in on the agreed time, tell me why I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change. Plus there were two people who came in after me that I overheard were getting the same service as me and they left before me too. And why tell me the service is going to take about an hour, when you guys didn’t even look at my car an hour and a half after my walk in time. Literally wasted so much time, if i would’ve known I was going to be there for so long I wouldve taken my car somewhere else.
Let me just start by saying, Brandon was OUTSTANDING! This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle, I was extremely nervous and was afraid a “slimy salesman” would take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know what I was doing. So, I did so much research, talked to so many people for weeks and was shocked by how honest and helpful every single person at this establishment was! I walked out feeling so confident in my purchase! I also want to give a shout out to the financial guy here, I forgot his name, but he gave me so much advice when it came to financing my car and I could tell worked so hard to find me the best payment and rates, also gave me a few greats tips personally on building my credit score etc. I will be a forever customer! I am so angry I have ever given this dealership a single dime! Best of luck to anyone that ever needs service of any kind. Their phone lines are CONSTANTLY being worked on, no one can answer when they actually do work. It has taken me no less than 10 calls to get a simple oil change. If you get scheduled (a week early) do not EVER do a drop off that will signal to them that 5 hours+ later that you can be second in line and maybe they can call you when they might get that simple oil change finished...

My 14 year old Hyundai Vera Cruz finally needed to be retired. I loved my car, so looked at the latest and greatest Hyundai models. Soon realized 2021 is a difficult year to buy a car. I looked at several dealerships and inventory was very low. I finally found “the one” at the Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville. Not close to where we live, but decided to drive to get just what I wanted.Billie Rodatz was my salesman and he was exceptionally knowledgeable on the Sante Fe model. I found out all kinds of wonderful things about the car that I could not have gotten from reading about it online. It has hidden storage, charging stations galore, safety features out the wazoo, and will even play me relaxing beach sounds as I drive. I liked the car online and after a test drive at another dealership (not the color I wanted), but I was totally sure and ready to buy after Billie’s thorough explanation.The sales process was smooth, easy, upfront and I even got a military discount of $500! I think the sales manager was Steve, and he was great! Offered us pita sandwiches while we waited for the car to be detailed! I have tried to contact the service department. The nice lady that answers the phone tried to connect me several times. I end up leaving a voicemail and no one returns my call. I be tried twice and the same thing happens. I’ve waited a couple of days and still nothing. It must be nice to pick and choose who you want to help. My service engine light is on and my car is almost unusable.I have emailed with Joy and she explained why they were having issues that I experienced. She has connected me to the Service manager and I am awaiting his reply to get my car service scheduled.They were very prompt in responding to my issue and I am revising the previous rating that I left.
I was in a real bind and needed the best deal I could get in a quick hurry and without my trade in or so I thought. My trade was at another dealership and not expected to run. I cannot recommend Hallmark Hyundai enough. I had the lowest hassle and most straightforward buying experience of any dealership I have ever been to. I was shopping for a new Veloster N and visited a few local dealerships where I live in Buford, GA. All of the local dealerships advertised cars at Msrp, but added thousands of dollars in fees and add-ons once I went to visit in person. After checking availability on Hyundais website, I saw that Hallmark had the car I was looking for. Even though it was 250 miles away, I gave them a call. This turned out to be a great idea. My sales consultant Rod Parkin was able to answer all of my questions and explained that Hallmark would not add any additional fees or markups. I placed a deposit on the car that day. Upon arriving a few days later to pick up the vehicle, the positive experience continued. Rod was extremely friendly and professional throughout the buying experience. Nobody at the dealership tried to sell me on or pressure me into any additional charges or options. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai, even if you are out of state, give Hallmark a call. You will not regret it.

Called a tow truck asap, got me into service, and even gave me a ride home, even though they didnt have to. Its Not MY JOB has never been their tenet. Very strong moral characters. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Let me start this review by saying I live in Texas and the dealership is in Tennessee. I looked around at a lot of places for an Elantra sport and prices were insane until I came across this dealership ad. I kept thinking something must be wrong with the car because the price was so good. After speaking with my salesman Rod Perkin I was convinced this was the car for me but was not sure how buying a car in another state would work. After doing all of the necessary checks the dealership was not only able to get me an amazing finance rate, overnighted my paperwork so I could see it, held the car a week for me to get there and pick it up, picked me up from the airport along with my mom and son though it was many miles away, gave me a full tank of gas, and completely detailed the car. I have had the best customer service from everyone at this dealership including the sales manager Mike who personally took time to work with me as well. The vehicle was absolutely pristine just as explained. I wondered if this experience was just my own or if others had had it but wasn’t until checking into my hotel and telling the lady behind the counter of my amazing experience that she let me know she had purchased her vehicle from there many years ago and had the same experience and great customer service. There isn’t a rating high enough for me to give this dealership and I recommend it to everyone I speak to. My family will definitely be buying all future cars from this dealership. On June 17, 2021, I scheduled an oil change for my Tucson for July 12, 2021 @ 10:45 a.m. I received several reminders from Hallmark and a request for confirmation of my appointment, which I did. I arrived 10 minutes late. At 12:05, my car had never left the driveway. They finally took it to the service area at 12:15. At 12:30, I go to the service desk to ask the status of my car, and the employee said he would check. He came back and said they were just finishing up. 15 minutes later my car was ready. Not once did anyone come to apologize for the wait, explain why it was taking so long, nothing. Two hours for an oil change. I will never go back. It made me give at least one star, which it doesnt deserve.

Among Koreans, HyunKi (Hyundai and Kia) is the brand you want to avoid for some reason lol. So Ive been trying to avoid HyunKi, but I purchased Palisade Calligraphy from Hallmark and I absolutely love it! Honestly, I had X5 and Expedition and I thought it would be a downgrade, but I was wrong. Hyundai is at another level now. Brandon Hall was my sales guy who thoroughly explained all the features of the car, how Hallmark is true to their pricing, and helping me with reserving the car I wanted to try. Im a pretty easy guy when salesperson is respectful and honest. Brandon made it all happen.
The day I decided to go test drive, I ended up leaving with the car! Hyundai finance was able to scramble so much for me just to be able to walk away with a new car with payments I can afford! He so kindly brought the paper for signing to me and the finance department helped work out a very fair deal. Their Tuscan and other Hybrid cars are the best going on the road!
We left a review on Google stating that the service we were given was not good. Then as per protocol, the response was that we didnt take care of the vehicle. This is not the truth. My Tuscon had regularly scheduled oil changes, several brake jobs, many other repairs as well as their 60,000 mile repair recommendations that cost me over $600. We take care of our vehicles, just not through them. No business likes bad reviews, but customers dont like to be wrongfully disparaged either.
This is a very well organized Business and is very productive in and out in under 2 hours. Davey downs makes the process very easy.
Absolute helpful and friendly staff, bought our new car Feb. 2020, a year later the engine failed. Hallmark team made the experience very easy for us, Hyundai replaced the engine and a no charge courtesy vehicle until our car was ready. First time buying a car from Hallmark Hyundai. Customer service was superb. Purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona. Our sales person Josh Oneal was awesome to work with. He and general manager David Dodson even had the vehicle professionally detailed because it didnt clean up for delivery to their high standards. David himself later personally delivered the car to our home later that day! Never experienced anything like it.
I purchased a car from Hallmark today and it was the smoothest experience. We came in knowing what we wanted and Brandon Hall was incredibly helpful and we felt no pressure at all. The transaction went smoothly and we will return to purchase another vehicle when we are ready!
Billie Rodatz was a joy to work with. Palisades sell super quick and he was persistent and was able to find us the perfect car for our family. We were able to do almost everything online and when it came time to sign the paperwork and pickup the car he brought everything to us. Having young children and sitting in a dealership for hours is always less than ideal so this was stellar customer service. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. Thank you Billie and Hallmark Hyundai for being so kind and accommodating.
I am so excited to be able to write a review about my experience. First of all Micheal Hall and David Albaugh are absolute angels. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had going to a dealership. They never forced me to “try” this and that car. I went in just to see what I was able to get, and came home with a car that I’m absolutely in love with. Which isn’t even a Hyundai. I traded my other Hyundai in and received an amazing deal. I am just so happy with this experience and if you’re looking for amazing deals, and the best cars you have to go here! I will definitely be doing business with them for the years to come!

I recently bought my first car from Hallmark Hyundai and had a wonderful experience. Michael Hall was my sales man and not only did he make the the nerve wrecking process easy, he made sure through the entire process that I knew exactly what everything meant and what options would be best for ME. From searching for the perfect car to payment and even after, Michael was so helpful. All of the Hallmark staff was so nice and helpful, I would happily send my friends and family here.

The service department seems to explain everything away. Example wind whistle, garlic smell, and discoloring of leather.

Just went there to buy a new Elantra on Saturday and Trevor Coulter was fantastic! Super helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, the buying process, etc. (this was my first car purchase and I was unsure about the terms/process). The entire team goes the extra the mile. When I arrived the car I inquired about was pulled up and looked spectacular. My salesman Don was very knowledgeable and efficient. GSM Michael Hall honored the price we discussed prior to my arrival. Well worth the hour drive to get the vehicle I wanted !

Such a disappointing and frustrating experience at this dealership today. I found the perfect used car on Hallmarks website for my daughter yesterday and called to make an offer below the asking price. The salesperson called me back a few hours letter with a counteroffer which I accepted verbally. I arranged an appointment for 1:30 this afternoon to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the salesperson, took the car for a test drive and was sitting in her office getting ready to write a check. She left the office to take care of some paperwork and returned with a look of despair and the message that another individual called in the meantime and offered the asking price. It turns out the General Manager of the dealership vetoed our offer and left the salesperson to deliver the message! I asked to speak to the GM to express my disappointment and question his decision. All he could offer was he received a better offer, after the dealership had already accepted mine! All that was left before I drove off the lot was for the check to change hands and the paperwork to be signed. Instead, for an extra $600, the GM has ruined the reputation of the dealership for me. Be wary doing business here and know there are other Hyundai dealerships in the Nashville area.
Really digging my new car. Brandon was super down to earth and especially helpful and patient. He helped me figure out pretty much everything I needed to know and make a good decision. Glad I came here for my car, totally no pressure to buy just a good place to figure it out.

Gravely disappointed this go around with the Hallmark Hyundai Service Dept. I dont know whats going on but the lack of communication and follow through from Tyler is disappointing and discouraging. My vehicle has been there since 6/28. I had appt scheduled for 7/21 as I was told that was the 1st available but if they could get my car pulled in sooner, they would. 7/21 has come and gone w/o my car being pulled in for diagnostic testing. I have had communication w/Tyler when I call. In speaking to him yesterday, I received unsatisfactory excuses as to why my car had not yet been pulled in. Today, my vehicle is being towed to another Hyundai dealership for hopefully more efficient service. Ive never had an issue with this location when Akjia was in service, ever. :(
Best experience ever buying a new car! Josh O’Neal was the by far the nicest salesman I’ve dealt with. No pressure, very patient answering my questions, etc. I highly recommend buying your next car at Hallmark Hyundai.
