What a GREAT couple of guys !!Ray and Michael stood out in the pouring cold rain on Monday Jan 25th.I was beyond upset about my battery and was really almost in tears.Michael helped me get the right battery and then went outside to install it.Tennessee had gotten a blast of cold weather with rain. This is by far my favorite advance auto.

Pulled into here thinking I was going to need a new battery- i was a little discouraged because I had just had the oil changed and the place that did it put new battery cables in it.I had just needed a jump in East Nashville to get me back to Hendersonville. James came out to help he-he figured out real quick that the battery was fine but the place that put on the cables didnt tighten them down on the posts. James tightened them up and I was out of there in no time flat.This place has always been really good to me. Highly recommend.

The people at advance are always really helpful. My husband often buys parts online and then sends me in to pick them up. They pull my items quickly and usually have them ready for me when I arrive only 15 minutes after they were ordered.Advance is also our go-to spot to recycle old motor oil. They have a tank to dump it into in the back of the store and the empty containers can be thrown easily into the dumpster out back. 👍

Great service! I know nothing about tires, and the gentleman who worked there was kind enough to show me how to check the tire pressure and help me find the best solution to fix my problem. I appreciate the extra time he put into helping someone who is not a regular customer. I will definitely go back when I need anything for my vehicle, and I would recommend them to friends and family!

Bought a battery from Pigeon Forge Advance Auto Parts March of 2016 with a 3 year full warranty. Battery went dead last night (August 2018) at a business parking lot so brought it to the Hendersonville location. Did not have my receipt. Bought a replacement battery for $175 and was sold the wrong battery. Had to return to get the correct one. No sorry about the mistake or anything. This morning, found the receipt for the original battery and realized it was under warranty. Called the store and was told by the store manager that my old battery was picked up this morning and there is no dead battery code to prove my old battery was dead so I am out of luck. Do not recommend this store.

They were extremely busy, but very nice to everyone who came in, and apologize for the wait that people had. I took care of my problem, and installed a new battery for me. Very nice store. Very nice employees. Very helpful.

I loved this place. They were very helpful and very friendly.

Its a rare occasion that I leave a store furious due to my transaction, but these guys managed to vex me beyond comprehension. I ordered a battery online, and their system recommended the incorrect battery. I picked it up and returned it only to find out that I couldnt swap it out for the correct battery, which was the exact same price because the order was done online. So my options are I have to wait for a refund in order to purchase a $160 battery or purchase another battery at the same price and proceed to have a $320 hole in my bank account for up to 4 to 5 business days. I will seek out the nearest Napa or Auto Zone going forward, never again will I step foot into another advance auto.

This is my go to auto parts store. They have always been helpful and friendly and I always choose to go there first. They may not be as inexpensive as Wal-Mart but they are relatively low priced.

Always helpful, willing to discuss what youre working on until you have what you need. PLUS, they had my part when other places didnt - the coolant hose that goes from there heater core to the intake manifold of a1996 Crown Vic. Yay!

I am not mechanically inclined, at all. The clerk behind the counter did help me getting what I needed to complete my project. Tools can be rented here to help you with your project, by the way.

Bought a car with a newer (6mo old) battery from Advance. I didnt have the receipt and they refused to exchange or do anything other than sell me a new one. Auto Zone will look at the date stamps on batteries and swap with no problems if its within warranty.

Paople that work here are always helpful to me. Guy spent 40 minutes googling trying to assist me in locating a sensor since they do not make teardown manuals for me model.

They were a great help at getting me back on the road with a new battery installed and my hands and clothes are clean because they install for free

Ive been to this location a few times and for the most part, it was a normal auto parts store experience. However, my last (and it will be my last) visit was very strange. The male employee told me where the JB Weld was, and I went over to browse. A female employee walked over to me and asked if I was a pot head. She said she made the assumption because I was wearing a Bob Marley shirt and I drive a retired police car. Advance Auto Parts is not where I would think to be profiled.

This is my favorite place to go for help with my car. They have replaced a dead battery in the rain, helped me with any problems, answered all my questions. Kyle helped me today, checked all my fluids, sent me on my way for an emergency road trip, would never go anywhere else.

Decent place you can get alot of discounts here, product quality is decent. If you just need some basic part to replace on your vehicle this place is good for that. I tend to go to Oriellys before anybody else then autozone is my second go to, advanced is my 3rd
