Well I just want to say that me and wife went to this establishment...First timers...Macy the sales/cashier was AMAZING...She was very helpful but not pushy and walked around store with us like our own personal sales person...GREAT ATTITUDE..VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET..And the gentleman that was next to her helped us with our delivery date and was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE...Thank you both for a great visit...And theyhad exactely whatwe wanted....100% Satisfied with Sams Furniture&Mattress Center in Henderson N.C Exit 213 off 85...we bought 2 mattresses and will be delivered next Saturday to Lake Gadston Rivers Ridge in Bracey Va....THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH...OWNERS GIVE THOSE 2 EMPLOYESS A RAISE AND APPRECIATE THEM...THEY ARE YOUR BUSINESS...THANK YOU

Nice pleasant store, inviting, pretty furniture with quality, picked out furniture items then delivered next day they unwrapped and placed furniture and took away the wrapping and boxes. We are very Pleased with service and delivery. I would tell you to stop into Sams to shop.

This is the second time within two years that I have shopped at Sams Furniture; and as before, they still have great sales prices and helpful, knowledgeable associates.

Went to purchase a recliner but we wont be buying it there. The staff needs to be more courteous and greet every customer equally and not pick and choose.

Great selection in the show room and the owner is willing to order anything that he doesn’t have in stock. Very friendly employees make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. We purchased a couch, love seat and kitchen dinette during the big Labor Day weekend sale so we got an awesome deal and the representatives helping us throughout the process were extremely helpful. About a month after receiving our furniture, we noticed what seemed to be a manufacturers defect in the table top (splitting wood). Owner, Mr. Britt Sams, who informed us that the manufacturer does not usually warranty the products once they are in the customers homes, was able to work with the manufacturer to pay for and replace the table for us. We could not be more pleased with the customer service we were shown and will always, when given the chance, refer our friends and family. Thank you Sams!

Went there during a sale, got a good deal but in order to really get a good deal you have to actually get the furniture...We were told about 10 days to 2 weeks waiting time, order time, over a month passes and no furniture, bold face lies and absolutely horrible customer service! You would think they would call us to tell us that the furniture did not make it in on a certain day/date but no we had to call them more than 5 times only to be lied to, finally had to tell them to keep the sectional, tear up our contract, and be done with them, awful experience! No effort sums up my experience with them, they put in No Effort...

Bought a leather couch sectional over $1000.00 less than 1 1/2 year ago and cushions are sinking in and leather is cracking. Ower of Sams called Manufacture but only would cover if less than year. We have purchased almost all of our furniture from Sams and the owner offerred no resolution. I will never shop locally again. I am digusted that I am out of money spent and couch only lasted over a year. You would think local businesses would stand behind the products they sell and would want to do the right thing by a repeating cash paying customer. Evidently not...Raleigh will get all my future business and word of mouth in the community will get around!
