I was immediately greeted my Steve and his manager who both made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They showed me many options they had available in store and informed me about online options and finance information. They went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied and I got what I wanted and needed. Great customer service.

Rose’s on Norlina Road in Henderson NC, Steve and Mike are awesome! Steve went above and beyond calling different locations to find the couch I wanted. He arranged to have it shipped to the Henderson store that was much closer for me. Mike helped as soon as I entered the furniture area and never hesitated a bit going straight to get from the storage area. He maneuvered through the store as they were in the midst of stripping and polishing the floors and helped to load the couch.I am very pleased with the service I received and the pride they took in their jobs. I wish more customer services had this dedication.Looking forward to my extended warranty plan so that I can enjoy my purchase for many years!Julie B.
