Staff was friendly. No problems in ordering. We got cherry and mango. Cherry had better flavor. The mango tasted a bit bland.

Purple Penguin has been one of my familys favorites for years. Be prepared there will almost always be a line but it is well worth it. Not your typical snow cone shack. So many great flavors. My favorite is the tigers blood which is a mixture of coconut and strawberry. I always recommend upgrading to the add on for cream and ice cream which really turns it into a special treat. Once you go here you will be hooked.

The snow here is so soft and amazing. It doesnt taste like a crunchy ice like you might get at other snow cone places. I dont know how they make it such a great texture, but its delicious. Lots of flavor choices, too!

The staff seemed happy and concerned with getting our order correct which they did in a very timely manner.I have been to other shacks and Purple Penguin is far and away Superior in service and quality.

Purple penguin, great place for snow cones, I wish they would open themselves a bigger location so they could handle more orders, it is a little awkward when you have to go to a gas station and wait for your snow cone. But the snow cones are worth the wait that is for sure. If they added more toppings it would only make it better.

Very delicious. The snow cones are always on point with the ratio of syrup to ice. My only complaint here is that the napkin dispenser is usually empty by the end of the day and after ordering trying to get help through the window is next to impossible even when they’re handing your snow cone to you. I realize it gets busy but when there is 4 people inside one should be able to answer a question.

Sno cones are a summer treat. The girl noted I had my kids with me an offered to make theirs in a bigger cup so the whole thing would be contained. I appreciated her modification.

This really is a shack. Like a food truck, parked at a gas station. They have only one thing for sale.... snow cones served in styrofoam cups. You pick from 4 sizes and then pick up to 3 of several dozen flavors. They have a wide variety including sweet, sugar free, savory or creamy, sour, etc, including seasonal or rotating flavor choices. You can pay a bit more for cream or other additions. I just didnt like having to stand in the hot sun while I waited for my snow cone. But it was delicious and refreshing, I had sugar free lemon lime and super sour strawberry. They have a rewards program, which I joined bc I will definitely be back!

This is best Shaved ice place in town. I drive over from the North West side of town just to get it. Great service, great flavors, everything is excellent!

4.75 stars. Delicious and affordable. Nice staff. Needs so much more shade. Not necessarily their fault but its so hot and the shade is almost non existent.

I don’t understand how they get the ice so smooth! It really absorbs the syrup. Best shaved ice I’ve ever had! They even stayed open the last game of the Stanley cup so dejected Knights fans could eat their feelings.

It was very slow, we waited a long time to get our snow cones and while they were making the snow cones they were talking about drama while there was a long line of people waiting. The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the snow cones were good
