The young lady that served us was super sweet and helpful. The store itself was very clean and inviting. I personally tried the Pistachio almond flavor for the first time and I really liked it. The Pistachio ice cream was light and refreshing and the almond crunch was perfect in amount and freshness. Overall a pleasant experience 👍👍

The young man working at this location was very kind and respectful. He was in the store alone and dealing with customers orders and cashing them out all by himself. He was doing a great job and when I went to pay his credit card machine went down. So cash only. With today being the 31st and everyone wanting the 31st special and the company ending it, ugh I felt really bad for him. It truly isnt his fault the company stopped it. The restaurant was clean and tidy, he greeted everyone with a warm welcome. What an amazing young man.

Literally sitting at the table eating ice cream when I seen a roach. I alerted the team members and it’s almost as if they are comfortable with the roaches making the place home… wouldn’t recommend

I just want to start by saying the manager at this store is very rude!!! All the staff members are being assisted as if no training was taught!!! They are constantly out of items milk, hot fudge and yep even ice cream!!!! This is a 31 flavors and I’m always highly disappointed that I’m docked down 10 flavors when I come. I wanted to put in a cake order and the employees were very helpful and did the best but when they need a manager they have to “call” another person, which resulted in me waiting for 20 mins for an answer about a cake. Also when I wanted a refund I could not check the refund process because of t he absents of a manager???!!!! Why isn’t there any managers in the store? The inside is open and the store is dirty. I hate being this person but I would definitely believe that there are bugs in the establishment. I will not be returning to this baskin and Robbins and if you want to go I would recommend a different location.

It’s always so hard to choose just one flavor so get a double scoop! I am a fan of the pistacho but and rocky road. If your really in the mood for a ton of ice cream, grab a banana split! They gave us generous scoops and piled on the toppings. Choose frozen yogurt or sorbet if your living life in the lighter side. During the week this location offers daily deals. I also like the ice cream cakes. They never disappoint!

Went last week and the place was not clean, they didnt have a lot of items. The guy who assisted us didnt have his gloves on, and his shirt was dirty, he has long hair and hair was a mess. Bad presentation and bad customer service.. Wont be back.

Twice now I came to this store and they are out of MILK! You guys are ice cream place with MILKshacks. They should just take milkshakes off the menu now. This is unbelievable! Get you milk and don’t be lazy to make the shack.

Went for a Mothers Day treat..was told they have no peanut butter topping for reeses sundae. Okay so I will just have reeses sundae with just the chocolate topping. They dont have that either and no Carmel either. How caan ice cream store run out of toppings???? How will they do business tomorrow???All I can say is whomever is in charge of ordering needs to be fired. Very poor management..

Every time I come to this location, I am greeted with attitude and being rushed to get my oder done. Im going to record my next visit for sure. Because I feel threatened with attitude and words and rude customer service. The African American chick was out of line and beyond rude to my kids making us feel unwanted.

Horrible customer service. Not my favorite location. I drive 20 minutes away to the Eastern and Tropicana. This Sunset location is always out of stock and their workers are nor pleasant very nonchalant and rude.

I came here with my husband for my favorite capuchino and we were lucky enough to have Spencer take our order. Even though he had two other girls working with him he was the only one actually working. It got very busy while we were there and he took care of everyone while the two girls were busy talking with each other.They should hire more people like Spencer as he is a very hard worker and focuses on great customer service. As always the ice cream is a delicious treat. If the weather was cooler though, I could get a lot more ice cream for the same price. This is a rare treat, but one I truly enjoy.

The woman helping us was super nice and social. Our ice cream looked and tasted amazing. They were not skimpy on their scoops or toppings like the one on boulder was. The one on boulder was our go to place, but we will be going here alot more instead!

Only 1 person working and multiple customers. I felt bad for her, but she handled the situation as best she could with giving us all excellent service! If more people were working I would give this place a 5.

I came in to an empty store with an attendant that was goofing off while I was trying to order. I ordered vanilla ice cream with caramel. I walked out of the store and right back in because the caramel tasted like it was burnt. I asked for just vanilla ice cream when I came back and was told that because I had exited the store (for literally less than 30 seconds), there was nothing he could do about it. Im a business owner, and I would be furious to have a punk like this working for me. On the way home, my boyfriend found a piece of trash in his sundae. Seriously? Is this the level of service you hold yourself to? I was so upset I wanted to drop my vanilla burned caramel all over the floor. Instead I left it on the counter, because there was no way I was going to eat it. Thanks for nothing. Worse customer service ever.

The very cherry is my favorite. The other flavors are great too. This store is very small and only has 3 tables so not ideal for a big family to eat in. We always get it to go.

Im here about every two or three weeks. My favorite location so far. The owner is absolutely amazing and his wifes favorite icecream flavor happens to be mine as well! Unfortunately Love Potion No. 9 only releases during Valentines day. Still doesnt change the fact that I LOVE this location. Its near a chocolate factory, my old high school, a couple grocery stores, a well known taco chain in town, a luxury theater, and my favorite Hawaiian eatery. The best part about it is what sets this location apart from the others. Everyone is every personable, and Mondays and Tuesdays are $1 Kids scoops!The first time I came here was about 7 years ago when they were doing a special event for some firefighters I believe. Then I came back about 4 years ago when I dropped by to get my celebratory icecream after I passed my drivers test. We happened to come in on a Monday, and since then, its been my favorite BR location. I love this place. Honestly the homiest feeling BR Ive ever been to.

This BR is very close to my apartment home. Unfortunately, its one of the worst Ive gone to. However, the staff is great! Its the worst because the floors and windows are always dirty. My favorite ice cream flavor hasnt been in stock and the owner brings her very loud children to the store which I think is unprofessional. I hope the owner reads this comment and make some changes. Although she is a very nice lady, people are attracted to very nice clean, professional environments.

Avoid this place like the plague - I came here for my Birthday and was told I couldnt use my birthday coupon unless I showed the email AND had a print out. Most people do business off their smart phone and we do not always have access to printers. I left empty handed and didnt let it get me down because when I went to Ben + Jerrys and explained how I was wronged by BR they were kind enough to give me a free scoop :)

Store is fine but posted Internet hours of operation are from 6:00am. Because people love ice cream for breakfast.. And closes at 11:00 pm, only they close at 10:00pm. So they close at 10:00 if anyone is wondering. Or maybe 9. Who really knows...

Honestly I was disappointed. When I go to an ice cream parlor I expect to be greeted with a smile and a good attitude not some smug lady who looks as though she OBVIOUSLY does not want to be there she did not speak a word the entire time I was there and a man was there who as well was very robotic. I felt like I was at the dmv paying my registration. Like I HAD TO BE THERE. There was no emotion in my visit. And there were not many choices and no waffle cones remaining. Very sad Ill definitely be returning to Cold Stone.

After seeing the commercial for the new jaomocha and heath blast, I drove down to get one. After telling the clerk what I wanted 4 times, they still made and gave me a regular cappichino blast. Then they acted like it was my fault for not letting them know that I had wanted the new jaomocha/heath! If youre going to have a bunch of kids working the store, at least hire some with brains!
