I completely forgot a birthday. I saw edible arrangements had same-day delivery. I placed an order online. I was hoping it would come by the end of the day at our workplace. The order literally showed up an hour and a half later. Extremely impressed. You have a customer for life! Very impressive!

I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. We all make mistakes at some point, but those mistakes become opportunities to make a negative experience into a positive one for the customer.A day late which was the day after Valentine’s Day they delivered, a box which I had to open myself only to find the most random mix of flowers, a cactus like thing that stabbed me, a box of stale cookies which were in a box that says The Best Dipped Fruit, Period., and some weird popcorn.Hector the manager at this location tells me the reason the cookies were in that box was because “that’s how we get it from the manufacturer, it’s your job to open it up when you get it.” Wait! Whaat?! He goes on to tell me that I’m the only one that’s complained in the 7 years since he’s been there about receiving the cookies in a box labeled dipped fruit. He then says well what do you want me to do about it?Edible Arrangements Twitter customer service said they would get back to me and never did and have ignored every message.Never had a problem with this company prior to this, but their lack of value for the customer and how they treated me has lost me for life.

I ordered a Birthday design for my fiancé. Hector helped me with everything and he was great to work with. The fruit tasted great and the design was a huge Hit!! Thanks Hector : )

This store messed up my order on Mother’s Day ! I am livid . I paid 15$ extra for the delivery, then, on the day of delivery, the store tried saying I placed the order for Wednesday the 12th. Now it’s Mother’s DayAnd everything, literally EVERYTHING, is sold out and my mother doesn’t have a gift . I am extremely disappointed, and beyond angry ! Terrible service .

The gentlemen that works in the morning is very rude and disrespectful.. It seem like he hate his job or something. Not a clean store and just not worth bringing any business to this store.

I have had the best experience with this location. I called in a last minute order and had wonderful customer service that was helpful, patient and informative. The order was completed on the day requested and the recipients were thrilled with the quality and freshness of the produce. The owner called the recipient to ensure there would be someone who would be able to receive delivery. I’ve had deliveries made to the recipient in the past only to find my gifts, baking in the Las Vegas sun, to their disappointment. Highly recommended!!!!

I used this store to place an order on-line. My sister loved the chocolate dipped fruits and they were delivered on time. I think the prices are on the high side and $15 additional for delivery is a bit steep, but they do use a refrigerated vehicle. I doubt the store sets the prices, so no stars off for that! I loved that I received an e-mail when the delivery had been completed.

Oh my gosh I love this place. Who does not like fruit by itself but dip it in chocolate and it is to die for. This makes a wonderful gift for family and friends but also gift it to yourself. Yummy all the time

Got Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Valentines Day. They were on time. But The fruit of the berry was not quite ripe. Way Over Priced...for Not Great Quality

Came in for a treat for the kiddos. We were greeted immediately and we were offered a sample of chocolate covered strawberies. Yum. We bought 2 chocolate covered apple rings. Wow delicious and crunchy. Chocolate was tasty. Will be back next time for a box for sure. Great service thank you.

At first I was skeptical about ordering from this location due to the neg reviews. However, I decided to give it a try and they did a wonderful job!. I sent arrangements to my sister and she stated that the fruit was amazing and tasted fresh. Whenever I called to ask questions about the products they were very friendly and courteous. I will most definitively be using them again in the future!

They were amazing they went above and beyond what I can ask for. Even though I messed up on my online order they still help me out and I was able to get the gift to my mother-in-law that sameday. The gentleman at the counter was super understanding he was kind and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to the store now that I know theres a trustee Edible Arrangement nearby!

Ive used them a couple of times sometimes the fruit is okay and sometimes its not and theyre very expensive

So I placed an order for my mom to receive an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day this year. I called to see if I could request it be delivered at a certain time to her job. I spoke with Junior, which I don’t think he even told me his real name but I’ll never know. When I called he was extremely rude. Every question I asked he gave a short rude response, and kept trying to rush me off the phone when I was asking additional questions. He needs retraining bc that was the worst customer service I ever received. My mom loved her gift that’s the only reason this location gets three stars.

I just purchased something for same day pickup. It looks delicious and beautiful and they gave us samples of the caramalized apples. The lady was really nice and I cant wait till my mom gets here so I can cheer her up with something nice she can eat while on a diet.

I get it they are busy on Valentines day but when you put your order in to be delivered before 2pm because of work hrs and then I call to see where my order was at 2pm and they havent even made it yet. So I politely told them to just deliver it tomorrow since my gf is already off work. They said OK. Next day I figured they would deliver but no so I called again after she is off work and said your arrangement wasnt made. So at this point I got mad and finally was delivered two days after and They werent even the ones I ordered.. and strawberries were moldy.... For 120 bucks. Are you kidding me. I will probably never use this store ever. They suck.

Horrible customer service and ruined Valentines Day for me. I hate this location and everyone who works there is rude and not willing to help out at all. I bought a chocolate bouquet of strawberries for my girlfriend and she gets off at 3pm. I asked the sales associate and they tell me businesses are first deliveries and will be there before 2 and definitely before 3pm. Its 2pm and still no word from my girlfriend. I give them a call and am now told we do not promise a time and essentially it gets there when it gets there. It delivery was enterprised to another store location because of the location of the delivery. I call that new store location on Las Vegas Blvd and they are very friendly and even go out of their way to try to help but by that time it was too late because my girlfriend had left work. The store on Las Vegas Blvd tell me that this store location did not include any notes on time because if they have they tend to route their schedule accordingly. If I can give this location a 0 stars I would.
